Awesome ice cream, clean and very friendly staff! I grew up on Carvel ice cream and it’s rare to find soft vanilla that comes close until now! So creamy and fresh. I brought home the black raspberry and mint chocolate chip. So happy to find a place with delicious ice cream so close. Riding my back to get a soft vanilla cone brings me back to childhood. A bit of happiness to brighten my day!

My four year old asked for the bubble gum ice cream, it was not good. I tried it myself. I asked if we could possibly get a different kind and if it was a big deal I didn’t mind paying of course (assuming they wouldn’t charge me because she did not eat it and she is FOUR.) moral of my review is I ended up paying $13.00 for one ice cream cone….. The girl checking me out was young. I tipped and went on with my day… I was disappointed because of the lack of customer service (she was not friendly) and couldn’t believe how NOT understanding they were. I paid $25 total for two small shakes and ONE ice cream cone. The ice cream was good, other than the bubble gum. I won’t be returning

The main reason that this place seems any better than others of the same variety is found in the variety of flavors available, and the presence of some non-dairy varieties of ice cream. Prices are in the same ball park as most. The quality is on par with other ice cream shops. The service was nothing to brag about when I went, and the atmosphere is colorful, but not particularly fun. If I was in the area, I'd go again, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Great place. Have been here numerous times and have always been happy. They even have good sugar free ice cream which is important to me.

Love their ice cream!! It’s my go to place and they have so many flavors. The flavors frequently change too so you always have new options! I love the shakes, it’s one of my favorite things to get and you can get any flavor you want. Another favorite of mine is the bubble waffle sundae! Definitely a must try!

I've been taking my kids to this place for the last 8-10 years at least. . It's still their favorite place and one is a teenager and the other is a pre-teen. The atmosphere is nice and casual, and the shop and sitting area is clean. It's become a tradition to go around our birthdays. I've almost had good service. Once in awhile there might've been an off day, but overall, the service has been good and it beats other places I've been to. We always loved the quality of the ice cream. Considering the quality, I never looked at their prices. Plus if you buy their membership, there's a discount. The ice cream itself is dense and the flavors tastes authentic. My favorite flavor of all time is "Red Velvet Cake." It's not there all the time, but they let you request your favorite flavor over the phone or in person and they call you back when it comes in. I make it a point to request for it when I know I go there with my family and buy a quart of it for myself. Overall it's been a pleasure being there over the years and we look forward to going there for years to come.

Great ice cream store in Plaza at Surfside. Plenty of ice cream choices. Delicious. Service is great. Employees are friendly. Nice size scoops of ice cream. Tons of sundae choices and more than 6 cone choices. Several people got a waffle w their ice cream in a bowl. They literally make waffle while u wait. Looked and smelled good!

The concept of this place is great- “Ice Cream Club”, and they have a whole list of special “club” sundaes. But it’s really still just another ice cream place to me. I did in fact try one of the sundaes, and though it was good, it was way too rich for me with all the hot fudge and peanut butter sauce so I couldn’t even finish it. But my dad got a huckleberry ice cream shake and he really enjoyed that. So I mean, it’s not a stand out place to me by any means, but nevertheless it is still certainly good and it checks off the box for that never ending ice cream craving!

I’ll start off by saying that this shop was the perfect stop for my family while visiting Cape Coral from New York, while craving ice cream ! The menu was exciting and the bubble waffle was phenomenal! I had 3 kids with me along with 2 other adults who were excited for a friendly experience which we did not receive. The young girl who waited on my family seemed super annoyed with our order and I felt extremely rushed (which trust me I know how annoying an uncertain customer can be) but being in the front end of the house means having to have patience. I just feel like she should of gone a little extra mile to make an experience memorable at a super cool ice cream shop.( Ex: she didn’t even ask if we wanted any toppings or whipped cream) it’s just the little things in life that matter… still doesn’t change the fact that my family enjoyed the delicious ice cream. Will be returning in July. Hopefully our experience will be a little friendlier.

This Ice Cream Shop, is the BEST, their butter pecan, and Bear Claw ice cream is better than anybody's. They offer law enforcement and veterans discounts. Their staff are friendly, and keep the shop very clean, they cater special events, and support community organizations. They offer samples of any item customers want to try. Very Cool place.

We've been going here since they opened. The owner is a fantastic individual that does a lot for the local schools and other organizations. The Ice Cream is always very good. So many different options! The shakes and malts are super too. The ice cream cakes that are decorated there are very special. I've gotten them for birthdays, holidays, and as gifts. I went there with my mom and we had a delicious sundae! Every time I go in there, the staff is very cheerful and pleasant and it makes the whole experience more lovely. I also captured some photos, and I was very impressed that they were taking the time to raise money for this little girl Hayden who has leukemia. I’ve added those pictures as well in case you would like to help with her cause. Either way the ice cream is high-quality, top rated and delicious! Every year my mother gets my son, an ice cream cake for his birthday there and it is something we look forward to as well.
