I went through the drive thru and waited about 25 minutes to have my order taken. That’s understandable but when I received my food it didn’t look fit for consumption. I’m not sure why they would even serve it! The best part of the meal was the drink.

Almost everything was wrong. First off, our drive thru person was awesome. All two stars go straight to him. He was super sweet, kind, friendly, and was very careful to make sure he understood our order. If his manager wants to give him some credit, he had kind of a flamboyant voice and was at the drive thru at 5 pm on July 16th. However, everybody else messed everything up. They gave me chicken strips instead of chicken bites. I ordered and paid for extra brownie pieces in my blizzard but there was like 3 or 4 pieces in my blizzard total. And the guy at the window..... Okay we ordered italian dressing with our salad. We got ranch in our bag. When we asked the guy if we could have italian like we asked for he stared at us and said "thats what that is..." But its literally ranch. Not at italian. Posting picture for proof. He refused to give us italian dressing insisting that is what we had... He was so unbelievably rude. For managers info, so maybe he will receive some sort of reprimand, he was at the window at 5:15 pm on July 16th. He is african american with semi short hair and an attitude all over the place. I myself have been a fast food worker. I know what its like to be in a rush and doing the best you can. But this guy was so so so rude. If you cannot be polite especially to polite customers, you shouldn't have that job. Again, all two stars go to that boy at the drive thru headset. He was so personable even in the middle of a rush.

Definitely a far cry from the memories I have had from my childhood. However given the current times and state of affairs these days. I will say they deserve a pat on the back.

Just stood at the counter for over 5 minutes watching everyone walk around, talk about how the food window was too small, and how they should put it on the dirty water cart instead. Then, use the ipad to enter orders in that were def after me. ZERO acknowledgment of my existence or the man behind me. This needs to be addressed for sure. I never did get to order.

Food was cold. And no forks for the chicken basket or the sauced and tossed . Won't be back to this location. I'll drive to Richmond hills for dq next time. Very sad 😢😢😢

This has happened twice now at this location, but I let the first time slide. I ordered a medium peanut butter puppy chow blizzard, with extra peanut butter and extra puppy chow. There was nothing extra about it. It had 2 pieces of puppy chow Chex in it. Two. Visited another one on a trip a week ago, ordered the exact same thing, and it was full of extra. This location is a rip off.

Waited in drive-thru for about 20 min, when I pulled up to order, I asked about the national ice cream day deals, in which I had already pulled up on app, and they surely had a sign up advertising this. The lady at the intercom said they didn't have any deals, I told her it's on the app and she continously told me that they were not doing it. So, I got out of line, my attention was on leaving, but I changed my mind, and pulled into a parking spot and went inside. I asked the young lady at the counter the samething, and told her about the sign outside, in which she said she didn't even know there was a sign, omg. I asked for the manager, she came out and I explained about the $1 off a dipped cone on the app. It took another customer to tell me to just order it off the app and then they have no other choice but to do it, lol. The manager claimed she didn't know anything about a sign outside. So she asked me to show it to her, in which I did. That's when she finally said, oh you have to order it off the app. Really, after 40 min later. People take pride in your job, doesn't matter if you are shoveling poop. Customer service is everything, if you can't deal with it, you are in the wrong business. I did get my dipped cone, $1 off any size, except kid size. It was good.

Loved the service I received in the drive-thru. I know it's a rough economy we are in right now and it's tough on the service members and I always show kindness regardless. Rarely do I receive it back anymore when visiting restaurants. But, I received it here! Thank you!

Kids were done eating before adults got there food. I had to go up and all where it was. Another customer brought back a burger that was wrong, gave it to cashier who put it in expo window only to have kitchen person take it and put it on the prep line( 2 cooks were looking at it) makes me wonder how many times I might have eaten messed up food that was brought back

They told us they didn’t sell ice cream sandwiches even though it was on the menus and app??? Lied to us and said it meant dilly bars. They didn’t add any of the mix ins to my blizzard either. I payed two extra dollars for them.

Upon entering, the employee was very nice. She greeted me and my children. Took our order correctly. We received our order in a good time from the time we placed our order. Thank you for a great experience.

Food is always hot and delicious but they do have a problem with getting your food out in a good amount of time if it is busy. But the fact that the food is always hot when you get it and fresh makes up for the timing.

I have been doing forever in every single DQ I visit National Wide, and is asking for a simple blackout. It is not a float, but icecream mixed with Coca Cola. If you want to sell you should listen to your customers. The rude "manager" or in charge person just lost 3 customers for a 3 years streak. Yes, we are on contract working here.

