Popped in here for happy hour on our mother-in-law’s advice. She was on point! We enjoyed some happy hour oysters and beer before we set out for dinner but then had to order another round of oysters and beer because they were so good! I also tried their twist on an old fashioned called “The Knowledge of Good and Evil”. It was good! A little sweet for me but I had to try it. The rest of the menu looked great as well but we had made dinner reservations elsewhere. We will be back to have the full experience soon! The beer list was excellent and the bourbon selection is also great. The ambiance is super cool and the server we had was super attentive and friendly. If you like good, fresh tasting oysters and a great selection of beer/bourbon you have to stop in here! We will be back!

Needed a good seafood place to take my brother and his girlfriend to while they were down visiting…we were all blown away. Camryn was our server and he was more than helpful and kind. Growing up in the restaurant business I know good food, as compared to some people who left the poor reviews (i’m sure they are snooty snowbirds from up north). Everything was so flavorful and light. Portions are generous… we all left more than full. This is my new favorite spot in Florida for sure.

This place is legit. We had 2 dozen summer love oysters. The oyster menu is very informative and would be very helpful to someone new to them. A must have is the tuna egg roll and house made donuts. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Went to Coldwater last night with my young son and family. This rating does not reflect the quality of food. This rating has to do with the treatment by the staff. We arrived we were greeted by a wonderful host, he was a little edgy at first regarding my mother in law's questions but that was due to the fact that we were a large party and they don't normally handle parties that are 8-10 people in size, it's ok . I understand. He was super helpful and really made sure we were fine doing okay, especially with a young child. Had a great waiter, but drinks took a fairly long time to the point where the host had to assist, thankful he did especially with the elders of our group. Food was overall, very good. We pay our bill which had been split between my Uncle and Father in law, almost immediately a hostess approached us and said we needed to leave. I couldn't believe it. My father in law couldn't believe we're honestly in shock after spending a sizable amount on food and beverage, you treat patrons like this? And you're reasoning is "all tables have been reserved," like scheduled dining? We had only been there for 2 hours, I could understand if we we're closing down the place...we had reservations at 5:30 pm...kicked out by 7:30pm! Needless to say, Never...ever... going back

We went for lunch today and had a great time. Our server, Jessica, was very kind and attentive. The food was perfect too, tuna egg rolls were delicious, and the oysters were super fresh (they only had east coast while we were there, but said the west coast would be in that evening). My husband had the Maine Lobster Roll and I had the Dungeness Crab meal. We shared half and half (which is pictured... but you don't see the giant crab claw on my husband's plate!), really a good amount of crab. We each had a FMBrew seltzer, but they have plenty of other craft beverages there. Can't wait to go back to try more oysters!

Our favorite place! You will not find more lobster for the price anywhere in Fort Myers. The Lobster Tortellinin is exquisite. You will not be disappointed. Their selection of fresh east and west coast oysters is also the best in the area. Whether you like clam chowder or not, their chowder is worth a try. LOADED with clams. No surprise they've won awards with this dish. Final food item - they're rolls are absolutely stuffed with lobster. Great bang foe your buck on the rolls. Then we come to the service; request Lilly and you will be more than satisfied. Extremely attentive and friendly. And if you come back more than once, she will remember you!

This used to be a taco place, so we were nicely surprised to find it a seafood restaurant. They have many varieties of oysters. You can order different ones. They don't have to be all the same. The chowder was really, really good. The mussels were plentiful and tasty. In nice weather, the doors to the outside are open for a nice breeze. They even have a couple of tables outside so you can bring your dog. Adam, Mark and Lillian made us feel welcome. Very good service. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing. My wife had the lobster roll and it was full of lobster and really tasty. Hey, she offered for me to try it and when you see the picture, you will want to order one too. I had the fish and chips , also great. The server we had last night was great, despite having numerous tables. He constantly gave us updates on when our food would be out. Guitar player was great but with high ceilings and being close to the stage it was too loud to carry on a conversation. Maybe sitting further back from the stage would be better, because the food and the service and entertainment were great. I also thought there were many items at different price points to appeal to everyone. I say this often, but go now if you have not tried this place ,because this is another one of those places you will not get into when the snowbirds come back.

Unexpected surprise for a strip mall. Atmosphere is energetic and fun. View all the fresh fish in the market. Food is delicious. King Crab legs were a great price. Plating could have been better. Mussels, clams, calamari and scallops are all top notch. The combos of the broths that these are cooked in are unique and amazing. Order extra bread you will want to sop up every drop.

