An absolutely fantastic restaurant. We love Indian food and while on our travels we go out of our way to try new Indian food establishments. Marsala Mantra is one of the best we've ever visited. We liked it so much we'll stop again before we leave Fort Myers. The restaurant is in a strip mall and can be a bit tough to find, but if you can turn and around the block and try again. The Indian Taj lager is a great way to start. Plenty of other drink options. Good wine specials too. Great menu and food specials. Great vegetarian options. The service the night we visited was second to none. I can't do enough to encourage Indian food lovers to make a visit SOON. You won't be sorry.

Firstly our waitress was wonderful, helpful and attentive. Wonderful service here. But most importantly the food. Every aspect of this meal was superb. We started off with a Mango Lassi and some samosa. The lassi was perfectly spiced and the chaat and samosa as well. Then we got chicken biryani and lamb jalfrezi. Of course those were amazing. The Jalfrezi is a little spicy so I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who doesn’t like spicy foods. We also got the keema naan, of course. It was packed full of lamb and onion, just how I like it. And to end the night we got Gulab Jamun and I tried the Rasmali. So GOOD!! Overall I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and will be coming back. Oh, and I have tons of left overs. The portion seizes are very large. So consider splitting a main course with whomever you’re going with.

Our go to for Indian cuisine. Hubby is vegetarian, so we've got a good selection for him. Clean, fast and friendly service and great food. Had vegan mantra (tofu, eggplant, and potatoes in coconut curry), vegetable fried rice, Manchurian baby corn, samosa chat, and garlic naan. Indian food again tonight, takeout, 01/07/22...love this place. So tasty! Fast and friendly service. Portions adequate. 5/13/22 Indian take out tonight. Yummy Bombay lamb chops! First time. Our usual Garlic naan bread, Manchurian baby corn, Samosa, vegetable fried rice.

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside. But let me tell you it is so cute, clean, and updated on the inside. The food was amazing too! I had the curry lunch special, which was quite a large portion, and came with an appetizer. Our server was wonderful. He helped us navigate the menu and decide what to order. We enjoyed our experience here, and will certainly be back.

Decided to check out this place with an Indian friend of mine and it was delicious!!! As soon as you walk in you can smell all the spices and it was wonderful. I was already hungry but the aroma took it to another level. There was bottled water waiting for us at the table and I ordered a Taj Mahal (an Indian beer). We got the satay for appetizer and you could taste the freshness if the vegetables. I could have easily just ordered more of those for dinner. My friend ordered papadam, which wasn't on the menu. It's like baked Nan bread, but baked so long they turn into paper thin chips. It's served with three dipping sauces. For dinner we both had the Tika Chicken Masala. We ordered it spicy with a side of basmati rice and garlic Nan bread. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The food came out pretty quickly but after it came out nobody checked on us till it was time to go and I would have liked to try another Indian beer. The parking fills up quickly as well, and my friend had to park in the adjacent lot and walk over. No big deal but some may find it inconvenient. Overall the food was amazing and I will definitely be going back!

Went there for the first time and it was fantastic. The service is great and the food is outstanding. We had curry medley with Vindaloo and Rogan Josh, Naan Bread and Samosa Chat as an appetizer. We definitely will go back. Highly recommended!

This place is Phenomenal!!!! I wasnt sure at first because when I researched Indian food Masala Mantra had a 5.0 on Yelp with 189 reviews which seemed impossible. However, Masala Mantra delivered I am sorry Masala Mantra is not a 5.0 its a perfect 10!!! The food was out of this world, the spices, the taste and the attention to details are all there. The staff is beyond friendly and just so welcoming. This will for sure be the place I go to have Indian Food. If you like wonderful seasoned food and just all in all perfection with sauces & spices Masala Mantra is the place. 10 STARS!!!! Also, make a reservation the place is small and cozy but it is very popular make reservations.

Best Masala Braised lamb Shanks I’ve ever had!!!! Most likely the best lamb shank let alone!!! I’ve had the opportunity to have Indian food from different places in the world and nothing has ever beat Masala Mantra❤️. You can taste the authenticity of their cuisine, it almost feels like I’m having dinner in India, probably even better!!! Very thankful to have had many great experiences in this restaurant and will continue to visit for as long as I live here!!!

If you want to make your friends to try Indian cuisine their weekend buffets are the best to go for. As they have variety of food to serve. From vegetarian to non-vegetarin and their sweet are divine. If you wanna hung out with your friends this is the one to go for.

Great food, excellent service, attention to details, and very personable staff. Our server Hannah was so helpful in helping us select appetizers, main course and dessert. She was quite verse on all their dishes and level of spices which made the selection much easier. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful! We will be returning when back in Cape Coral.

