The coffee ☕️ is delicious here! Nice little place pay by cash …. Might have been the holiday weekend but they certainly could use more help. Menu written out on a chalk boat ( personally love it) I only had the blueberry muffin with my coffee bot were outstanding 👍, everything on every other table look spectacular. Be prepared to walk from around the block.

From the fresh flowers on the table to the expertly prepared delicious food, your visit here will not disappoint. We came here on the recommendation of not one, but two coworkers who both raved about it. When we arrived on a rainy Monday afternoon we found no tables available inside, so we waited because like others, we didn’t want to risk getting wet by sitting outside. However, we didn’t need to wait very long, and were soon seated at a table by the front window. Everything is made in-house, and it definitely shows in the quality and taste of the food. We got the curry chicken sandwich and a spinach quiche. Both were top-notch! The chicken curry sandwich came with coleslaw which was also absolutely delicious! They’ve been around for 28 years, and you can tell that they know what they’re doing when it comes to making delicious food that you will want to come back for. Parking is challenging, so be prepared to walk about a block if you don’t get the coveted front spot. Before we left, we shared our YouTube channel with one of the servers who loves dogs and said she would visit Basenji Adventures.

The most cute Cafe in Boca. They only open a few hours a day, no cards accepted and is hard to park the car. However, it worth it. The food is good and super nice staff. They surprise my friend with a beautifully decorated cake. Delicious tea and Lemonade.

***CASH ONLY*** We arrived early enough to beat the crowds that waited for tables shortly after we sat down at an outdoor table. I loved this small, charming cash-only cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating, a short walk from downtown. Very friendly service with multiple staff servicing every table. Everything was fresh and all the entrees at the nearby tables looked fabulous and makes me want to come back and try other items. We ordered Raspberry Iced Tea and a regular Iced Tea. We enjoyed it with a Salad Platter with Curried Chicken Salad and a House-made Banana Muffin and a special of the day Grilled Chicken Salad Platter with Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Apples and a House-made Blueberry Muffin. Everything was tasty and fresh with a large portion. The muffins were moist, but a reasonable size; more old-school than what you normally get nowadays. The baked treat was the perfect size to complement the salad, so we left feeling full, but not stuffed. On our waitress' recommendation, we shared a piece of the signature Banana Cake. The cake was moist and flavorful and the icing was perfect, but not too sweet. The restroom was a treat, since it's decorated excessively for the holidays and changes to celebrate each occasion. The whole cafe felt honey and welcoming. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ $$

Delightful Experience My husband and I came from Jacksonville, FL to celebrate my birthday and was pleasantly surprised at what this cute little spot offered. We shared a sampler platter with tuna and chicken salad sandwiches, a salad, and the best ever peach muffin. And oh, can’t not mention the delicious lemonade with raspberry tea. I had 2 glasses. This was hospitality at it’s best! We left with a complimentary, absolutely scrumptious brownie and 2 peach muffins. And the service from EVERYONE was outstanding. This gem of a place does everything right and serves delicious homemade food…give them a try if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you all for making my birthday feel special!

The staff there were super friendly and sweet! I live an hour away from the Cafe so I'm glad that me and my family chose this Cafe to go to when we wanted to explore. The food was amazing, they cook everything from scratch and nothing tasted processed. Their desserts were also great, as well as their soups! My family and I would love to come back again soon!

My family has lived in Boca for 30 years and this was our first time coming here! We were so surprised we’ve never been in here before but we will surely come back as often as possible. The staff are so welcoming and kind and the food is just perfect. Delicious is not a strong enough word to describe the food but my diction is limited so we’ll go with that. I highly recommend this place to anyone, the food is well priced and the decor reminds me of small cafes you would find in New England. The meals are perfectly well portioned and it’s all from scratch ! Don’t forget to bring cash or check cause they don’t accept card but there are banks/ATMs nearby so you don’t have to worry.

Obsessed with this restaurant. If I could eat here every day, I would. The food is fresh and delicious. Don’t even get me started on the chocolate cake. Literally the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. Make sure you check out the bathroom, it’s always beautifully decorated.

Great little Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Their holiday decorations were delightful ! Cozy interior dining and typical Palmetto Park outdoor tables. I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich on whole wheat to go. It came with a side of coleslaw and fruit. The sandwich was tasty and so was the coleslaw! The Tin Muffin Cafe is a lovely little gem !

