First time there. I took a ring in to be resized and when I picked it up I was amazed that what an excellent job they did. You can’t even see where it was sized. We normally go to our jeweler up north but this will be our place to go for any jewelry needs. The customer service was excellent, so polite and helpful.

I will say I went into Dunkin a little disappointed in what happened at their store a couple of days ago. However, today I went in and talked to two very, very nice women who are going to resolve the issue I was having. After my experience today I will be back. The rings we bought were beautiful and todays experience put me in the Dunkin fan club. thank you

Wonderful place to shop! Friendly professional staff! I love the piece my husband purchased for me. Dunkins is not high pressure sales. We were invited to browse and shop at our leisure. High quality jewelry that fits everyones budget! We will be back! I must mention my husband purchased a diamond eternity band for me. It’s stunning! We also purchased the warranty. For many years, my experiences at Dunkin's have always been excellent. Usually I feel out of place in a jewelry store, but the Dunkin's employees have always made me feel welcome, valued, and respected. I've had repairs done there, made purchases, and even done returns/exchanges with no problems. The Dunkin's team is professional yet friendly, compassionate, never pushy, and always tries to meet my needs with as little cost to me as possible. I am a highly satisfied and loyal customer.

Stacy was absolutely amazing. All the ladies at the store were wonderful to work with. Gentlemen, this was truly an amazing experience. They made it so easy for me that I can’t think them enough. Purchased a wedding band beautiful with a very good price and had ring prongs replaced and pendant both cleaned and rhodium plated. Friendly helpful staff, very quick repair service. Engagement ring needed alot of work and was done in less than a week. Both pieces came out looking brand new. Highly recommend.

I went to the gulf coast store. Danielle was very nice. She helped me look all around the store but I am very picky. I unfortunately didn’t find anything that I liked in the store so I checked other locations and that’s when I found my ring at the of Ft. Myers location. Taliah was very kind she went with me all throughout the store, helping me put together different sets with different stones and we ended up finding the perfect ring. Dunkins diamonds is your place to go. Not to mention it was impressive while waiting they cleaned my other jewelry I was wearing (my rings ) my jewelry for free.

I came in to have my diamond checked because I could feel a rough spot on one of the prongs. They checked for problems (none) and gave it a good cleaning. And of course, I found a pair of birthstone earrings that needed to come home with me. Dunkin’s is my store!

Exceptional, The beauty and quality of the piece was Amazing!!! So was the staff I called about a piece that was on sale But the sale had ended a week earlier. The salesperson said she would be glad to honor the sale price even though the sale ended a week prior and did . Took the order over the phone and held it until I picked it up. My husband surprised me with a beautiful diamond cross necklace for Mother’s Day! His salesman was Calvin Duncan and he said that Calvin did an excellent job helping him to choose the perfect one. And it was… I just love it🩷 The chain was a bit to short, but no problem. I went back to the store and Calvin once again did a fabulous job helping me until we found just the right length! I loved the store and greatly appreciated the care and patience Calvin showed to me and my husband. We will be back for sure!!

I went to multiple jewelers to purchase an engagement ring, but then was recommended by a friend to go to Dunkin's, which is where he purchased his engagement ring. Other jewelers were fine and had options that would have suited my needs, but at Dunkin's the treatment I received was far greater as well as their expertise in selecting a ring I believe is perfect. I worked with Bobbi throughout the entire process. The first day I came in it was more of a consultation; yet she understood, she still gave me more than enough time to ask every question I had and browse the numerous options that I had in front of me. I went home still debating on choices and options, because I had to make sure everything was perfect. Still unsure the next day I called Bobbi and with her help we were able to find a diamond meeting all of the 4 C's I was requesting. I was able to review the certificate online which allowed me to further inspect everything I needed. The diamond was located in their inventory elsewhere, but she had the diamond brought in and the following day and I was able to see it in person. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy, and I could not believe how fast she worked to be able to arrange having the diamond brought in so quick to see it in person. Again, that day I went in to see the ring, Bobbi did not rush me same as the first day, she continued to answer any questions I may have and made the process so relieving and enjoyable. My now fiancé has the ring today and we both cannot keep our eyes off of it. Because of Dunkin's Diamonds and especially all the help from Bobbi my fiancé has the most beautiful ring! You now have another lifelong customer, thank you again Bobbi for everything!

Great place . I love that they open at 10 am On Saturday. Other jewelry stores don’t open until noon on Saturday, At Dunkin Diamonds you can get in get out and get on with your weekend plans !

I can't express my absolute gratefulness to Dunkin's🥹 While shopping for an upgrade to my wedding ring diamond, I went to the only place I had bought jewelry. They didn't carry the size I was looking for and advised me I would have to purchase the diamond sight unseen BEFORE viewing it, and could then return it the next day if I didn't like it. It being such a large purchase, I declined. We were passing by Dunkin's on the way home and decided it wouldn't hurt to just run in. I cannot describe how grateful I am that we did! We were greeted by everyone there even though they were busy, and immediately helped. As luck would have it, we just so happened to get Stacey! (If you have read reviews on this place, you've seen her name❤️) She immediately (within a day, and I went on Sunday evening!) Had selections being brought in for me. I have just left, 4 days after my first stop there, with my absolute dream diamond. And a new jewelry store that will HANDS DOWN have absolutely every bit of my business in the future! The staff makes you feel like an old friend vs where I had been previously and made to feel like I was in a museum and not very welcome. All I can say is FIVE STAR across the board!