Masala Mantra Indian Bistro - Where Culinary Art Meets Exceptional Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) As the owners of Sylwia's Ice Cream, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and quality products. It's a rare pleasure to experience the same level of excellence that we strive for, and that's exactly what we found at Masala Mantra Indian Bistro. The Space: Cleanliness is paramount to a great dining experience, and Masala Mantra surpassed our expectations. The atmosphere was inviting, providing a perfect setting for an authentic Indian meal. Service Beyond Excellence: Our waiter, Vibin, wasn't just attentive—he was an encyclopedia of Indian cuisine. His warm smile and in-depth knowledge transformed our evening from a mere dinner outing to a culinary adventure. In fact, he carried himself with such professionalism and grace that we initially thought he was the owner of the restaurant! The Food: Our culinary journey was nothing short of extraordinary. The Chicken Tikka, marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a tandoor (clay oven), was succulent and flavorful. The Bombay Lamb Chops and Lamb Tikka Masala were equally delicious. Remarkably, the lamb had none of the overpowering aroma that can sometimes mar lamb dishes—it was just tender and juicy perfection. We concluded our meal with a comforting cup of Chai tea, which was like a hug in a cup. In Summary: We hold our business to a high standard, so it's invigorating to see another establishment doing the same. Masala Mantra stands out not just for its delectable cuisine but for its commitment to customer satisfaction. We can't wait to return and highly recommend you experience this culinary jewel. A special shoutout to Vibin for making our visit unforgettable. See you soon, Masala Mantra!😀💕

We stopped my Masala Mantra for lunch on Sunday afternoon. It was surprisingly busy for a late lunch, which we found promising. We ended up ordering an entree instead of the buffet. I ordered the Chicken Jal Frezi, which was incredible. My husband got the Rogan Josh which he loved. Everything was so flavorful and yummy. We will certainly be back at this spot when we are in the Cape as we want to try the Tandoori Chicken. Definitely worth the stop!

Very authentic. Healthy and flavorful. I got the lunch buffet and Rajita (raw-jeeta) was kind and attentitive to snow birds. I got 3 plates, the second a selection of my favorite from the large colorful meal, I might have to go back again for the mango 🥭 moose. My favorite was the heat I got from one of the sauces, not like flaming hot, like Caliente robust controversial flavor that puts all the other sauces, sweets and savories in perspective.

Very friendly. All the food felt fresh and delicious. They have lots of vegan options. Even the lunch buffet had lots of vegan options and those were clearly marked, but you can also order from the menu during lunch time. The menu has a clearly marked wide range of vegan dishes, appetizers, entrees, etc. Very helpful in pointing out what is vegan, obviously used to vegan customers. Highly recommended for those who eat vegan.

This is my 2nd FTM Indian restaurant experience. Delicious food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Parking is a tight. 22 oz Indian beer is $10. The plain and garlic naan are delicious. We had masala fry chicken for appetizer. That was nice and served with a mint sauce. The 3 of us ordered tandoori chicken, biriyani chicken and vindaloo chicken. All were awesome. The vindaloo is the 2nd spiciest item on the menu and packs a great kick. My guests loved the galub jamun for dessert. It wasn't my thing, but it was tasty. Anand, our server, Anand, was friendly and attentive and worried about my tolerance for spice. LOL 2 naan, 1 large beer, 1 soda, 3 meals and a dessert came to $94 before tip.

We love Indian food! This place is comparative to fantastic Chicago Indian food made by our friends! As a vegetarian, I would recommend Vegan Mantra. Great service and friendly hosts. Lovely atmosphere.

This place is amazing. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food and I can say, this is one of the very best, the depth of flavor in all the dishes is incredible. Use caution with your heat choice, it’s a serious decision, but the flavors ring through every heat we’ve tried. The Rasmalai dessert is outstanding. Service was excellent, with just the right amount of attention without the usual overbearing ‘everything good?’ questions every couple of minutes. The decor is more modern than most kitschy Indian places, and maybe a bit too brightly lit, thus the four stars, not for lack of kitsch, but overall ambiance.

Extraordinarily fantastic! I was raised around the Indian culture, ate their foods many days of the week in my early years....it has since on into my middle aged adult life been my favorite cuisine. I make it at home regularly and have tasted from many a location across this land. Masala Mantra is by far the most authentic match to the Indian home menu I have encountered since as a young boy taking meal breaks from climbing mango, guava and avocado trees feasting on their fruit with friends. The hosts, servers, owners are all very pleasant, kind, accommodating. Service is with pride and a goal to please....even bringing out samples. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Lunch Buffet options on some days also. If I didn't live in Florida, I'd fly down on a wknd just for a day on the beach and a literal home cooked Indian meal.