Tin Muffin! One of my favorite lunch spots in Boca hands down. The food is homemade and tastes amazing, the owners and staff are so friendly, they treat everyone like family. The place runs like a finely tuned Swiss watch even when it’s extremely busy which is usually the case, but I’ve always been able to get a table pretty quickly. I can’t recommend it enough, if you haven’t tried it already, it’s a must! Best chicken/tuna salad you can get your hands on. P.S. don’t forget to bring cash/check. No credit cards accepted.

For a casual sandwich place, it is really good. Lentil soup was delicious and so was the avocado toast. Wife's chicken salad was very good. Finally, the blueberry muffin was the best muffin I've tasted. Highly recommend!

Went for lunch yesterday with my wife and my 93-year-old father-in-law. Not an easy group to satisfy. The lentil and sweet potato soups were very tasty. We ordered three different sandwiches: classic chicken salad, turkey, and ham. The sandwiches were huge! All three of us took home half a sandwich for another meal. The key lime pie for dessert was an equally generous portion — almost two inches deep on a graham cracker crust. They clearly take pride in what they do. Everything is cooked fresh on premises, except the bread. Everything was tasty and satisfying, except the cole slaw sides could have used more flavor; it was a little bland. All in all, a very satisfying and charming experience.

The Tin Muffin is one of those rare eating establishments which makes every meal a special occasion. The menu is imaginative and comprehensive. Each day there are specials in addition to the menu. My first meal at the Tin Muffin with a friend was so good I brought my wife back the next day. The daily specials were completely different. Every day two different fresh-baked muffins are on offer. Spoiler alert, owner Phillip sends home every first-time diner with a gift-wrapped two muffin selection. Service is uniformly attentive and friendly. Bilyana (from Bulgaria) was a highlight of our lunch. She unobtrusively guided us to superb selections both on the menu and among the daily specials. Most unforgettable dishes, besides the muffins, were the home-made (Everything is home-made at the Tin Muffin) lentil soup, the trio of salads, and the incredible peach cobbler for dessert. On the trio of salads, I selected the shrimp salad, the ham salad, and the curried chicken salad. Any of these dishes would be worth the trip. The only downside to the Tin Muffin is the parking. My advice is take a little bit more time, and find a space on the street. Otherwise, the Tin Muffin is perfection in dining.

Gorgeous little lunch restaurant open 11-4pm. Outdoor seating is beautiful, the salmon salad was incredible. The relaxing beautiful outdoor patio will keep me coming back with friends. **waiters are wearing masks, and outdoor seating provides plenty of social distancing - so you can enjoy your meal without worry** See you there!

Please take note: they only accept cash or check. They don't accept credit cards. However, it is well WORTH stopping off at the bank or ATM to dine here. Also keep in mind, their hours of operation, as they are a breakfast, lunch, brunch dining establishment. Now for my review... I haven't visited in awhile, but wanted a recent transplant to dine and see this place before moving back to Chicago. The food is ALWAYS delicious, the service is great and the decor charming and festive, especially during the holidays. The owners go all out, especially in the ladies Bathroom. IYKYK The cakes and muffins are the most flavorful I've had, as are the unique drinks. The minted lemonade with a splash of raspberry was nearly on every table, including ours. We both ordered the tea sandwiches with soup. My dining companion ordered the ham salad and egg salad with Gazpacho and a Blueberry Muffin...and I had the salmon salad and Tuna salad with Sweet Potato Soup with Orange Cranberry muffin... with fruit garnish... we both tried each others...EVERYTHING was delicious. We were both full but decided to grab a slice of their Banana Cake to go, to eat later...Banana Cake with banana creamcheese frosting layered with fresh bananas. YUM! Their cakes are a little pricey, but for homemade, it was so worth it to treat ourselves. Phillip, one of the two owners came to our table and we had a nice chat about Boca and how much has changed. Then he got back to work and I noticed him beckon to the Amazon driver upon walking in, to come to the back counter. He offered him a muffin and a drink. The young Amazon driver walked out with a big smile on his face. When a business owner cares about a delivery driver its so kind and heartwarming to see and of course inspires me to support this cafe EVEN MORE!! Do yourself a favor and come in for lunch or Brunch, bring some friends. This place is charming and everything they serve is delicious. There is sometimes a wait for a table because its not a large place, but WELL WORTH the wait. Don't forget to check out the bathroom (holidays), especially if you have kids or are a Big Kid yourself. Its MAGICAL! 🥰😍🪄✨ P.S. Parking is a bit tricky, due to the small narrow parking lot. Better to street park.

