    This is the worst Starbucks in the Cape Coral area. The line of vehicles wrapped around the store is at a constant stand still. There is not a urgency to move customers through the line. It's like this store operates on island time and the attitude you get is horrible. The manager should be held accountable for his or her store. The employees need better training on how to move customers through at a reasonable and the efficient time which it does not exists in this store. Move on and don't waste your valuable time there!!!! They don't care about your time.

    This Starbucks is one of the best places I've been to. The staff works hard for you and will help you if there is a problem with your order. It is always clean when I go inside. The management is always helpful also. And you still get an extra 25 Stars ✨ when you bring in your own cup. June 26, 2022 November 4, 2022, UPDATE: This place works like a well oiled machine. They are always helpful. Best Starbucks I've ever been to.

    Normally, I am not one to write a negative review on a business that I frequent, but this location's quality of service has severely decreased over the past few months. Ordering from this location between 7am and 10am is a nightmare. Mobile orders take 30-40min to be completed and the line wraps around the neighboring businesses. Standing in the lobby waiting, you can watch as the two or three baristas at the mobile order station take on ticket after ticket from the printer working hard to complete orders, and this review is not a reflection of them because I believe they do a fantastic job. However, while these few baristas are working hard there are usually two or three staff members standing by the microwave oven chatting (one being a manager). I do not feel the staff is receiving support from their leadership team to be successful in these heavier traffic times.

    I very rarely go to Starbucks but I work by this one. Honestly I'm going to avoid it, but the team here is insane! Non-stop & go go go- they are slammed! They are so busy. If you wait inside you will see how busy they are, I felt so bad. It took so long because of the sheer amount of orders but they were firing them out. Definitely a 20/30 minute excursion- but the skeleton crew here deserves some thanks and appreciation!

    I love Starbucks and i usually like this one in Cape Coral but here recently they have not been doing very well. They have the mobile order or order ahead feature there abs every other day the stores online mobile ordering is turned off and the lines in the drive thru there are insane like 30-40 minutes for a coffee. Then they just close early half the time, like store is supposed to be open till 9 pm and they closed at 3pm . All of the employees there are very nice and pleasant to deal with although a few of them need what appears to be more training in how to make the drinks and or how to move the line of people through at a consistent pace. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the long lines and cold drinks. I chose this one due to it being closer to my house then most of the others.

    Ordered ahead, arrived after 10 minutes. Caramel Macchiato ready, but had to wait 20 minutes for our hot chocolate. Hot chocolate not warm at all and only tasted like water. Not the first time but gave it another chance, not worse it! Looks like there is enough service, but very disorganized.

    I have no idea what is going on inside this location but I placed a mobile order at 9:46 AM and I am still waiting in the drive-through at 10:11 AM when my pickup time said 9:58 AM. I am nowhere close to the window to even get my drinks. I imagine I will be here for another 10 to 20 minutes just based on how long I've already waited but since my order was placed on the app, I wasn't able to find an option to cancel the order. So here i am about to wait 30+ minutes for a dang coffee. Ridiculous. Definitely will be my last time coming to this location, I should've just gone to Dunkin or PJ's.

    I recently purchased the ham and Swiss Croissant at this location which I do on a regular basis however this time within a matter of 15 minutes I became very ill. During another visit at this location, I also heard an employee yelling and calling her stupid in front of all her co workers and customer’s which is very unprofessional. He should of brought them back in the back room. This seem to bring down the moral of the employee’s . All this employee was doing was helping a elderly customer at the front counter with their order and helping another employee who seem overwhelmed with all the orders on the coffee bar. Not good Starbucks.

    This is the last time I’m going to be ordering my coffee from here…. The past 3 days that I’ve been ordering from here are nothing but problems… the first time I ordered a HOT venti veranda blend… I grabbed it because it was a mobile order and as I was walking away I took a sip it was ice cold and disgusting. The worker saw me do this and asked me if it was OK I said no it’s ice cold and I ordered it hot and instead of saying a lot and let me take that back from you and I’ll make you a new one she was like do you want me to make you a new one because we don’t have any hot veranda blend? I was like are you serious? So she remade it and it was hot, but it didn’t taste like she got the flavor, right. The second time I got there I actually ordered in person. I told her exactly what I wanted and I could tell she forgot the white chocolate I asked for. the third time was just now and the girl that was making my coffee. She’s tall she has glasses. I looked at my sticker, made a comment and then walked over to a coworker and said, do you see all this that she wants in her coffee? I’ve never been so judged in my life and on top of it she didn’t put away chocolate in nor did she put the splash of vanilla cream. I am so very disappointed right now.

    This place is mega disappointing. SLOW and they have a person outside taking orders before you can even get to the menu so don't count on getting to look at one before ordering. Seems to take 5min or more per car? Weird. So sad... wish there was a better starbucks near us.

