    I went to shop 10/09/22 Costco's quality control is out of hand, everytime I go to the seafood or bakery section everything is expired or about to expire in 1 day, it's been like this for months... I dont know how inspection hasn't gone and put some order smh... So people please watch out for out of dates and expired goods...

    Although it’s very busy, it is a great store like you can expect from any Costco. However most employees are very rude and impolite. I think it may be part of the Costco culture. From cashiers to managers I’ve always noticed an attitude when I talk to them. Today specifically I tried to ask a question to a manger by the name of Alegria and she didn’t even stop walking to hear me out.

    One of the best Costcowarehouses in town. Famous for its beautiful plants such as roses, orchids, and etc. Popular Kirkland 40 bottles purified water for $3.99 dollars, 12 rolls of Kirkland premium towel for $19 dollars , 30 rolls of Kirkland bath tissue for $19 dollars. 50 cents per bottle for S. Pellecrino sparkling mineral water. Cheap gasoline, Friendly staff, good shopping experience...

    Unfortunately it has become an unpleasant place to buy, the lack of customer service, and the rude rules that you have to follow to buy make it unfeasible, starting with a rude woman at the door ( dont remember the name but a tall woman , you will recognize her , no smile at door , yelling) asking for membership in a bad way and ordering you to close your umbrella, continuing through cashiers (gorge) that do not allow you to use credit if you do not have the main name of the membership owner on the card, they do not allow you to divide the account into several cards, they treat you rudely and limit all the facilities for a client to buy in a reasonable time. Not renewing my membership, it is not worth it, time and customer service is a key point. Advise , do not lose your time I left my car and went out.

    We were so impressed by how helpful, professional and friendly the staff were in store if how busy it was this past Sunday. We went in to get furniture and two employees came over immediately to help us. We then needed to leave one of the items to come back and pick it up and the associate who seems to be in charge of this came over and helped us out right away. Once we got outside immediately one of the young men came over and offered to help us load it into the car. Although everyone was extremely helpful we are most impressed by the amazing attitude that all the employees had. Very grateful, thank you!!!!

    Poor customer service!! Very disappointed and upset on how this location handle a situation that was unnecessary. We all know that unfortunately, Miami is a different animal and that due to the amount of fraudulent actions been done here in our city, some regulations need to be implemented to protect the business and yes, I agree with this. NOW, the employees need to be well and better trained on how to manage certain situations and screen their customers better. I have my business membership under my married last name and I was going to pay with my personal CC which is under my miden name. Even though, the first name is the same on both cards just the last name was different, they wouldn’t allowed me to use my card. If I would’ve gone through self checkout this wouldn’t have happened since they are not using the same protocol on all of the registers and obviously the lines are huge to pay. Danny, general manager, Alegria R. Register manager and Jorge at register all of them manage the situation the same. CORPORATE this is on you for NOT doing and managing the right Hiring and Training of your management people. You are not being able to manage the self checkout lines because instead they are free to pay with whatever CC they want and use with the membership cards of friends and family that handle them the card. Making your company lose the integrity of in Oder to buy at Costco you must have a membership.

    I came to shop today 08/19/23 to this store and everything was good, except with the bad customer service provided by the cashier Martha R. Who coincidentally attended me last Friday when I also came to this store. This time again she was uncourteous when you ask something, and likes to talk with other employees and customers even when she is attending you, and if you say something she gets mad and responds defensively. I would need to reevaluate if I am going to continue shopping in this place.

    Huge warehouse with lots of options to choose from and friendly workers! Prices has recently increased as a part of the national economic crisis. This store has the best quality foods and gets super packed as the various locations are so spread apart in distance.

    Seldom a crazy wait for gas. Good location in general. Really friendly employees in the liquor section, knowledgeable and happy to chat about their (astoundingly well priced) offerings. Always impressed with how quickly they keep the self-checkouts moving in the main warehouse! And plenty of samples around if that's your thing.