We absolutely love the Tin Muffin. It’s always great every time we come. Their food is always delicious and the menu is wonderful and fun with great specials! We ate outside today and our waitress could not have been nicer. It was incredibly crowded, peak Boca Raton lunch time, with people standing around waiting and she was so friendly, super helpful, and as calm as could be with how busy she was. A++ server. Any restaurant would be so lucky to have a server like her! It’s cash only, don’t forget!

Girlfriend and I visited this location on Monday, January the 15th 2023. As expected, the place was full. The menu is easy to understand and our waitress took the time needed to mention the popular choices. During our meal, we had a very pleasant conversion with one of the owners who took the time to make sure all our needs were met as well as share some of his experience about our home country, Canada. He even showed us a special room in his restaurant. The homemade food was absolutely delicious. The muffins will be eaten during tonight’s meal. The reviews don’t lie. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is has been one of our favorite local places for over a decade! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly. The muffins change daily, my favorite is the peach! Make sure to check out the bathroom during Halloween and Christmas, you will not be disappointed! Be aware they only accept cash.

Can’t believe I didn’t know they have been here for years until the day spa I went to down the street recommended them for lunch after my appointment there. What a treat! It’s super tiny inside and they only take cash but it’s totally worth it. I had their meatloaf sandwich special and it was so good! Beat only by the banana cake I couldn’t resist for dessert. Get their raspberry lemonade too, also delicious.

Excellent Customer Service.. Everyone here is so friendly. The food was delish, especially my fave orange spice tea, iced. Wish I had room for dessert. The pies/cakes look fantastic. The ladies bathroom is a must see during the holiday season (December) its a festive wonderland. Love the ambiance and decor. The parking is the only pain. If possible, street parking is much easier.

This is my favorite little lunch spot. It’s tiny and cute with the most delicious, fresh food ever … and the deserts are to die for! Trust me and order a slice of the banana cake - I promise you won’t regret it! It’s in downtown Boca Raton on East Palmetto Park Road where there are a lot of cute little boutiques, salons, spas and more to do some window shopping. My favorite days are the ones where I visit the Eden Day Spa for a relaxing massage, then take a short walk up the street to the Tin Muffin for a delicious lunch, and take a trip over the bridge to the beach pavilion to enjoy the ocean breeze and view of the sea … perfection. 🫶🏼

This cozy (comfortably cramped) lunch place has a creative menu, don't look for sausages and eggs over easy, but instead look toward things like tea sandwiches and soup, classic tuna, shrimp, and chicken salads. My lunch was good, and the homemade blueberry muffen was an excellent accompaniment. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It amazing how well this place is run...its always crowded(and friendly). Please note this place is CASH only, old school with hand written checks. Oh, and go to the bathroom...no really...its like an explosion in a christmas store chech it out. Yep...go here.. but you may have to wait a bit.

The Tin Muffin Café is a sacred human gem located in the heart of Boca. My party was promptly seated during the busy Monday lunch rush. We were greeted by a great host, had an awesome server, and the food was far beyond fantastic! Although I live in New York, the Tin Muffin Café will be first on my list when I return to Florida.

  • 5/5 Gene S. 4 years ago on Google
This restaurant is a must for a stop in for anyone visiting Boca Raton, Florida. Truly a great treat to visit, meet the staff and order out of this world tasting food. They know how to make a fresh roasted turkey breast sandwich served on incredible breads (your choice) and coated with scrumptious seasonings that are not overpowering - taste like a million bucks. Their deserts - unreal and I am not a "sweet" eater. These not only taste great, but look greatoo. On top of all this - Tin Muffin is always incredibly decorated for the appropriate seasons - over the top too. Even their bathroom is a surprise, decorated with cool treasures again - for the sesson. So from a S Carolina low country person like me - go to Tin Muffin whenever possible.

Tin Muffin is a really nice, casual, quaint place for a relaxed and delicious lunch, or coffee and dessert. We had the roasted turkey and chicken salad sandwiches, which were very good. The staff was wonderful, and we even enjoyed the very tight parking, only 6 spots, all parallel parking. This is a great restaurant!!

A small gem in Boca. In addition to their limited regular menu, many daily specials. As a member of a party of four, everyone was raving about their lunch. From fresh baked chicken pot pie to simple roast turkey sandwich, we'd all be broke if we lived nearby because call ahead take out is available. Must try desserts. Service was great. Parking is limited. Insider's tip - visit the restroom even if only to wash your hands. Word of caution, NO CREDIT CARDS. Cash or check ONLY.
