I am writing this review in complaint at location Baptist Urgent care @14524 Cantrell Rd #160, Little Rock, AR 72223. I arrived with my sick children (20 months and 4 years of age) at 11:00am as a walk in his pediatrician had referred us. When I arrived there was 6 people ahead of me as walk ins and 1 booked appointment. I patiently waited our turned after 2 and half a hours I asked how much longer it would be to be seen as my son was getting sicker they said I was next in line. I continued to wait before viewing the wait list I noticed there was 5 more people booked ahead of me that weren't even present in the building. I was then approached by the front desk lady she proceeded to tell me 5 more people were booked ahead of me and referred me to another urgent care. So after waiting 3 hours to not be seen i drove across town with my sick children to another urgent care. when I arrived they took him straight back he was running 102 degree fever positive for RSV with trouble breathing. I was then referred to children's which is what I should have done in the first place. When I called the first urgent care to speak to a supervisor to share my experience with her and the condition of my child the front desk lady told me she would have the supervisor call me (her name is Randa). I told the receptionist that i would be taking my complaint to corporate she proceeded to tell me that her mother works for corporate so I would more than likely be dealing with her. This is extremely illegal to intimidate someone into not making a complaint. The front desk associate name is April. I will not tolerate intimidation over making a complaint where I feel my child was neglected and uncared for. I am in contact with corporate over this matter. My child is extremely sick and healthcare workers set the standard for care and compassion and that is not what I experienced at this location. I hope this situation will be addressed.

I will refer all my friends and family they are awesome they get me in and out and one my way. I go here when I can't see my primary .I gone several times and they are the best clinic in little rock. Also to add the manager was very nice and I had the best experience .can someone have the Manger call me so I can tell them how I was treated today. Thank you

I was very impressed by my first experience at the clinic. I filled out all paperwork beforehand online, and even checked in before getting out of my car via a link they sent via text. I spent about 25 minutes in the waiting room before being called back, but from that point on, everything went quickly and smoothly. The entire staff was friendly and efficient.

I love the option of being able to do the “hold my spot”. I was seen very quickly and able to complete the check-in online before my appt. The nurse and the provider were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have nothing but praise for this facility. Today was my second visit. Both times I received excellent service. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

My whole family goes here. We use to to see Whitney Johnson. She was the best. I don't know where she went. We also like Kristyn Lambert. The billing department for these Urgent care clinics are horrible. No one speaks English that is understandable. We keep receiving bills and emails daily. We have a CC on file. When you call customer service you can tell they have a written script they are reading from. I always offer to pay my copay up front but they never take it. Then I have to deal with the harassing emails and bills in the mail. Just take my 20 dollar copay.

Today was my 1st visit to the Baptist Urgent Care Clinic on Cantrell. I received 5 STAR service today from Jonathan and NP(sorry cant remember his name)!! Even the receptionist was nice and helpful! I received kind, thorough, informative, pleasant care and communication...really stellar service. Highly recommend this place! :)

The entire staff from the moment I walked in the door until the time I walked out were very friendly and professional. The wait time was very reasonable and they took good care of me. If I ever need to go back to an urgent care this is definitely where I will be going. Thank you for getting me taken care of

Everyone was so nice and prompt. Shaneka was so helpful with the sign in process. She walked me thru everything and was so patient with me. The young lady that pulled me to the back was so sweet and polite. The APRN Ms. Pam was so sweet and gentle. She listened to me and made sure before I left that all my questions were answered and I understood how to take my prescription she ordered for me. Thank you to everyone!
