I finally searched online and found Leak Masters with good reviews. Steve and his assistant came out, checked for leaks and quickly found significant leaks near the skimmer. Not only did Steve repair the crevices but he also diagnosed an issue with our system not efficiently pumping water. He checked that the settings were optimized, and made recommendations to rectify (replace filter). His knowledge, experience, honesty, and good nature made for an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I highly recommend Leak Masters for leak detection and pool repair.

I was impressed that this company was able to send someone out the same day I called about our pool leak which was draining more and more each day. Donald knew exactly what to do to find the problem and repair efficiently when this could have easily been blamed on needing a skimmer replacement, costing thousands more to replace. We're new to the area and didn't know which companies to trust, but I surely feel I chose the right one this time. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to after our experience with Leak Masters. We came home from vacation in a panic as we found our pool nearly empty and our pump running dry after replacing all the equipment post-hurricane. Didn't know what to do or where to go until we found Steve and Leak Masters. Their incredible expertise, kindness, speed of service, and great advice amazed us. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. They perfectly diagnosed our problem, quickly fixed it, charged a very fair price (MUCH lower than we had been quoted by the competition), and left everything clean and orderly after the fact. If you have a leak then Steve and Leak Masters should be the first people you call. They saved us in a pinch and it is incredibly evident how much they care about their customers - thankful for their service.

Do not use this company. I used them initially to fix a pool leak, paid them, and the problem was not fixed and got worse. He promised to return but never did and complained about the pool water being too cold and how he couldn’t dive in. We eventually used another company who fixed the problem immediately. Don’t waste your time and money with this company!!!!

Steve and Don were awesome to work with and very detailed. Don found the leak, lifted pavers, cut out broken pipe and fixed. After cleanup you can’t tell where the work was done. Very happy with their workmanship and timeliness and would refer them all the time

I don’t usually leave reviews but I HAVE to for this company. They are amazing and go way beyond normal customer care! Steve was so very helpful to me on the phone and talked me through everything and got someone out to me so quickly! I had an underground leak and Don came out and pulled up my pavers and dug down quite a ways, took pictures and video of the problem, fixed everything and put it back so nearly it looked better than when it started! He took time to help me with the pool and even came back later to help me with a question I had. Doesn’t get better than this. They gave me accurate and fair quotes on the prices and went beyond to take care of everything. I wish all areas of home repairs had guys like the ones at Leak Masters to call. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We have had a leak in our pool in Florida for several months but living in the UK it was impossible to get anyone to repair our leaks. Once back in Fort Myers I called Leak Masters and talked to Steve who was very helpful and he got Donald to come out the next day to check our pool out. He found several leaks and as we were only here for a short time, they came out and did a fantastic job before we had to leave. Donald was a very knowledgeable and likable guy, who worked very cleanly and confidently. I had a major leak in my pool losing an inch of water daily. After contacting three different leak detection companies and no one being able to respond within 30 days I searched the web and reviewed Steve the owner of Leakmasters reviews and found many satisfied customers with a no-nonsense owner who showed honesty and appreciation in his review comments to the community he serves. I called Steve who I found to be very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Within a few days he was able to schedule his Technician Donald who arrived on time and immediately detected the location of the leak, a PVC pipe which had broken three feet under the ground which was located near the skimmer. The work was a time consuming and tedious repair and Donald kept me updated throughout the process. His knowledge and can do attitude and professionalism was second to none. After the leak was repaired Donald did a great job cleaning up and even helped me moving my patio furniture back to the Lanai. I highly recommend Leakmasters and you won’t go wrong with Steve and Donald. The pricing was very fair and I even received a 10 percent Veteran’s Discount!!

My neighbor referred Steve to me because my pool had a serious leak. He identified where he thought the leak was and had his guy on the job the next day. The leak was underground which made sense because no other leak company found it. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable and completed the work to my satisfaction! We were not happy with the service. They were only at our property for less than 20 minutes. Our cameras showed what was done. The pump was turned off and an eye test was done. We didn't see any other testing being done. When questioned, Steve used a forceful tone over the phone and would call several times a day. We paid him $125 and questioned what was actually done. Got many stories from him and the cameras show other things. Also, his helper was smoking on our property and in our lanai. Wasn't happy with this company.
