Some staff here aren't very friendly. And definitely not kid friendly. As a mother of multiple that have to been seen at once thing's can get hectic. But there's is no absolute reason a staff member should get on to or be rude to my children. There is a fine line between ask me to keep my kids from doing something that is bothering you and you coming in out of no where and talking to my children rude.

Very friendly professional and timely. I had to have flu covid and strep test and actually felt no discomfort during testing. Would highly recommend.

The new Carbon system would not let me schedule an appointment online. I go tot the point were you select to receive by email or text. I chose text and nothing came through. You can’t go around that step. I tried to select both options and no message ever came through. I had to call and schedule an appointment with the front desk. The email and texts never came through.

Scheduled an appointment online, text reminder sent 20 min before scheduled appointment. With the patient online portal you don’t even need to wait for dr instructions, once your seen you can head out. It’s all in your online file. Super easy and fast. I had stitches there in the past and I was able to be done before I could have gone across to the emergency room and gotten checked in. Staff is nice and friendly.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PLACE IN TECUMSEH. EVERY TIME I OR MY HUSBAND GET SICK, we will come here. Thanks to Kelli, Wendy, and ALL OF Y’ALL FOR MAKING OUR VISIT SO ENJOYABLE. Y’ALL ARE THE BEST!!!!! ❤️🙂🙂❤️

I took my granddaughter to the Tecumseh clinic today which that in itself is most accommodating! Not only was your personal professional in every way they were kind, considerate, expediant and HAPPY TO BE OF SERVICE! Our experience with your company was most refreshing ...your employees, from our 1st point of contact until the completion of our visit, from the woman at the front desk the intake gentleman and the Doctor, handled themselves in a professional, knowledgable and kind manner! I recommend this establishment to anyone seeking medical assistance from this awesome group of wonderful people! Y'all are the ROCKSTARS of the medical profession! Everyone was pleasant and caring. Only waited 15 mins to be seen. Very pleased with my visit. Even hoped I would feel better soon. Would recommend.
