I
was
pretty
satisfied
with
the
initial
service
done
by
Joe
(owner/operator)
when
he
came
out
with
his
wife
to
give
an
estimate.
I
was
impressed
they
came
over
within
the
hour
after
I
called.
Joe
did
an
amazing
job
brushing
the
entire
pool,
cleaning
the
filter
and
vacuuming.
I
was
particularly
impressed
with
the
portable
vac
that
he
used
because
it
took
a
quarter
of
the
time
it
takes
me
using
the
pool
pump
hose
vacuum.
He
wasn't
even
going
to
charge
me
for
what
he
did.
Another
thing
the
company
does
differently
than
I
expected
is
they
don't
use
liquid
chlorine.
Since
I
have
an
older
system
I
have
a
floating
chlorine
tablet
device
and
they
just
add
tablets
to
that
and
sprinkled
some
clarifier
granules
after
checking
the
chemical
content
of
the
water
with
test
strips.
All
for
a
reasonable
price
of
$79/mo.
On
the
first
scheduled
pool
cleaning,
I
really
liked
the
text's
saying
when
the
tech
was
on
the
way
and
another
saying
they
had
arrived.
Joe's
son
(Carter)
performed
this
visits'
cleaning.
A
nice
job
was
done
scrubbing,
vacuuming
and
topping
up
the
chlorine
tablets.
I
saw
that
the
emailed
work
order
describing
what
was
done
on
the
pool
cleaning
visit
didn't
have
the
promised
photo's
of
the
pool
before
and
after
and
that
the
filter
pressure
was
listed
at
20.
This
didn't
sound
right
so
I
went
out
and
found
it
at
25,
not
the
20
listed
on
the
work
order.
This
indicates
that
it
wasn't
cleaned
to
me
and
needs
to
be
still
done
or
the
pool
heatpump
won't
function
with
reduced
flow.
On
the
way
to
the
filter
I
noticed
the
screening
basket
cover
wasn't
removed
so
I
assumed
it
wasn't
checked
to
see
if
it
needs
to
be
cleaned
out.
Then
I
saw
white
flecks
on
the
surface
of
the
pool
and
I
believe
those
are
the
dry
chemical
sprinkled
on
top
that
will
dissolve
eventually.
The
hot
tub
was
also
not
checked/cleaned.
I
texted
Joe
about
the
discrepancies
and
he
replied
"Sorry
will
follow
up
and
send
him
back.
The
white
specks
are
shock
granules
and
will
dissolve".
I
waited
several
days
and
nobody
came
back
or
called
to
remedy
the
situation.