    Today Dec 2 2023 in the day of my birthday and I’m a handicapped person buying at Costco, the employees Steven Anthony and the Manager Sonia without giving their last names after an argument because they like to show the credential they treat me bad in front of a lot of people. I’m scared they will call the police for a credential is insane and more with a handicapped person. Please review the job of these persons they didn’t know how to treat a handicapped person. Absolutely they ruined my day for a credential. I have not to come back.

    I’m not going to lie this Costco gets very busy! We find ourselves driving around the parking lot a couple of times to park particularly on weekends. But, we plan ahead and come here once a month for the essentials, meats, chicken, seafood, cheeses and paper goods. The Kirkland premium paper towels are comparable to the overpriced and overly advertised on TV Bounty the quick picker upper…12 rolls for $19.00. Kirkland tissue paper comparable to Charmin…30 rolls for $19.00. Their Rotisserie chicken is great more flavorful and better price than Publix for only $4.99. Their bakery is to die for! Awesome cakes, pies, croissants, and large muffins. Yum! 😍 Costco is great for large families and businesses. Your phone is your best friend at the store, you have to do your due diligence and search if same product can be found for a better price elsewhere. Ask yourself does the membership cost outweigh the inconvenience in parking and long lines at checkout? 🤔 We will not ever shop for only 1 item but we’ve seen people do it. That’s crazy!! 😯 Happy shopping!

    rude staff, the warehouse manager Mr. Diaz is the worst ever, now I understand why the staff is so rude and total lack of manners. I hope someone does something about these people, Karma exists by the way... I saw today how they treated a guy with his service dog, they were really rude, all of them and they their treat with the whole customers is poor, they are rude and have bad behavior, I can't believe how a corporation like COSTCO allow this customer treatment, honestly I won't buy again in that COSTCO of Kendal FL, located in London Square. shame on you... DISGUSTING STAFF. I was checking and they have a lot of complaints because of the staff, it seems like they don't care. SHAME ON YOU!!!! NEVER RECOMMEND COSTCO OF KENDALL IN LONDON SQUARE. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE.

    Nice store, my son and I Love the products BUT!!! TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF NEVER COME BACK The guy said he is the general manager Mr Diaz now I understand the terrible customer service, total lack of manners, he was passive aggressive the whole time, never recommended this Costco in Kendall is the worst customer service ever. I will never buy anything in that Costco. SHAME ON MR Diaz and the rude staff in the entrance, they don't even read the signs at the entrance, I recorded the bad experience by the way, and he makes a copy of my membership card.

    I can't be mad at your business for my own financial hardship, but my experience today didn't sit well with me. I only have rolls of coins at my disposal for today's purchase and I only came to buy eggs, bread, and butter. I stood through a pretty big line to get turned away. The excuse was that the machine gets stuck if there are too many coins, but they were all counted for and in coin sleeves. I've come here and spent between $300-$500 each time and today's experience humbled me to realize how people are treated when they don't have bills. I'm not trying to pay with pennies, I brought quarters, dimes, nickels, and the only thing they accepted were my quarters so I made the huge line to leave with only eggs today.

    Good on specialty deserts and foods but one staff member at the Pharmacy would better serve customers in the back vs contact with the public. She seemed bothered to assist customers and sighed out loud when I tried looking up information. I guess it was taking too long for her. Not sure why she was upset, it is her job. She then mocked another customer after that customer walked away. Unprofessional and not cute. I would have given 1 star except there are other Pharmacy staff that are very nice, professional and helpful.

    Costco is always great but today Manny made it exceptional. His attitude was cheerful and he helped us all the way through closing. Including personally loading our oversize chair purchase in our vehicle. Thanks to all the Costco staff especially Manny.

    Very crowded. Many choices. Am handicapped. Haven't been for awhile. Found a handicap cart in parking lot. Was able to go inside. Check out was very quick with great staff helping to organize the line and helping to organize the unloading and the cashier was very fast. Staff very efficient.

