We had a great experience at PedsNow this morning! I made an appointment last night and we were seen within minutes of our time slot. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was so nice. The waiting room and exam room were very clean. Dr. Doug was great, he was kind and answered my questions, took his time with us and made us feel like he cared. I’ll be coming here from now on, instead of the other urgent cares in town!

Took my son tonight for the first time and I will have to say I was thoroughly pleased with our visit. The staff was extremely polite, the wait was short and the doctor we seen was very nice and he listened to everything I had to say he didn’t rush to get out the room and he seemed to genuinely care. Overall I was extremely impressed. I definitely recommend taking your kids.

I've never heard of an urgent care that takes appointments (can be made online) until going to PedsNow. I was a walk-in and was well aware of the wait time I would most likely experience. The staff was professional and welcoming. Once we were taken back to a room there wasnt a long wait for the doctor who was friendly and efficient. He was able to diagnose my little and make a good impression. Would go again and recommend to others. Will make an appointment next time.

Being a parent of a sick infant is tough, but having a pediatric urgent care which has 1) Easy appointment scheduling, 2) friendly, helpful staff, and 3) well-informed and attentive physicians have made it so much easier. My daughter has been to this clinic twice and seen Dr. Wilson twice. He was kind, gentle, understanding, and had plenty of helpful information to share to make my daughter's time easier. This place is great, and I highly recommend to anyone with young kids.

I tried to get my daughter into her regular DR but they didn’t have anything available today. I don’t usually like to go to urgent cares as they are always packed and take forever to be seen. I made an appointment time online and got called back fast. It didn’t take long for them to come check her out. The care was overall great! The nurses and Dr were nice and informative. I recommend this place 100%

I LOVE this place. Better than taking my kids on post. It's nice & clean, smells good and has a TV for kids to watch cartoons. All of the staff including the docs are super nice & friendly and seem to really care. They feel like family & even called the next day to ask if my son was feeling better. That made me almost want to cry. I love them & they don't even know it!

When i initially arrived, the estimated wait time was 72 minutes. I was seen within half that time. The staff were professional, the doctor listened to all my concerns about my daughter, ran some test and came back with a treatment plan. It was a great experience overall. From those at the front desk, to the nurse that took my daughter’s height and weight, to the doctor that came and treated my daughter. I appreciate you all!

Every single time we use them, the receptionist is RUDE. She doesn't let you finish speaking about your child or what he needs before interrupting you. I said "HI my name is... and I was trying to make an appointment online...." I was trying to ask her about evening hours for tomorrow, but she shut me up and said "we don't have any availability today. You have to make your appointment for tomorrow." I know, I can see that online. Why don't you find out what it is I need before giving me answers to questions I didn't ask? I don't care what kind of day you're having or if everyone you see is stupid or below you, you are the face of a pediatric facility, and proper customer service goes a long way. And this is just one example. Literally every time. She looks down her nose at you and talks to you like you're stupid instead of being considerate or helpful. If Dr. Ajayi didn't use them, there's no freaking way I'd voluntarily deal with her every time I go in there. The doctors have always been fantastic ,though. They deserve 4.5 for sure. Too bad the receptionist is the way she is.