    Despite long waits, the staff is always friendly and does their best to stay in great spirits with friendly smiles and greetings. Coffee is always just how I expected it to be! The bacon gouda sandwich is my favorite brunch item.

    I did a mobile order at this location. Although I waited longer than normal the service was great. The baristas were all super nice whenever I asked about my food taking a bit longer than usual. Honestly, this store is absolutely slammed and delayed times are not their fault. Their mobile order stickers were coming in nonstop and the drive thru was insane. Every single person was working and nobody was just lounging around. Cape Coral is growing so rapidly and that store is still adjusting to handling such a high demand of customers.

    Horrible service!!! The wait here is insanely slow! Workers texting walking around taking there time! Waited for a coffee for 20 mins inside!!! They are so slow here no motivation at all.. it all comes down to management and obviously there so not great management. Starbucks target is quicker with longer lines!!!

    Flies in the pastry case. Enough said. Service is meh. All tables taken up by 1 guest at each one. Needs better seating for those going to stay awhile and use the free wifi. We just wanted to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee but we're unable to.

    I went in today, 4/22/23 at 4pm to pick up an uber eats order, the order was not ready but i was waiting for so long for this order. I looked to see how the staff were doing and the lady in charge of those drinks was on her phone texting. She would stop in the middle of making the drinks to text and reply. I think thats so unfair to not only me but another driver waiting for way too long for our orders. She was so unprofessional. And i can see that they are very under staffed so i think that is unfair to her hardworking coworkers!!

    Wow! Wow! Wow! I used to work for Starbucks in New Jersey, and I'm literally blown away by how on point this location is. It's clean, yet busy. They are fast yet make delicious perfect drinks, happy, efficient, kind, connect with guests, say everyone's name, and did I mention the drinks were perfectly made EVERY SINGLE day I visited this location! Which was only five days. Every single employee connected with me while I was waiting for my pain in the butt orders to be made. Sorry, guys! Just know that not every Starbucks operates with such an efficient team. Keep up the great work, guys!! They had each others backs consistently. They are busy as heck all day, and they don't let it bother them. Keep up the great work! Thanks to the DM, SM, shifts, and baristas who work at this location. I enjoyed our conversations about working for Starbucks and life itself. You all should come train the NJ Starbucks! Teach them to not be seen selfish, smile, connect, and maybe laugh once in a while. Thank you all for the happy mornings while I was visiting! :)

    They are way understaffed here. The people working here are so friendly and work so hard but they just can’t keep up. They’re too busy to even clean up. The place is great but I feel really bad for the staff.

    This place has gone downhill. Their drive thru sign doesn't display your order. The drinks taste burnt. It's a coffee shop but they want you to order your food first, like a few seconds will make any difference. So now it's just a fast food place - BUT they ask for tips - BUT it's a fast food restaurant, not fine dining, so I totally don't get that part. I always have to taste my drink before I leave in case it's wrong. I HATE having to go back and ask them to re-make it, I usually don't have the time anyway. Recently I ordered a vanilla latte and it had no vanilla in it, but you pay extra for the vanilla. I tasted it but thought maybe it just wasn't blended well, but anyway after tasting it a bit more I had to conclude there really was no vanilla in it. So I drove back and told the woman at the counter. I was pretty surprised at what she did, she pumped a bit of vanilla into a cup and asked me to pour it into the rest of my drink. Weird. I did it but that didn't help so I asked to remake it. That one was just right. But when you pay $7 for a cup of coffee it should be correct. I went through again today and it tasted like there was almost no vanilla and burnt. It's about time for me to pull out my espresso machine I guess.

    Lots of degenerative people lingering inside this place. Smells like a wet dog. They really care about the cleanliness. We asked for our table to be cleaned due to unknown food remnants. Needless to say it was never cleaned. The staff snickered the whole time instead of fixing the problem.

    No such thing as having a nice coffee with a friend. Horrible. Can't go inside the dining area. The only want you in drive through. Sorry, I like to go out for the experience with people that I care about. Starbucks is not a company that values people being connected. But they will certainly overcharge you for some coffee and make you burn up extra gas as you wait in their drive-thru (I thought you were environmentally friendly???) because they refuse to let people enjoy the experience of having a cup of coffee together. (Unfortunately the system doesn't let people go through saying that they didn't make a purchase... I'm usually somebody who spends $20 on myself when I go out-And then, whoever's with me whatever they spend. Maybe I should be thanking them???? 😂😂😂

    This place is always out of stock of Something, if it’s not food is the syrups. Pumpkin muffin came out literally today 08/23/23 and they already out of stock. the drinks are never good. Either too sweet or too bitter and don’t get me started with the long lines at that drive through. Do better ‘

    Took my 11 year old daughter there who loved it. However, this is my phone and I personally hate their coffee. Overpriced burnt water is the only thing I can say about it. That and the teenage staff standing there getting paid good money to talk to each other about the most ridiculous things.

