Very RUDE staff. Every time I interacted with them whether it was in person or on the phone they are rude and condescending. Dr. Butler is even worst than his staff. He doesn’t take the time to listen he just wants to get as many patients in and out as possible. He treats you like a number instead of a patient. He also talks down to patients and his staff (I guess that is where they learned it). I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Butler to my worst enemy.

I am so disappointed with this person calling himself a doctor. I hate to imagine what his bedside manners are 😱😱 I called a number given as the after hours for someone in his group and it appears to have been his number. He answered and made a great recommendation which I am thankful for the. Later in night the ER wanted more information and I of course dialed the same number only to be spoken to by a very rude person calling himself Dr Butler 🤬🤬 Maybe if you had identified yourself on the first called and mentioned that the number was not the ‘after hours service ‘, you may not have been taken for the after hours service . How dare you ? Do you really think I would want to be aggravated at 1 o’clock in the morning sitting in ER . How are you still in business with that attitude ? I hope lots of people call that number very often in error !! Have a miserable rest of week

Dr. Butler and his team are amazing... They get you in and out in a matter of minutes. However, you still get to spend good quality time with the doctor every single time. Dr. Butler really studies your case and goes through all of it with you and you can tell he is paying attention and cares about what he does. I've lived here almost 30 years. He's one of the best.

I have been treated with care and professionalism by Dr. Butler and his staff. During my initial visit he ordered blood work that revealed issues I was unaware of at the time. Having these issues addressed early has helped me avoid much greater health concerns down the road. I am extremely grateful for his insights and treatments that others would have likely overlooked.

Great Doctor. Helped me out with several issues that I was facing and referred me to some greats people to get specific things figured out. Listened to what I needed and provided answers to all of my question. I can confidently recommend him if you want someone to shoot straight and give you the truth.

If you want a doctor who believes he is in charge of your health Dr. Butler could be your choice. If you want a doctor who both explains the reason for their treatments, allows the patient to decide, and does not just refer you to a specialist he is not your doctor. As a new patient it is difficult to change doctors, I had multiple issues with prescriptions. He and his staff are nice.

I'm happy to say my husband and I had a great first visit with Dr. David A. Butler! Thorough, professional, personable. Staff members Brittany, Meme and Brianna were good too. He gave us orders for lab work and xrays, and gave referrals to a cardiologist, an obgyn, eye doctor. We are going to get baseline info and go from there. Thank you to those who suggested Dr. Butler! We are so glad we called his office to get established as new patients, and we are thrilled that he's right here in Port Charlotte.

Dr. Butler is the doctor you want. From the first time I treated with him as a new patient to the present, he has treated me as if I was his only patient he had and has always taken the time to listen to what I have to say. He engages my care as if we are a team and is always truly concerned as to how I am. I have seen many different doctors over the years and very few stand up to the caliber of Dr. Butler.

Dr Butler has been great! Very attentive, listens well to issues and genuinely seems interested in your care. How refreshing! I have recommended him to my whole family. Husband and Sister in Law are patients too.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable and friendly doctor. Highly recommend.
