Every
single
time
we
use
them,
the
receptionist
is
RUDE.
She
doesn't
let
you
finish
speaking
about
your
child
or
what
he
needs
before
interrupting
you.
I
said
"HI
my
name
is...
and
I
was
trying
to
make
an
appointment
online...."
I
was
trying
to
ask
her
about
evening
hours
for
tomorrow,
but
she
shut
me
up
and
said
"we
don't
have
any
availability
today.
You
have
to
make
your
appointment
for
tomorrow."
I
know,
I
can
see
that
online.
Why
don't
you
find
out
what
it
is
I
need
before
giving
me
answers
to
questions
I
didn't
ask?
I
don't
care
what
kind
of
day
you're
having
or
if
everyone
you
see
is
stupid
or
below
you,
you
are
the
face
of
a
pediatric
facility,
and
proper
customer
service
goes
a
long
way.
And
this
is
just
one
example.
Literally
every
time.
She
looks
down
her
nose
at
you
and
talks
to
you
like
you're
stupid
instead
of
being
considerate
or
helpful.
If
Dr.
Ajayi
didn't
use
them,
there's
no
freaking
way
I'd
voluntarily
deal
with
her
every
time
I
go
in
there.
The
doctors
have
always
been
fantastic
,though.
They
deserve
4.5
for
sure.
Too
bad
the
receptionist
is
the
way
she
is.
