Josh NP was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. The medical assistant was awesome! Shout out to the very patient X-ray technician. Checking in was so convenient and thanks to the front desk employee who greeted me with a smile and kindness.

This was my second time at this urgent care and the whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in, super kind staff, and a very clean modern facility. I’ve only had to wait a max of 15 minutes to be seen both times. That in itself has made me want to return. The staff works hard and quickly to get you in and out.

Staff was very friendly and informative from the moment i walked in the office. Staff communicated well with each other and also with me. Dr. who attended me was friendly and treated me like a friend, which I appreciate. Front office uses a check in system that allows the patient to keep track of their place in line through their phone, which i thought was very helpful to me.

I’ve been coming here for a really long time, before it became ExperCare, actually. And I will always recommend them! They have AMAZING staff, very patient, sweet and professional. Everyone here is very friendly with kids (regardless if the visit is for them or not) They are always understanding and don’t ever try to push something, that you don’t feel necessary, or just don’t want done. I feel like they actually care about their patients and not just charging insurance. Highly highly recommended!!

Been using this place since it’s hard to get into your own doctors offices and IF they’re open I prefer here over the emergency room, took my child to ER and doctor didn’t Even glove up and act concerned to take a look at what was going and prescribed OTC meds, seen Josh and he seemed more concerned and took an actual look at my child and prescribed Antibiotics and it cleared right up. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Never a long wait either and meds are always sent over to my pharmacy before I leave. They’re on it! Wish more places would be like that!

Great staff, very personable. Had an appointment and had no wait time at all...which is great because when you don't feel well to begin with, a long wait aggravates the situation. Fast, courteous, and thorough.

Today is the Friday before Christmas and the staff was quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what was going on with me.

For my first visit, I was hardly given an evaluation before I was sent home with medicine & was told that "You're in wonderful health for you age". I'm still sick after finishing out the meds. So, I scheduled another visit. A different nurse saw me & came to a quick conclusion that I needed an ambulance to take me to the hospital to get a cat scan & blood work done. I was already having an anxiety attack just from being in a doctor's office so I guess she thought it was a great idea to tell me I could have a life threatening blood clot (at age 23, yeah OK). She was unprofessional in telling me that her OPINION was indeed true, because she "has worked in the ER before". These people want to prescribe you something quick to get you in & out. And they don't care if it doesn't work. I hope this place doesn't call me for an "update" in a few days because I will not have nice things to say. Have had similar experiences in the past too!!! Yall suck!

ExperCare in Richmond Hill, GA. Very professional, very thorough, very friendly and the care provided has given very good results. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever sick again. I'd like them to be my primary doctor but I'm not sure if they do that also or they just focus on urgent care. Mary

It has always been great experience, but all the providers and the whole staff. Josh Woodley NP was great. Made the visit easy & comfortable. Kaydee MA had to give me a shot and she was so easy with it. THANK YOU for taking care of me and my family for years now.