Nice place! Big open overhead doors. At least 5 different oyster varieties from East and West coast. 20+ draft beers.

Salmon was EXCELLENT!! BUT very few potatoes and vegetables, would have enjoyed a bit more. My husband had the Bank's scallops and said they were wonderful. Chair was hard to sit on. Waiter, Hunter, was pleasant. Sorry our gift card wouldn't work but we straightened that out at our bank. The card was still valid until 2023. As snowbirds we were on our way out. Next winter we will see you again.🙂

A wide variety of local craft beers on tap! Good food available from the bar or the taco restaurant which is inside the brew pub. Conveniently located a half mile from the bike trail head makes this a great stop after your ride. I had the signature burger which came with cider bacon and ghetto sauce. Very good. My friend had a side of wings which were also very good. Hostesses Jasmin and Lexi are competent and professional. (Edit 1/12/22 No longer the Marlins Brew House.)

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I have never had a bad experience nor a bad meal. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and regularly have outstanding live music. Best place for oysters & seafood in fort myers!

Craft cocktails & fresh seafood. What more could you ask for? The lobster roll was spectacular to see with a huge number of lobster claw meats sticking up out of the roll (split top); not terribly authentic aside from the roll (I grew up in New England where a lobster roll is a toasted split roll lined with one lettuce leaf & stuffed with chunks of lobster mixed with mayo). This was one amazing presentation (wish I had taken a photo) & super tasty. I highly recommend the Peach Emoji, a nice, complex drink, that needs nothing except a better name. The restaurant itself is really cute even if it's a little loud & echo-y, not bad enough to keep it from being a ten out of ten!

Highly recommend. This spot was excellent. From the service to the atmosphere to the food. We walked right in and our server, Cameron, was very informative of the popular menu items and gave us some great suggestions. We ordered the raw and roasted oysters as well as the muscles. It was all delicious. For our entrees we ordered the fisherman’s stew (red sauce was phenomenal) and the stuffed lobster. The portions were generous, it was the best seafood I’ve had in a long time. I was very impressed. Highly recommend for those in the area. Can’t wait to come back.

The food was fresh and delicious! The seafood was phenomenal!!! Best scallops I've had in a VERY long time. Seasoned perfectly and seared to perfection...The clams, mussels and shrimp were delicious also, but I tip my hat to the restaurant for the scallops. If you are anywhere near this restaurant give them a try. Service was quick, polite and very humorous! The owner was also very engaged! Definitely will go again if in the area.

My fiancé threw a surprise engagement party for us here. The owners went above and beyond for us. They made a custom menu with our names on it and even decorated the place for us. The food and drinks are always amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We are frequent customers here!

I’ve been recommended this restaurant by friends numerous times and I must say it didn’t disappoint! Everything we had was fantastic. Our server was super knowledgeable in regards to the oysters available at the raw bar as well as all the other dishes. The chef is definitely well rounded in everything from land to seafood! I would highly recommend checking this new spot out.

No pictures to share but this place came highly recommended as the "best seafood in Ft. Myers" by a local bartender and it did not disappoint! Excellent seafood! Our table enjoyed the lobster rolls and the swordfish. Absolutely delicious!!

Found this restaurant exploring for a new place to eat with Mumma. Cool set up, love the openess and it was a beautiful night. Doors go up so you feel like your outside. Service took a little bit time get to us, she brought some bread, ice water and drinks came soon after. Bread 🥖was warm n yummy. Mumma had the PEI *Prince Edward Islands* Mussels in Champagne n red curry sauce. Of course we shared. Mumma liked them, I am more of garlic in my mussels gal, but that's my taste, but it was good. We also shared the Cracker Baked Cod, it was cooked to perfection, but wish there was more of it. Asparagus were very tasty as were the roasted potatoes 🥔 😋. I was very satisfied, a little overpriced, but understand in this economy right now and it was delicious so don't mind when its good! I would definitely go back and try to sit at bar, server was super friendly, but super slow. Maybe that is the kind of atmosphere they want to portrait though, slow paced to enjoy your time there. Is a nice concept with all the hustle n bustle here in Swfl. That is my take, overall very good.

