Very good customer service from start to finish! Front office staff was courteous and very helpful. Staff who assisted me in the exam room were amazing as well, very thoughtful and thorough and willing to listen carefully to my concerns. The PA was caring and immediately understood what was wrong and took very good care of me. She gave me the correct answers and medication to provide me with the results that I needed. Thank you to everyone who cared for me on Saturday morning. You were all amazing.🤩

My twin boys started preschool and the sickness has been relentless in our household! Trying to get an appointment with on post takes MONTHS! Thank goodness for this urgent care! Huge thank you especially to Dr. Rachel for making sure they get the medicine and proper care to get better. Everyone there from the nurses to the office staff have been friendly, polite, and empathetic every time we have had to come in.

From reception to imaging,nursing staff to PA/NP provided excellent service. I signed up on line was taken promptly. Extremely pleased with care provided . Grateful we have St. Joseph’s in our community.

Holidays are no time to be sick! Uggg!!! I got right in, even though the power went out for a short 10 minutes. I was in desperate need of antibiotics for a sinus infection and an upcoming surgery that would be delayed if I was not 100%. In less than 1 hour, I was out and getting my prescription and on my way back home! Everyone was nice, helpful and professional.

We had a wonderful experience! My daughter was seen immediately for a cut on finger. They treated her with such kindness and care. They had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend for quick and wonderful care!

I was a walk-in, so there was a wait time, but not terribly long. I felt they gave me the appropriate level of care. They didn't do any unnecessary test, but they did do what needed to be done. I use to go to one of the local MD.s, but I did feel that I go adequate care from him (his PAs were fine) so I stopped going to his office. Any time I need to be seen quickly I will always go to St. Joe Urgent care.

The front desk was not aware that military ID cards have been mandated not to be taken copies or photos of. The benefits number is located on the card for identification so I explained it and continued on. The nurse and doctor were great and diagnosed my daughter and we picked up the medicine at the pharmacy and went on our way. Great experience!

Received excellent care. She addressed my problems and gave me a referral to a Dr. that will help me with my health issues. My last dr. didn't do that. Keep up the good work.
