Kayla’s friendliness, attention to detail, and knowledgeable communication caught my attention!! She was very responsive and kind via email when I asked to be notified of unexpected availability. I’ve had some bad experiences with waxing but she clearly has good technique and quality products. I will be back when I’m in the area and HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💕
