Normally I love bath and body works , but today the associate maggie was so rude! She had no customer service and she made it seem like checking me out was the end of the world. She threw my candles and perfume into a bag and didn’t even offer me a receipt. Everybody else was really sweet, but get rid of maggie.

Great selection of products. The cashiers and employees further back in the store were very friendly and helpful. However this is the second time that I have visited that the two ladies that worked in the front of the store were very unhelpful and seemed more content chatting with each other than assisting customers. They were quick to dismiss any questions one might have and instead informed you to talk to the cashiers at the back of the store.

I miss the old staff. Went in this morning and the attitude I got was a turn off wasn't even greeted. I walked out not purchasing anything. If you want to keep customers hire staff that appreciate people's patronage.

The store was overcrowded to the point it was very difficult to get to the exit. Store management should be more responsible in his regard.

Always love the smell of candles. This visit was excellent cuz they had an amazing variety of new fragrance candles that were hard to pass up r chose from. Went a little too extreme going off budget. But it's worth it