    It's currently 2:20pm on a Saturday I usually go to the del prado location... I have never had a such a horrible experience the staff was very rude and I overheard them blatantly talking about customers in the drive thru line... I'll just go to Dunkin when I'm on this side of town at least they have good customer service!!! I know the staff doesn't care about losing a customer but maybe upper management would like to know!

    Lines are always incredibly long. Usually like a 30 min+ wait for drive through or Cafe. Strongly suggest pre ordering through the app and waiting a good 20+ min before picking up.

    This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Ive tried it 3 times hoping it would be better. Shame on me. . The staff is not very friendly, The priority is the drive through. I watched countless cars come and go that were here after me. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a food item. Still here. Never again.

    When I presented them with a "secret menu" item request from my wife via text, they were very patient and helpful deciphering what she actually wanted. The drink was spot on and I was in and out with no problem. The parking lot can be a bit tight, but other than that this is a great location.

    Expect to be waiting an hr . drive- thru is slow as hell !!! Please stop moving here !!! Because this is getting ridiculous !! Also your pumpkin spice latte sucks . Had barely any inside, so stop making a big deal of out it !! Your coffee isn’t filled up too . Fill my coffee up!! I’m paying for it !!👎🏻

    The line at this Starbucks is the longest and slowest line I have ever experienced in the entire country of Starbucks I have visited. They need a new manager for sure , the manager’s job is to ensure the line moves appropriately through the day!

    I love Starbucks and I would love to give a higher ranking but I cannot in good conscience. The drinks are equal to any other Starbucks but the service is usually subpar. There are never enough staff so there is always a long wait. In addition, they do often make mistakes in the orders so it takes even longer to correct them. The management should hire more people to ensure a smoother customer experience. I want to increase my ranking but at this point, I cannot !

    Nothing about this place that is excellent but it is one thing that the company changed the coffee beans,because it tastes different it's more like a taste of American coffee Like water, it no longer tastes like strong coffee, the smell is definitely another coffee seed, another farmland and another farm country. For my part, I will stop consuming Starbucks And if I feel like coffee I'll go to a Macdonald who tastes the same and isn't expensive.

    Very clean and with plenty of choices they even have off season flavors buy unfortunately they didn't prepare my peppermint mocha like in other stores that I being before. I think the management team have to spend more training hours for standardized procedures when prepare off season flavors.

    Okay, I wanted to see what all the hype was about. So I ordered the Venti iced late w/toasted hazelnut foam they didn’t have the foam, it was replaced w/something else not sure what it was. Had such a bad aftertaste & gave me bad sour coffee breath 😖. I literally had to go 1 mile away down the road to Mky D’s to get a frappe to remove that icky bitter taste. I generally don’t go to Mky’s, but it was an emergency. This is only my opinion! I understand millions of u won’t agree & that’s fine. We’re all entitled to have an opinion. Personally, I’m not going to order that drink again. Especially if it’s just to be “trendy”

    Starbucks is always good. They were pretty busy when I went. They did a good job though of getting orders knocked out as fast as possible. It's always clean in there too. They are always busy because Starbucks does a good job in maintaining quality service and quality coffee, sandwiches and muffins too.

    Rude staff who treats you like you’re dumb. Cross contamination for the vegans out there. Also know more than a dozen employees who have told me to stay away from there due to improper cleaning. Dirty and moldy nozzles. Canisters are moldy. Staff leaves dairy products out during rushes instead of of placing them back into the cooler. If you’re local you know there has been multiple times where the store was closed and it was because of covid which doesn’t surprise me given how dirty it is. As for the rude staff there’s a girl who doesn’t have a lick of customer service skills. My order is a trenta ice coffee black with a shot of espresso. I got it and it was tarnished by classic so I called in and Ashley (not the rude staff member) offered a replacement. Went back in, ordered, waited, was asked what If I was waiting for water or ice by the rude staff member I said ice and my ice coffee and she sneered while replying that wasn’t what I asked and walked away. Honestly drive the extra 2-5 miles and go to a different sbux or Dunkin across the street.

    I like this place. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the food and drinks are good, and most importantly, they have big and comfy easy chairs! Why is the last so important? Because I got stuck here for over an hour due to a typical Florida downpour. And with my bad back and sciatica, having the extra cushioning made the difference between an hour+ of pain vs enjoyment. I also charged my phone. Definitely going back.

    This place is going downhill fast! What’s the point of using Mobile Ordering if when you pull up all the doors are locked and your forced to use the drive thru that you are guaranteed to wait 20-30 mins. I go here everyday and lately there is always a problem. Never have classic syrup, never have large straws, the same drink I order every day is never consistent anymore always a hit or miss. The people who used to work here were always positive and happy but now you got people working here with an attitude acting like they hate their job. Not worth it anymore especially since the cost of all their coffee has increased again.

    They had me pay for someone else's order, they refunded it, and they didn't know what my order was then continued to socialize with their coworkers at the window while still holding my card and cursing. I got my order and it took forever! Do not recommend.
