I wish I could give more but unfortunately ever since doctor Mott left I've been hesitant to even bring my kids though the doctor that replaced him in the sweetheart I am very much for my children one of the reasons why some doctors are left here is because they always over schedule people I sometimes have waited even an hour to an hour and a half to even get into a room it sucks because the population of his area is exceeding the point of eating more doctors and more facilities again their sweet people here I might be looking for another doctor myself. Sadly today is one of the days I might just leave. My kids appt was 10 its 11:10 and still have not seen the doctor. I got a room at 10:40 been wait. They just really need to stop bringing in more patients. Doctor seen me at 11:15

Staff is always friendly and courteous! Dr. Mote was the only Dr. in 6 years that no matter what he thought initially he listened to me and was knowledgeable enough to offer new ideas and insight. Now we're finally on the road to getting my son where he needs to be! Thankyou Dr. Mote! The wait can be a bit much though, but it's worth it!

If my appointment is at 3pm and you don’t see us until 4:20. Why didn’t you make our appointment for 4:15 ?

In my opinions is the best pediatric office in Cape coral Dr Lastra and You are amazing , best Doctor in the world .The office has the best office Manager Nicolle thanks for everything .I recommend This office 100% the best place

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My daughter is almost 13 and we have lived in three different states since she was born. I have never been spoken to or treated so dismissively/rudely by a doctor since she was born. I work with customers daily, and if I ever spoke to one the way she spoke to me, I wouldn’t have a job. The moment we left, my daughter said “mom, I really wanted to ask her not to speak to you that way, but I didn’t want to get in trouble“. She cut me off multiple times, spoke rudely, and dismissed all of my questions. Said goodbye when she was already out the door of the exam room. Made it very clear she couldn’t stand to be in my presence. It was embarrassing for that to happen in front of my daughter. Horrible experience. This office only has two pediatricians on staff and she was one of them so I think your chances of having a good experience are slim to none. AVOID! .

Dr. Lastra isn’t the greatest doctor. My experience with him was just awful. I took my son in for a sick visit, because he had a congestion cough. I asked him for some steroids that usually his Pulmonary Dr. prescribes when he gets that congestion. Dr. Lastra states he’s not prescribing the steroid because he believes it’s just allergies. I walked out and called the pulmonologist office explained the symptoms and he immediately sent the steroid prescription over for my son. Dr. Lastra just doesn’t listen to the parents point of view in my opinion.

All of the staff has been amazing—We love you all. Dr. DaSilva is such a God send for our son. We appreciate the care you give our son.

Wonderful Staff, very patient, they always try so hard to help me with all my worries, the nurse is lovely, the Doctor is very professional and very very gentle with my daughter. They always make me feel welcome. I’m always respected and treated well. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything well and simply. Would one hundred percent recommend.

The most over booked and never on time location. Appointment was at 9 am by 9:45 still sitting in the waiting room. This is disgusting service.

Appt was at 4 still In waiting room after 5. Still 3 people ahead of me. No call to let us know they are behind or anything. Customer service sucks. Try some where else.

Everytime I take my daughter here I sit there in waiting room for 2 hours at least

Worse service.... more than 2 hours waiting to be seen the Dr takes only 3 min inside with patients. The staff is so lame dont care for nothing.

Dr. Mote is FANTASTIC! He remembers my children each time even though we very rarely go to the doctors and always is personable with them. I am giving three stars because you CAN NOT get a hold of this office for absolutely anything. I have called since WEDNESDAY and done the little call back thing request too after waiting on hold almost 1.5 hours and I have yet to receive a call back still to this day which is Monday.

I will never go to the new location. They are so rude, disrespectful, and will tell you that you have to wear a mask to be seen. The worst experience ever! Do not waste your time. These people don’t care about the kids. I used to see Dr. Mote and he is no longer working for this company. Parents my advice to you is research your doctors and locations. Make sure you ask questions.

Called and made the appointment over a month ago for my kids’ sports physicals, was cancelled on me 2 days prior to the appointment and didn’t give me another appointment until 2 weeks later. After my kids are already in the sport and cannot participate until they have the physicals. Would not go here.

I love the place, the staff is super attentive and friendly! The two doctors are very friendly and have always answered my questions.
