    What is the point of mobile ordering when i have to go inside and wait an extra 20 minutes to get half of my order. I could have left, went to another Starbucks down the street, order something and return to this location before receiving my order from them.How can this place have the audacity to not hire people when they are so clearly understaffed. Would recommend spending 5 extra minutes to go to a different location than have to wait over 20 minutes here

    Take the extra five minutes to go to another Starbucks, because you will gain 15+ minutes of free time. 20+ minutes in the drive thru line is regular here. Not because it’s busy, but they are just slow.

    Love this store and the people who work here. It’s nice go somewhere they know you by name and they pretty much know your order. Everybody’s very polite very helpful very nice Liz is amazing and they all do a wonderful job. Ashton is great as well and it seems she is always here. They deserve a raise.

    Food and drinks are what you expect at Starbucks. Nice location. Drive-thru gets a bit busy as expected in the am, inside has some seating.

    I’m leaving this review specifically to highlight an employee, I believe her name is Mischa (I hope I spelled it right!). While I was waiting for my mobile order, I noticed she was trying to accommodate a customer that became extremely rude and aggressive. Throughout the whole exchange, Mischa was so polite and patient and I think her professionalism should be recognized.

    The store and outdoor seating were very dirty, no napkins in holders, and they made my birthday drink wrong twice. I just drank it the second time. They were pretty busy, but not any busier than other Starbucks. I’m not sure what the problem was. It looked like there were 4-5 workers behind the counter.

    The staff is amazing here and I have never had a problem with drive through. BUT after ordering the same delicious drink for so many years, this is the first time I was disappointed. I got a tall hot mocha coffee. It did not taste very good at all, tasted like sludge and there was no mocha flavoring at all. This drink mind you is $5 so I expected to taste the right way :-( I'm very disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering this drink from this location anymore.

    So I ordered This drink,it said NO mocha but then they gave me mocha and I asked them can you change it to no mocha and they said “It’s fine it’s mixed with the caramel”but it’s not otherwise it’s OK.

    I love the quality of Starbucks coffee and the variety says alot in itself,but the prices are exspensive. Are you pouring liquid gold into my cup or am I just drinking a regular cup of coffee dressed up. Other than there prices I love them

    Always quick, friendly staff. Honestly, I have yet to come across anyone who even shows they might be having a bad day. STARBUCKS in general has training down to a Tee(a)-NO pun intended. DUH Camrel Machiotos with oat milk upside down for life babyyyyyy!!!

    My wife and I have been Starbuck fans for 20+ years. We split our time between NY and Florida. Although most stores are perfectly trained and good, the Bee Ridge and Beneva Starbucks seems to be a “cut above” the rest. Certainly since the pandemic, the quality of help has slipped a little. We all understand how and why. I can only assume at this location , it’s the management, along with extra competent, happy employees taking the training and wanting to do the job well. In today’s climate, this work ethic should be recognized and complimented. Joe

    They handed us our drinks with the lids coming off and tells us to be careful as the one drink is literally spilling everywhere in the car. Shouldn’t you make sure the lids are on before handing them over? The lid wasn’t even on at all. To add the one drink has way too much mint and no taste of the extra espresso shot that was paid for. Will stick with the one on university.

    They don't check to well that your lid is on your cup good. Just left there and one of my drink lids was not on all the way so therefore it spilled in my vehicle. Can I give them the detailing Bill now? 😉

    Store was clean, staff was friendly and service was very quick. Its too bad starbucks can't provide their stores lids that adequately fit venti cold cups. Everytime I picked up the cup to take a drink, the lid popped off! This despite my numerous attempts to lock it on. 🙄

    I come here all the time with my girlfriend mainly the drive-thru but every time we come in and Finley takes our orders and helps us he is absolutely amazing!!! We go to Starbucks all the time but come specifically to this one just because of Finley like I said he is awesome!!! I give him 10 stars Starbucks needs more employees like him!

    I went through the drive thru yesterday but decided to come in today. I ordered a tall dark roast with cream and raw sugar. The coffee was just perfect and the service was also good. I appreciate that they provide a stirrer that is also a stopper for walk ins.

    this is by far the worst starbucks in the area and i’ve given it several chances. i continuously wait 35-40 min for a mobil order and it likes 5-10 min to get one car processed through there drive through. i go out of my way to avoid this store she go to proctor and 41 instead.

    The whole purchase was a mess. Asked for half and half tall coffee, 2 sugars and milk. The look on the faces of the 2.at.the window was eye popping. They couldn't figure out half and half. Half reg. half decaf. After I expanded I was told they don't brew the coffee and couldn't do half decaf. Amazing disbelief!!!! Never return.

    I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Frappuccinos, one creme, and didn't get to try mine until we got to the beach as I was driving, only to find it had coffee. I had specifically asked for the one without coffee and repeated my order. I had asked for a receipt as well and wasn't given one. I was very disappointed. Wasted my money for a drink I couldn't drink.

    Every single morning this is my location I use to pick up my coffee and I have 2 locations to pick from by my home! Every time I walk in to the store to get my pick up order just so I can see the staff! The store is always clean, staff is always welcoming with a smile to every customer and my order is always ready. Ash the store manager is absolutely ⭐️ AMAZING ⭐️ She strives to make sure your order is just right and every customer is satisfied with their experience! Even the employees in training at the moment are doing great! Definitely a 5 star location! Starbucks on BeeRidge and Beneva you all rock!

    Wonderful location. Came in for a Sumatra because the Starbucks on Derek Avenue ran out or stopped brewing it due to lack of demand. Didn’t get the name of the manager, but she was wonderful, considerate, a total sweetheart. Told me they had some but preferred that I get a fresh batch and asked if I’d be willing to wait a few minutes, so how could I refuse. When it was ready she herself drew it into a cup and served me. Totally hands on. The entire crew was hustling and very attentively attending to customers with a smile. Very refreshing to see this. They’ve got my admiration. Thanks!

    Staff is warm helpful and friendly and always gets your drink right something. Sometimes they're very busy and sometimes they're not. I feel it's because they're understaffed which is why sometimes they close early too which is strange. I usually end up going after work so I'm trying out other locations now because of this.

    So glad they changed the staff here. Always upbeat and helpful! Gives a positive start to your morning. (Especially compared to the previous staff who often had me wanting to pull my hair out after leaving lol... the cup would literally be overflowing and covered in syrup and I'd be covered in syrup and coffee by the time I left the drive thru almost every other day. Worst part about it was they would act as if they were annoyed if I asked for a napkin even though they could see my coffee literally dripping over the side of the cup.)
