We really enjoyed this burger place! There were many burgers to choose from! The SWAG burger was awesome! It’s top grade beef and it tasted it! They do offer vegetarian options for those who don’t eat meat! There’s also chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers! The French fries were excellent! There are also desserts to pick from and milkshakes! The soda machine is awesome and you can choose from many different flavors! There’s outdoor seating, too!! Great place! I would go again!

I recently visited BurgerFi in Fort Myers and had a fantastic experience! First of all, I have to give a shoutout to Ty'meria who provided excellent service with a smile. The burgers and sandwiches were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. But the standout item for me was the cookies and cream smoothie - it was out of this world! Overall, I highly recommend BurgerFi to anyone looking for a mouthwatering meal and great service. Five stars!

The food is really really good! My husband ranks a 4 out of 5 because he says the burgers aren’t big enough for the cost. I recommend the fry and onion ring split. I also love the outdoor patio. The employee was so kind to bring my pup out a bowl of water!

i have eaten here many times. the last two times have been severely disappointing to say the least. the fries have been over-fried (read-burnt) and i’ve had to ask for extra lettuce on my green style because one leaf of iceberg doesn’t cut it. i tried to speak to the manager but she was working the grill. they were greatly understaffed when i was there. i’m giving them two stars because i know they’re stuck in a larger system that doesn’t benefit much of anyone but for what i spent on the food for what i got…i can barely even sigh a star.. know the prices are high, don’t expect much in return

First time here. The employees don't seem very happy. The cashier mumbles under a mask. I feel as if we were bothering the employees as if it was a chore to help us. Food was good. Burger and fries. Eh maybe we will try again someday.

Jack is an excellent manager who goes out of his way to make things right for the customer. I appreciated that about this store. My issue is with the quality control of the food. The fries are greasy, overcooked and burnt looking. The onion rings are wonderful when cooked right. The burgers although tasty to a degree are overly salted which ruins the whole experience. You should taste the meat but instead you taste loads and loads of salt. If it tasted like the burger was fresh off the grill I'd recommend this place. The use of salt is over the top and the food loses the uniqueness of what BurgerFi used to be which is essentially to make a healthy tasting burger.

The burgers and shakes are amazing! The fries come in a generous quantity but not very tasty. The onion rings have good flavor but didn't like the texture...it's flakey. A little pricey as well. Worth trying out.

To be clear, I paid $12.77 for a burger with no buns and no fries. That's a pretty steep price tag for 2 thin patties, a piece of bacon and cheese. I don't really understand how mine didn't come with buns since I didn't specifically say I don't want them and fries should probably come with the order if it's going to be that expensive for 2 subpar patties. Ultimately, glad I had it so now I'm sure I won't return. Really just a pathetic experience.

We got the Swag Burger & Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger: cue the drool! So fresh and delicious. The French fries are real hand cut potatoes and seasoned perfectly. These guys do a great job - seriously so yourself a favor and hit them up - you won’t be disappointed (and neither will your stomach!!) :)

This was my very first visit. I don't need another. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. When I read the menu and saw "ultimate bacon cheeseburger" my mouth began to water. The burger itself was cooked fine but there wasn't a single piece of bacon any where. So that was more like the ultimate disappointment. The onion rings were absolutely tasteless and In actually got some ketchup to give them some sort of flavor. I would not have any reason to visit again.

We ordered the new chicken wings. They weren’t breaded or floured, just chicken! Lightly seasoned and deep fried made for great tasting meaty wings. We usually order our burgers with a lettuce bun and will add wings to our upcoming orders. We highly recommend them especially to our friends living a low carb way of life. We visited the Daniels Parkway restaurant in Fort Myers, Florida.

My wife asked me to order curbside because she had our newborn in the car and didn’t want to deal with the stroller. She waited 25 mins after our pickup time (sometimes it takes a little longer) while parked in one of the two curbside parking spaces and no one brought the food out. There is no number to call to check the status of your order or let them know you are there for pickup. The managers voicemail box is full. By the time I got there the food was Luke warm and nobody could tell me what happened. Our bag had 2 receipts on it and both receipts had “Curbside” in big bold letters.

Delicious burgers, with fresh ingredients you can taste! Location was nice and clean and the owner was kind and greeted guest and they came in. Food was served hot and fresh off the grill, I got the Garlic jalapeño burger (secret menu) and a side of cajun fries every was scrumptious! Not pictured was the banana churro shake I got at the end which was also super yummy. Will be recommending this location to friends and family!

This is a fabulous Burgerfi location. My husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and the service and wait time were just perfect! Kudos 👏 and thanks to the crew that served and prepared our meal.

Disappointing experience. We have been to burger fi many times up in Jacksonville, Florida. This fort myers location is just pathetic. The workers look angry to be there. And they are clearly unhappy. The check out clerk ordered me a double because my husband ordered that for himself first but that is not what I wanted. She mumbled under her mask I had to ask multiple times for her to repeat. Again, she seemed displeased with us ordering food. She did not repeat the order back to us. The food came quickly but wasn’t great. Burger was a mess, placed together all off kilter and greasy. Cheese wasn’t melted. Fries were burnt. The place as a whole is a mess. All the trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom was one of the grossest things - wet on the floor that you just pray is water. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like… *shutters* Ordered custard… texture and taste was way off. Was like semi-cold foam. What a waste of $55! Never again to this location. Edit: got home and had to run to the toilet… thanks burger fi for not only ruining my dinner but ruining my toilet.

there is a variety of hamburgers to choose from, many!, we tried three and the difference between one and the other is not noticeable. the ingredients are good, but something is missing because the flavor is very flat, the amount of potatoes could be more, they looked crunchy but were soft and with a lot of oil. the presentation of the food is good, and the space is cozy too. the soda machine was damaged and no one told us... the soda jet was shot towards the front of the machine, wetting whoever was going to serve it.

Service was amazing, new general manager Jack was very attentive and cared that we enjoyed our experience! Alan helped me place my order he was super kind and had superior menu knowledge. Will definitely be back again. The burgers are incredible!!

They were really nice. It's an upscale burger place in the Whole foods plaza. Haven't tasted the food yet but I'm sure this will be my new favorite burger place. Ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger and swag burger. Just under $25. Very nice and accommodating staff. Can't wait to get home and eat these burgers. Alice was counter help and Jack was the manager. Thanks for everything guys. I'll check back in the next time I'm in the area!

I love this place to treat myself on Saturday nights. The burgers are great, the fries are good, and the shakes are phenomenal. The staff are always friendly, though you can tell they're working hard in the back. I've worked a lot in the food industry myself and to see people genuinely having fun on the job is one of the things I look for in supporting a restaurant. Shout out to Emily at the register, and the manager Shaq. I appreciate the good food you guys made. 😊

This place is amazing !!!! Burgers are delicious and shakes are AMAZING !!! Brandon, the manager, introduced himself and checked on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else. We had an amazing experience since we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. The place was super clean! I will definitely will be coming back to celebrate more birthdays here.