Anand was the perfect host for the evening, service-minded, smiling and very friendly. He had a great sense of humour, and guided us through the evening, never being fussy. I went with my family and all of the food was well spiced and tasty. Anand had a great knowledge concerning spicyness and came with well-suited recommendations. Nice vegetarian and vegan options. We especially recommend the Mango lassi. Cons: the atmosphere was cosy, but it should’ve been a bit cooler, and some fans over the tables. Also, be aware that some portions were quite big, so sharing is a good option.

The food is amazing. Lord of options to choose from especially during the buffet hours. My server was so attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Great for the entire family. You won’t be disappointed at all!!

First time trying authentic Indian cuisine and I can say I had a very pleasant first experience here. The staff were very nice and open to answering questions about the menu, the decor was inviting as our tables all had cute folded napkins, and the food was all delicious. Would highly recommend for someone who wants try Indian cuisine for the first time or for anyone who’s looking for something good to eat.

The waiter was very informative with helping me pick my food. Also he let me taste the Kroma which was on the spicy end. The Asian girl was cute. The food was not bad, it sucked I ate before we went here. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more. Monday around 4:30 was not to busy.

I (JH) have exactly one prior experience with Indian food in my life and it was about a year ago at Masala Mantra so I’m not exactly well versed in Indian cuisine. However, Masala Mantra’s lunch buffet is fantastic for someone like me who wants to try Indian food but has no idea where to start or what I might like. My first plate was my favorite with the Basmati Rice, Traditional Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan bread and Tandoori Chicken. While I couldn’t tell you if the flavors are authentic due to my lack of experience, I can tell you the entire plate was delicious. On my second go-around I tried the Fish Molly and some of the vegan options they offer. If there’s meat available, I’ll be eating it so anything vegetarian or vegan isn’t my cup of tea, but if it’s yours, there are a few options for you. I (JD) had the same thing as Josh. The chicken tikka masala is so good. Definitely my favorite thing on the buffet. The veggie curry was tasty and a good vegetarian option, if you’re into that sort of thing. They also have an entire pan of naan, and you can’t go wrong with that. The buffet is great, especially if you’re not very familiar with Indian food. Like Josh, I don’t have a lot of experience with Indian food, but this was absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous, attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped off. One thing I really appreciated was when we were paying, the server stepped away from the table to give us some space when it came time to tip. So many servers these days stand over you while you’re tipping, it makes it very uncomfortable, but this server did the complete opposite and it really stuck out to me. This is a great little spot in south Cape that is worth enjoying.

My wife and I visited for the first time Sunday, for the lunch buffet. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We've been searching Cape Coral and the surrounding areas for restaurants offering unique flavors. We love Indian cuisine, and we were overjoyed to find this wonderful place! Great service, friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated, and did we already mention the incredible food?? Wow, every bite was heavenly! The flavors were divine. I can't wait to eat here again, and next time we'll be bringing friends who have never tried Indian food before. We're confident that when they taste this, they will love it instantly. We'll be suggesting this restaurant to anyone who's looking for a great place to eat. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

So tasty!!! The service was good even though only 2 guys were running basically the entire dining room. The food was hot and delicious. I got the mild shrimp byriani, and my boyfriend got the chicken Tikka Masala. That was amazing and very tasty. The garlic Naan didn't disappoint either. I think I would get the byriani spicy next time though.

Best restaurant in Cape Coral! We have been going since they opened, and they’ve only gotten better with time! The food is absolutely amazing and the owners and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The menu is regularly being re-developed to add new dishes, all of which maintain the integrity of their original dishes. From the minute you walk in the door you’re transported by the delicious aroma and then the tantalizing Indian flavors. It’s truly an experience. If you love food do yourself a favor and go to Masala Mantra!

This has easily become my most visited restaurant since I visited for the first time, in January last year. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The restaurant is fairly small, which allows for a bit quicker service when you need something. The weekend lunch buffet has good variety for a reasonable price. 10/10 will visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This place is absolutely amazing and nothing short but perfect. From the cozy ambiance, the service was exceptional and even the other server was incredible to his tables. The food runner was also very friendly and nice. The food was beyond amazing everything we had was delicious. That garlic Naan “wow”. The owner came to our table and chat with us and let me tell you that doesn’t happened almost anywhere. We will definitely go back and these guys deserve to be put out there. Thanks for the amazing experience.
