Where do I even start. The covid testing center has THE MOST rude employees. I suggest you guys find new people to work on the front lines like that. I will no longer be bringing my service here, and I will be calling some sort of authorities leaving a bad review so maybe someone will do something about you guy’s terrible service team. This is a beautiful facility, but I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Find a new staff.

Took my kids up here for an eye exam because the wife is at home with our sick newborn. Appointment is at 8. We arrive at 750 spend about 6 minutes at the door getting our Temps taken. Another 2 walking down the hallway from the door we entered until we get to reception. It's now 2 till 8. Old lady in the middle desk, greets us, I inform her why we are there. She checks our information kids information is correct, she then asks who are you. I say I am dad, these are my kids. Our 4 year old does not know I'm his step dad. He believes I am his dad. She loudly says no. You're not listed are you there step dad loudly. I explain the situation by now it's 8:10. Well they won't see the youngest one because we missed our appointment it was 8. But the will see the oldest but. They still have to call mom and get her approval. Mind you we missed the first appointment because of this lady. If we miss the appointment because of your employee that should allow us to still be seen.

A decent place with good service, except the lady behind the main desk at the employee health section.. she was rude in person, and she rudely hung up when we called today.

Only giving 1 star because I had too. I am so very disappointed. I drove an hour to the Employee Poteau clinic only to get turned away because there was no one to do a chart. I was told that everyone was at lunch. I got sent to the desk to the right of the employee clinic and she also said she cant help because everyone was at lunch. I got there at 11:30am and was told to comeback after 1pm. No where on the website does it say that walk-ins are turned away during this time. Yeah I probably learned to call, but the website also says "It is the philosophy of CNHSA to provide quality-focused services through effective communications, teamwork, and preservation of the dignity, cultural values, and health of the individuals we serve." Who do you serve? I've had two days off in the past four weeks and the clinic was closed on sundays so I thought I could sneak in before work and get my painful bump looked at which I had for the last week. Apparently that isn't the case. I am very hurt and disappointed and there is no where to call and no one to turn to. I just became CBID and I am kind of sad that this happened with no solution. I am expected to do my best for the Nation and I proudly do but I guess it isn't that way for myself. I'll go else where from today on.

The Dentist and his assistant are the nicest folks. Can't recommend Dr. Vineyard enough! Such nice "chair side" manner!

Terrible experience the past 3 visits. Last visit ended up having to go to a walk in at another clinic because they missed diagnosed a UTI and failed to prescribed antibiotics and the other clinic ended up having to prescribe 2 .. I was rushed in and out that day too..

Dr. Hayes and his staff are amazing! They are always polite and very professional. They are quick to return calls and answer all my questions. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor and staff! Thank you for all you do!

I love this clinic.Dr McCorkel is the best Dr I have ever seen.He doesn't get in a hurry he takes his time and listens to every thing you tell him.I will on ser him or Dr Frank. Everyone from the reception to the nurses pharmacy is always so nice.I haven't had a bad experience here.I have been coming her for over 10 years.
