I got my lashes done here in February and they immediately were falling out everywhere I constantly had lashes on my cheeks and by the end of the week there were only 2 or 3 still hanging. I wasn’t given any after care instructions at the shop but I did go off what Google said and still they did not hold up. When I contacted the shop on several occasions they stopped answering my messages and did not refund or fix the issue. The photo is 4 days after paying $100 for the set. Edit: They did offer me a date and time to come in and have them fixed but I was unavailable at that time. After I let them know that they were unwilling to reschedule and in the end did not ever make it right. I waited so long to leave a review in hopes that they would eventually make it right but they never did they ignored my messages which is why I decided to leave a review. I have the messages as well, thank you.

I go here literally once a week if not more. They offer so many services! Eyelash extensions, infrared sauna, facials, Brazilians, eyebrow lamination, lash lifts/tints, teeth whitening, that’s just a fraction of the services I’ve personally gotten here. The owner, Michelle, is so sweet and caring and loves what she does. She is the reason I go. She listens to what you need, gives you the best recommendations and doesn’t overcharge or up charge you. Speaking of listening, she’s so easy to get along with. Michelle creates a super relaxing, comfortable, safe space. She never lets any negativity permeate her services or her interactions with people, and you definitely feel more like a friend than a client. There’s two Michelle’s here. Of course the owner, but the other who goes by Shell does lash extensions. I won’t go anywhere else for my extensions. I let her have her freedom to do what she wants and she makes sure it’s within my boundaries. And the one time I asked for something specific- she delivered and I was so so happy. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely go, but be prepared because with all the services you’ll get hooked and it’ll be a weekly visit

Michelle did an excellent job! She is an incredibly fast waxer; you will be in and out in NO TIME! In general, customer service in Hinesville is horrendous but not at the beauty boutique. She is so sweet, caring and nice. I had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable in the field of aesthetics and works miracles. Listen to her instructions and you’ll have clear beautiful skin. Everything you need is at the beauty boutique! Such a wonderful experience.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Jan was great. She took me through the process step by step and made me feel comfortable. I am not fro GA but everything I come down to visit my daughter I will be making my appointment with Jan. I recommend her.

Doing this review while still on the waxing table because that’s how great this experience is. Michelle is AWESOME and I’d give more stars if I could. From the moment I walked in the door, she has been extremely kind. She’s very knowledgeable about the services she provides and she makes sure you are too. She explains each step before she does it and she checks in all throughout the service to make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve been getting waxed for years and this has been the quickest and most comfortable wax I’ve ever received. I will definitely be back to see her from now on. I’d highly suggest the Brazilian with the steam and mask afterwards 🥰

Michelle is absolutely amazing! I’d rate everything 10 stars if I could. From the experience, to the wax itself, and the studio! Loved it all, so glad I found her as I was searching for a new wax specialist moving from Miami due to the military. I’ve been going to her for almost a year now. Highly recommend! Best waxing experience of my life! As soon as you walk in it has such a comfy vibe and smells so good! Michelle did my wax and calmed my nerves so much especially being pregnant! She talked me through the whole process and educated me a lot on waxes. The space the wax is in, was so calming and VERY CLEAN!! Highly recommend this place.

My skin feels great after my facial! Michelle really took the time to think about what my skin needs and customised my experience. I also had my eyebrows waxed and normally my eyes stream. I had no tears with Michelle for the first time ever with a wax!

I love this place! Miss Michelle is literally the best and my brazilian wax is almost pain free. Pricing is very reasonable, the place is very clean and has a zen vibe. The bathroom has all the essentials that you may need before the appointment which I believe was very thoughtful. I love it!