    Excellent Costco Store. Has nice and polite middle class customers. I feel very safe in the neighborhood, parking lot and in store. It is crowded at the weekends after 11am. You can shop in a very relaxed environment in the weekdays. Human assisted self service registers are extremely convenient and fast. I rank this store highest among the Costco stores in Miami. Flagler store has also fast lanes but always very crowded. North Miami Beach store is excellent but crowded and has some aggressive customers.

    Item selection and variety is decent. There are SOME good prices on some things but a lot of stuff is as expensive as any other grocery stores. The customers and people though have little to no common courtesy and shopping etiquette. Everyone seems to be in such a rush with little to no concern about their surroundings. Greedy consumerism at its finest. Shelling their money away on things they don't need while enriching greedy corporations and adding to the extortion and inflation of the current economy. Expect to get cut-off multiple times starting in the overcrowded parking lot and pretty much at every other turn once your inside the actual warehouse. I have only ever been to this Costco at this location so maybe it's just a lack of manners situation at this location/Miami. Unless it's bulk essentials or things you can't find else where, the overcrowded, rushed and rude shopping experience just isn't worth the time.

    So this is not about Costco, it’s about the extended warranty company which is new. It used to be square trade not it’s Allstate who bought them out. My story is I purchased a 70 inch LG. Great tv but around the 4 year mark had an issue. I put in the request to get it fixed or replaced. They decided to replace. They said they would send me an email with the model of tv compatible to that one. So when I receive the email it was a tv brand I never heard off called ONN. I said is this the o my thing available they said yes. So needless to say they sent me come to find out a WALMART tv that is made for them. 3 days later I get a knock on my door from Walmart with new tv. So now the warranty company not Costco is replacing their TVs not from Costco but for me from Walmart. Very disappointed because it feels like false advertisement from Costco that is selling you the warranty and telling you that you will be covered. Just FYI I did reach out to Costco and they escalated this issue. But because it’s an insurance issue now they could not do anything. I received a call from Allstate and they pretty much said that is what you get. They could not explain why it came from Costco or they did not want to. So beware everyone about the Costco Watranty. Not a happy Costco customer when it comes to purchasing tv warranty.

    This Costco is always super busy but the staff moves the long lines very fast and it is very well stocked. Caught the Jamón Serrano español on sale for $89 this Christmas.

    I get told I can't purchase without the owner of the card there, but, I still made the purchase because the next cashier said otherwise, HEY supervisor! I STILL PURCHASED without the owner of the card. Amazing! You guys are weird.

    I love costco because of the deals they have. I can't give 5 stars because whenever I visit this place, it's always hard to find parking even if it's a huge parking lot. It's always busy, they probably have to extend more parking spaces since they are next to other shopping centers.

    Cotsco is a great store. The quality of the products is excellent, the Kirkland brand and everything they sale. The time to pay is OK, even if the lines are long. I hate when they ask me for the card at the entrance door. I'll give it 5 starts if they close a little later (like Bj's).

    I feel really frustrated. I'm going to try to be objective. The prices and attention at Costco are very good but their rewards program and the arguments they use to sell the subscription are fraudulent in my opinion. For the second time I have to renew my subscription and the money from my reward did not reach my mailbox and I can not use it to pay the cost of the renewal of the subscription because although they can see the credit in the computerized system they need the paper which was supposedly sent to me. Again the only solution they offer me is to request the paper again and have it sent to me by regular mail. Of course, I no longer trust the transparency of this company's rewards program. So I recommend you reevaluate your confidence in this program very well because for me it does not make sense that in the era of the digital multiverse still a company uses mechanisms against environmental conservation unless its intentions are to obscure hinder the use by the client of the reward offered for one year and that the client pays again the subscription for the full value leaving aside what was offered at the time of the first purchase.
