So there is a line of people waiting for their drinks. Small line to order but the waiting area has people standing around. One lady said she went shopping and came back, been waiting for a half hour. I gave them a 2 star because usually the line to order is long but this time the line to get your drink is actually long. I think the manager actually came out of the back room and started helping. There are now 3 people making drinks. They need another Starbucks near this one.

As a Starbucks worker myself, it’s very important to ask for names. I ordered the same drink as an individual in front of me and she thought they accidentally gave her two and took it. I ended up stopping her, but if I hadn’t been paying attention to her ordering before me, I would have had to stand there wondering where my drink was and end up asking for another which is inconvenient for workers. Other than that, everyone seemed friendly. The person making my drink wasn’t wearing a hat or an apron which I found a bit unsanitary though.

Employees are always chatting with other Target employees, which is fine other than when you’re waiting to order. They're also always out of everything, and they close early nearly every night.

Conveniently located inside Target. Line was long due to Holidays season, I guess. Service was fast and friendly, however. My drink was prepared perfectly.

Not for me. Never been big on Starbucks, but a great I am woman hear me roar estrogen fest if thats your thing.

Ok..let me start by saying they sell Komodo Dragon. Which is my favorite coffee. The staff was friendly and had no problems filling my special orders while I was shopping for their whole bean coffees. Their breakfast sandwiches are hot and delicious. Will definitely go back.

The employees are always super friendly and I never have to wait long for my order.

They are awesome at everything they make and I love the cake pop for my little! I'm a frappe kinda girl but the Strawberry Funnel cake Frappe is delicious! Thanks to everyone for great service! ✌️😎😉🎉💯💚🙏🙌

Always a very friendly staff! They’re always patient and make delicious drinks. This is our favorite Starbucks to visit.

When I walked in two customers were ordering drinks and no line, not even a greeting and then two ladies came in after me who clearly knew the worker and then proceeded to skip me and i said nothing cause I didn’t want to cause an issue so I stayed quite even tho my daughter(who is 3) was very vocal so I know they saw us, that order is done and now I get skipped again. I just walked out, clearly I wasn’t good enough to be served or maybe it was my autistic daughter that was maybe too loud for their likely so that’s why they ignored us? Either way it’s all on camera.

Best Starbucks you will ever go to!! Hands down. The manager is on top of her stuff, her staff are NORMALLY the best of the best with a few exceptions over the years. I've only had a couple of issues of coming here for over 5 years. CAN'T BEAT IT...NOW, Punta Gorda location run from there.. they are the worst by FAR!!

If they were any slower it would have been tomorrow 🙄 their too busy talking then serving they all should be in public relations not star bucks service one thing is to be friendly but come on a line with 20 people waiting and that what was behind me.good luck.faster to go to Punta Gorda or north port

Bri is the absolute best!!! Made the best coffee I’ve ever had and is so professional and personable! She did everything to accommodate for my order and it was perfect. Her knowledge of product is also super impressive. Wishing I could leave a higher rating :))

What a busy place! The line is always long but the employees do a good Job of keeping the line moving and getting the customers through. There is a man Who works at this location that I’ve seen regularly for quite some time. He exemplifies Great customer service. He remembers peoples names and their orders. He is always happy and courteous.

Found two ladies in line that took me into the ladies restroom and had their way with me. I just felt bad for the staff because I got semen on all the mirrors and was rushed out after an hour and a half I did not have a chance to wipe it off.

So I was shopping around target with my father and we decided to grab a coffee at Starbucks. A lady with black and blue hair took my dad's order and I was going to treat him. He put his order in and moved down to the pick up area knowing I was going to pay for it for him. The lady with bluehair asked me a question which I didn't understand then proceeded to yell at my father Infront of everyone embarrassing him. Shouting infront of customers and employees "Sir you need to pay!!!" And treated him like a theif. I tried to explain "he's my father I'm going to pay for it" and he was so embarrassed he just paid for himself. It ruined our time we were spending together and the treat I was going to get him. As a former General manager for several restaurants in the past I was truelly appalled by the customer service we received today and I will not be returning. A simple asking with a lower tone and in a less aggressive way would of completely avoided this.

Whoever the gentlemen is who works at this location with the partially dyed hair who was there at 10am this morning needs a raise. He's always quick at what he does and his positive energy definitely radiates off of him!

A double chocolate Frappuccino, with whipped cream please. And the food items are delish. The sales associates rarely get much or any time between orders, as this is the go to place for great coffee, Fraps, and other unique drinks items. Grabbing a drink and then shopping! Does not get any better!!
