Great service, immediate interaction with the waitress, fresh cooked food, as ordered. Being the last of the customers that had arrived, did have to wait a bit for a beverage refill. Other than that, great place

The atmosphere in there was outstanding. All the staff were very kind & helpful. The cook, wow, amazing. Watching her cook all the food was entertaining & exciting. More than I expected.

My friend and I went to breakfast. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. The food was so good until my friend reminded me that after we finished eating to take a picture and post it. We will have to go back and do that. 😊

Stop going to waffle houses years ago because I did not like the atmosphere or cleanliness of the restaurant but I came to this one and was pleasantly surprised Customer Service was wonderful and there was no 🐜 ants crawling around or water and food all over the place. Will return to this one again.

The staff is terrible and rude. They act as if you are an inconvenience after the fact that you waited about 30 minutes at the bar. They proceed to take my order but with a nasty attitude that I didn’t appreciate and called them out for it. They told me I can go find other places to eat at if I didn’t like it. Already irritated I went ahead and ordered and then once I went home I found that I was missing a waffle and my hash browns. I called them requesting a refund and what they told me is that I should’ve verified before leaving. Worst place in hinesville to go to

I waited at a "bar" seat and intended to place a to go order. I looked at the menu and sat it down, indicating I was ready to order. The middle aged, overweight waitress never once asked me what I would like. This place was not busy at all, it was late evening. This woman never even made eye contact with me and when I tried to get her attention she flat ignored me. After maybe 30 minutes I walked out. Not a word from her even as I opened the door to leave. It was painfully obvious that she couldn't care less if I stayed or left, she probably wanted me to leave anyway. Again, it was not at all crowded. Maybe 3 tables occupied and 3 guys at the bar section. She even waited on a party AFTER I arrived. I love Waffle House but I will never set foot in this one again, at least not until they change night managers.

This is the worst Waffle House with the worst staff I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been going to waffle houses across the country since I was a kid. This establishment is disgusting, by the service they provide for soldiers. It’s slow paced, with no sense of urgency and they are all rude on top of everything. This place needs to be under new management bc it’s a stain to the Waffle House name. This is also the FIRST REVIEW IVE EVER LEFT AT A PLACE….. Oh and I tried to call in my to go order for about a year and a half and they haven’t ever answered their phone once. Done with Hinesville Waffle House…

Great vibes.. great food.. great prices. My husband and I have been here a few times and this location never disappoints! Everyone is so friendly! We prefer to come here for breakfast. It's a great way to start the day!

The food is good and the staff is friendly, but it definitely seems like they have favorite customers and are kind of rude to non-regulars. It makes the whole "dining-in" experience uncomfortable if you want to have a nice meal.

My food was made fresh but I took off 2 stars because my server was rude and gave me prejudiced vibes. She was welcoming and nice to everyone of a different skin tone but she let me sit for 20mins without greeting me or giving me a menu. I had to borrow a menu from another lady sitting a few seats down from me. Another waitress greeted me once she noticed me sitting there. The waitress that I was assigned tried to ignore my existence and take the orders of ppl that came in after me while I was the one seated and waiting and the others clearly had just walked in and were standing. Once I received my food both my plates were missing toppings that I paid for and instead of fixing the issue she tried to argue that my food was made right and another waitress and cook who clearly saw what was wrong had to correct the issue. Everyone else was courteous but that one waitress almost ruined my complete experience. I've never gotten bad service here until I came across her

I have been coming to this waffle House for a year so is most of my family. And I was asked today to stand at the register instead of sitting down if I was to get a takeout order because the waitress was afraid I wasn't going to tip her because I wasn't dining in I will now refer all my family and friends never to return to this restaurant if the owner would like to go back to the cameras you'll see the disabled veteran that walked out June 14th 2023

This is a okay waffle house to me. Sometimes when they cook and the food is done they have it just sitting there when I think it should be giving to the customer right away when the food come off the grill. That's for people who do dine in there. The employees are nice.

Call restaurant around midnight and recording that they were busy taking care of customers. Restaurant had only 3 customers sitting down already finished and one person waiting for a to go order.

Open late. The pilly cheese steak omelette hit the spot. Staff was friendly and made sure I had sugar free syrup. Thanks!! Forgot our extra cheese so, gave them 4 stars.

This Waffle House never disappoints. The food is always delicious here, maybe I'm just biased to Waffle House. Lol The customer service is always A1 and they always are sure that their customers are taken care of. If you're in the area, please stop by & see it for yourself.

6:15am, 4 employees and 0 customers in the store lights on and doors open. Was greeted with a "no" and refused service bc they had "a hurricane of people". All my years going to Waffle House that's never happened before.

Service was quick yet efficient. Food was fresh and hot. Check your order before leaving. Visited on 3-13-22 and ordered pork chops that contained too much salt. Edible after rinsing off with water but this should not be necessary. Will order no seasoning next time. Otherwise all was good on this visit.

Wish I could exchange their staff with the ones from Jesup so they could come to Jesup! So much better staff in Hinesville and the food is great also.

All tables were either occupied or just not cleaned. Sat at counter table. There was a table dirty for over an hour. People standing waiting. I pointed out to staff. Food was good but staff could use a little training.
