We have been using leaking pools for close to 12 years now. I speak with Bill the owner or one of his techs at least once a day. I have never once had an issue with them or their employees. I think all their employees are fantastic, reliable and hard working. Always solve my problems quickly And most of all correctly.

I used Leaking Pools, Pool solutions last month for a broken pipe under my ladder. The tech. came to check and make sure that that was the only place that needed repair, thankfully it was. We set up a repair appt. DJ and Colby showed up on time and started to work. Being curious I wanted to see how the repair would be completed. They both took the time to show me step by step exactly what they were going to do. Answering my questions along the way. I felt very at ease with the repair procedure being that I have a brick lanai base. They were great. When the work was done I honestly did even see any signs that they were there. Very clean work. Victor showed up and reviewed my leak problems. Within a short period of time he and his assistant did a series of repairs. He said wait 5 hours before I restart the pump. I later restarted the pump and everything was perfect. These guys are good and honest.

Before finding these folks I had called around to numerous places that had long waiting lists. They were responsive, understood my concerns and scheduled me quickly. The technician, Maria, was prompt on the appointment date and was very thorough. She explained why my pool was losing water, found the leaks and repaired them. She is very personable and knows her trade. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their pool checked for leaks.

We had our pool redone by this company in 2021. From the beginning the communication was poor and the workmanship was worse. Tiles started falling off, mold was growing behind tiles. The spillway was not properly attached, was "fixed" but still not done correctly which caused corrosion, calcification in several spots around the spa. I communicated via email, phone, in person, with the staff and owners. No one took any responsibility. They finally set a date to repair and replace 10ft of water line tile and spillway. Showed up the afternoon of scheduled date 2/24/23, came back 4 days later, late again. Promised to return yesterday, no one showed. I called Jason and the office. No one returned my call. I called this morning, left message, no response yet. I have had a half empty pool of stagnate water for a full week. Our patience has run out.

They are trustworthy and honest. Another service brought in by my client wanted to charge my client $30,000 for a supposed leak but when I brought Pool Solutions they did there testing and found no pool leak and some more minor repairs that corrected the problem. I know call them first when I have an issue with a pool!!!

The company sent Brian to fix our pool, which had bubbles that others could not address. He re-plumbed the pump area, and presto, all good. Beyond that, I commented I didn'thave outflow jets, and he installed them, and what a difference. Without asking, he checked my overflow, and unearthed it! Great service by Brian ! I was impressed. He told me things about my pool I never knew, and labeled all the valves.

I was told from another leak company that my pool needed a new skimmer. I called pool Solutions for a second opinion. Jason came out and identified there was nothing wrong with the skimmer it's self but the grout joints were deteriorated.Jason drained the pool past the skimmer and applied grout and now the pool is no longer leaking. Thank you Jason for your professionalism and saving me a couple thousand dollars.

Paul was awesome. He located the leak almost immediately and took his time to make sure it was going to stay put. Because of the leak the pool was full of sand. Kind of like being at a beach. Brian was amazing! He went above and beyond fixing my pool leak! It was not an easy fix! He did a great job finding the leak and fixing it. It rained in the middle of the fix, he came on his day off the next day, Saturday to finish. It looked perfect when he was done! It does not leak at all! I was on sunshine Sunday afternoon and one of your trucks were all over the road. I was behind him all the way to 711 and watched him get out and get alcohol and get back in the car, sit there for a min drinking it and then leave. you must have great business insurance to let your employees drink and drive. I know I would never use your business knowing this.
