BEST DAYCARE EVER! My son was in the 1yr old class and they were ALL so great with him and so friendly. You know it’s a good environment when your child goes to them and wants to be there. He loved all the teachers! I never had any problems. I wish my son could’ve stayed forever because it’s so hard finding a good daycare!

Highly recommend this daycare/preschool! The ladies here are fantastic! My daughter has been in for about 8 or 9 months (since she was an infant) and she LOVES it. She is so excited every morning I drop her off and I never have to worry about a thing when she is there!

My son has been going there for almost 3 years. He loves going! Watching him grow is amazing. His teachers are great and they take the time to listen. They do their best for requests. Its a good feeling when your 3 years old comes to you so proud saying he knows Spanish. Great place amazing people!

If you are wondering where to take your kids, this is the best place. My girl enjoyed her time so much there, she was always happy to go to school. Mrs Veronica(VPK) is a super loving teacher. My girl still talks about how much she loves her. The director and other teachers were great, too. Place is bilingual English/ Spanish, so your kids will learn a bit of each. They offer the kids breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Every day, the kids get to spend time at the playground. I just want to say thank you, Alphabet Zoo, for taking such good care of my daughter.

Our family needed a safe and easily accessible option for our son due to some scheduling changes. The rate was fair and the staff seemed caring. It took 4 days before we unenrolled. I am disappointed that I at first felt we had found a good option. Unattended classrooms, out of ratio rooms, infants left to sleep in car seats with 8+ other older children in the room, no question of identification upon enrollment or pick up, NO medical record request (vaccines?!) lack in acceptance of our parenting practices and refusal to let us bring outside food when our child would not eat. I was told this center was "safer than they could describe" but it was quickly shown that is not the case. Students watching cartoons on cell phones, disorganization and careless staff. This center has great potential and it is unfortunate that they are so far below the requirement marks. They did refund my 2nd weeks tuition which is appreciated. Please be cautious.

Excellent place, 100% recommended, your children will feel loved and well cared for, my daughter adores her teachers Verónica and Damaris, always with a smile and my daughter has a lot of fun, the entire wonderful team and the director always serve you with sweetness and She is always willing to help you with any questions you have, that is why for me it is the best place and the most important thing is that my daughter is in very good hands

My daughter Olivia has been at Alphabet zoo for 2 years. As a single mother who works and is in school my schedule can get very busy. It is so comforting to know she is with people that treat her with lots of love while I am away. They have helped me potty train her as well as enhanced her language skills at an early age. Our twin boys had a great experience at Alphabet Zoo. The staff was kind and welcoming. The boys were always smiling when we picked them up. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

I've had a great experience with Alphabet Zoo. My daughter loves going to school and loves her teachers. She has truly excelled over the last year. Management is great and very approachable.

Literally loved every day that I brought my 2 Year old Daughter, she was every morning happy when arriving to her daycare, teachers are awesome🤩 Miss Mari Gabi,Miss Leidys, Miss Maria and Miss Joan always had a smile and they were very attentive in every moment. Those who take care of the children are very good, but be careful with the people who pay with help from the government. This lady charges much more than what the parents should pay with help. Find out first what happened to me and I ended up paying her much more than what i had to pay
