Store hours say closed at 2am, stopped at 146am rang bell for service just to be ignored, rang bell a few minutes later and employee pointed at sign saying 2 am and did not even have the courtesy to come say she closed early. So I went to 7-11 and will give them my business going forward

Was the nastiest bathroom I've ever used. A man came out from using the woman's room. Toilet wouldn't flush. I had to use the men's room and there was urine all over the bathroom and no toilet paper to clean it or myself. I blame the employees for the nasty gross bathrooms. After letting them know about the disgusting bathrooms they said that they didn't care and that they don't use that bathroom is for customers. I'll never go to Racetrack ever again.

Brief stop here for bathroom, cold water and squeegee. All were working fine and while the bathroom could use a service, it was acceptable for a gas station bathroom. Lots of drinks including frozen slushies, fountain sodas, bottled and cans plus cold beer. No beer as I'm driving, but it's here if you're looking for it. Pump area is clean and the trash cans were okay. Squeegee worked well and now my view of the road is unencumbered with the dead bugs.

Restroom was a mess, store looked shopped hard and was pretty messed up. Might have just been a bad time on a rough day, but I'd think twice and probably hit another station before coming back.

Nice store, ALWAYS very busy. Staff is sometimes indifferent, but hey, they're busy. Gas prices tend to be on the lower side.

Slowest gas pumps ever! Took 15 mins to pump 18 gallons of gas. Never again! Geesh

Came in the store after work at 11:20pm and was immediately yelled at by the little Napoleon clerk that I wasn’t allowed in the store. Even though the entrance was wide open! When I asked why I was rudely told that it’s race tracks policy that no one is allowed in the store when he’s by himself. I can absolutely respect that policy, however, there is a much different approach that he could’ve taken and if I had been one of the bad guys of the world, there was plenty of opportunity to do wrong if I really wanted to. My advice would be to teach your employees to take a much different attitude to avoid confrontation with the wrong people, had I actually been one of them. But as an everyday customer, I will not be returning to this store due to the disrespectful treatment I received.

Good gas prices

Rude employee walked in front of my husband to fill the already full coffee beans then took her sweet time and made him wait (another customer was at the other machine). When the beans were "filled" she walked between him and the coffee AGAIN bumping into him and made herself "busy" in the small area, leaving only after he got his coffee. It appeared she did this intentionally and it was racially motivated. Get another job lady!! Got 2 stars only because the cashier was a sweetheart.

The empanadas were good. Cashier working at that time 11:30 am Sunday was rude. No greeting or a bye have a good day. Spoke to her, she heard me but didn't acknowledged me whatsoever. The prep lady behind the empanadas was coughing her brain out. 👀 If she is that sick why did she come to work? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Some coaching needs to take place on customer service. I'm big on customer service, and sadly not many people care to provide good service.

I gave it 2-star because when people mention that your pumps are slow repeatedly and they don't take action lucky they don't get a one-star. and when I mean by slow in a 15-minute span I only got 9 gallons of gas. Let's just say I had time to empty my truck of trash go inside buy lottery tickets, turn around go back inside and by gum walk back out and only sitting at $25 worth of gas ridiculous

I told them that all of they're coffee tasted bitter and their solution was to tell me that it was made an hour ago. In a way that made it obvious they weren't interested in brewing any fresh. I didn't realize until later that the taste was actually like they hadn't cleaned the percolators in a looonnnggg time.