The food was exceptionally wonderful. We found the restaurant via Google search for "oyster bar near me" as we were in town for a conference. It had a good variety of seafood on the menu, so we said why not. The restaurant was very clean and had a fun vibe. We were quickly greeted and seated. Addison, our waitress, served us perfectly with a smile and told us all about the menu and oyster selections. Her knowledge of the menu was impeccable and gave great suggestions as to what type of oysters from the list would be best for our palates. It was a varied and expansive selection to choose from. She helped make it a perfect experience. So, we had a bit of everything starting with the seafood chowder, calamari, an awesome selection of raw oysters, beet salads and grilled oysters for appetizers. All of the above were amazing! Every bite was something new. Especially the grilled oysters. The creamed gouda and spinach sauce with truffled bread crumb topping was heavenly. They are some of the best that I have ever had, and I eat oysters all around the US. The slight nuances in preparation and taste made this my new favorite Fort Myers restaurant. We then went to the entrees where we had fish and chips, fried shrimp, crab cakes and a steak sandwich. Once again, perfection. The fish was light, flaky and juicy without being greasy. Same with the fried shrimp and crab cakes. The potatoes and steak sandwich were seasoned just right. This was a great experience and we will definitely return next year at our next annual conference. Definitely the best flavor profile and service that we experienced this year in Ft Myers. The chefs are geniuses and have a deft hand at preparing an unforgettable meal. If you don't come by here, you are missing out on a great meal.

As a local foodie, we had an amazing meal here last night! From the peel and eat shrimp app, to my wife's scallop dish, everything was perfect. I am very picky when it comes to all food, but seafood has no middle ground...It's either good or bad for me. Between the great food, the unique atmosphere, and Connor being the best server, we can't wait to go back with friends!

Good food! Fresh seafood, good quality. Not the biggest scallops but tasty! Good service. Our waitress was able to answer all of our questions and when not sure, she clarified it with the kitchen staff. Not busy during the early hours of Sunday afternoon. The dinning area is very nice with higher chairs and tables. Only complaint...music was a bit too loud!

Best oysters 🦪 in town. The beer list is impressive, great atmosphere, live music on fridays and Saturdays, friendly attentive service, awesome happy hour, anything on menu is super delicious 😋!

Great experience dining with my daughter, who has just moved to the area. We had tried a couple of other restaurants since driving down from Chicago, but were not impressed. I started to believe that we'd not have much luck finding someplace good during my visit. Happily, I was wrong. Our dinner was great. We had a few oysters, the PEI mussels (please serve them with thin cut frittes as an option to the excellent bread!), and a pair of entrees - the steak frittes and chilled crab legs. The steak was very good, with a nice presentation and excellent sauce. The chilled crab legs were even better and came with potatoes and corn on the cob. My daughter's cocktail was superb. I had a couple of IPAs. The draft beer list is good, but not incredibly extensive. I was not in the mood for wine, so did not check the list. Staff was prompt and courteous. One of the owners, Erin, came over to chat with us for awhile. Prices were reasonable. Overall a great experience. We will be back for sure.

Coldwater Oyster Market was amazing. From the food to the service! The food was delicious we share a Connecticut Lobster roll, calamari, and 1/2 west coast oysters and everything was delicious! The manager is so involved from serving food, to greeting customers, and even holding the door open. This is a restaurant we plan to return to and take our families.

This has taken over the Marlins brew house location. The inside hasn’t changed much but clearly they are more focused on quality food vs when it was Marlins. Fantastic quality oysters and selection. Also very good beer selection. However, each drink was $8 a piece and that’s a bit crazy for just a beer. Hoping they come up with some good marketing ideas and a happy hour to draw the more budget conscious crowd in.

Very nice restaurant. Spacious, modern, airy. Knowledgeable wait staff. We shared a half dozen oysters( they have an expansive selection), a Connecticut lobster roll and the fisherman's chowder(loaded with mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops). A definite return visit.

My wife and I went here for one of her birthday week dinners. I dont eat oysters but she loves them. She ordered the East coast oysters and loved them. She put them up with some of the best she has had. I on the other hand had the crab cakes and calamari. The crab cakes tasted fresh and had plenty of crab. The calamari was good also. We decided we would definitely go back.

My boy toy and I went there today. Nice atmosphere with side open to fresh air. Food was great - we had the grilled oysters, shrimp platter and a half dozen east coast oysters. The craft drinks and the wine/beer were also really good. Our server was excellent, and very nice. We will definitely be back.