Came here for dinner with the kids, they were so excited to order their burger or chicken strips with something other than French fries (both chose a banana), boyfriend got a big burger and I got the chicken strip basket. Everything was so good and fresh. Only suggestion would be to add some salt to the fries as none of ours had any seasoning or flavor. The girl at the counter was very friendly but very quiet and hard to hear when we placed our order. Aside from that, friendly staff and the dining area was clean. Total for 4 people was around $28 so I can’t complain too much

The service and food were great, I had a few special requests too, and they carried them without any disgruntlement. I appreciated the service I received.

Horrible ghetto trashy location. Bunch of disrespectful punks work there. Can’t take a order properly , can’t count money , has no clue what correct change is and the nerve to try and fight physically bc I asked for the correct order. Took my sundae back and added things. That’s a huge health code violation. DISGUSTING. Do not waste your time. The owner should be truly ashamed to have this place open, corporate should close this franchise ASAP.

Unfortunately we pulled in around 9pm on a Sunday, (10pm close) they had all their lights shut off and didn't answer the drive through for about 5 minutes trying to make us think it was closed

Been loving this place since I was a kid. These days I get to treat my mom and well, that's pretty awesome to me. Thank you for that!

I ordered off the app and got stuck somewhere unable to get my order until later. They made sure everything was nice and fresh for me when i got there. Whoever answered when i called was very professional and nice. Keep up the great work!

Ate here yesterday spent $30 on food for my husband and I with ice cream. We finish the food and we felt so sick to our stomach’s food was absolutely terrible was not even warm. I swear my chicken was not even cooked. My french fries were still practically frozen. Very disgusted. Spent $30 and did not even get my moneys worth of food ended up with a stomach ache which I feel is food poisoning because I felt so sick right after be careful if you go here to eat, make sure your food is cooked.!!!

I don't know why but I love this place. Everytime I've gone the person has been surly as though they hate everyone that enters but are doing their best to be polite and civil. The orders are always right though and they get them out pretty quick. I will be returning.

42 minutes 922pm 1004pm for 5 Cars to go through the drive through for ice cream only cause they had already shut down their grills. Ridiculous. And if you have a flavor of the month red velvet blizzard and aren't selling then take it off the menu don't lead people to be an option.

Usually okay. Service isn't bad. Food is decent enough. But today I had a Misty Freeze and there were peanuts in it. It's just a slushy with ice cream so..not sure why there were peanuts in there. Was it a goof, jest, or prank? Was it dirty or was it due to a nut fight?? Idk but it ruined my drink and if I had an allergy I would have been screwed.

Dairy Queen is a hot spot for a banana split, so ever so often we must return. We had pick up a friend and ice cream was on our mind, Rodeo served up a fried ice cream. but when we went there it was too crowded. we did not want to brave the crowd for that fry taste, was it worth it of Course, DELAY IS NOT DENIED. Did I hear a suggestion I remembered. The Banana Split Cold and thick with extra pineapple 🍍 and strawberry a chocolate summer cold treat. At the Dairy Queen the joy of living With a great appetite overcome us We laugh and savor the moment, our thirst for Banana Split was quench again it goes down your throat much to fast, while we both sat on our favourite table as always, while our new friend ordered herself a burger and a chocolate shake. Everyone was now satisfied filled and hanging we rolled out to the carpark, the drive thru was busy again as usual everyone was out and had the same idea for the evening. Back at our car I had a kodak moment sitting on the hot 🔥 car park. I looked at the hop cap and though I could clean that grime off and sure enough I sat in the car park to put on that extra shine. The evening was well spent with two sisters in Christ, well what can keep us out of Dairy Queen or keep us from returning for a banana split burger, cake, or drinks it could only be cash debit or credit card shortage. We are already in a cashless society And the sweet can soon turn sour if a recession and inflation hit us. But never mind, we will overcome as we learn to adjust our mindsets about everyday living and one of those change is how we find those business that we rely on to meet our needs, and those long drives that requires a good GPS system, but food, gas and travel knowledge is a must, know before you grab those keys know your details and as we say tyres happy and gas brains giddy. It now raining and before it began to storm I will conclude with always my roving thoughts am already thinking of next time 🤔 "himm" that taste of Dairy Queen. Anybody for a banana Split maybe you can Split one half and half among friends. And pay through Cashapp. Well so long keep looking out for This Google guide, remember Google before you go because with Google search that is where it all begins. here a Google guide that always ready to keep you on the right path where there is always another juicy little tip to curb that taste bud as you hit the road, know before you go. Let's go Google viewers what's next on the road. Google guide for Dairy Queen.

I asked for a large cheese curd which I received but they put a cup of queso inside of the cheese curd box. I went back inside and the man working the counter was super nice when I explained the situation to him. He told the man with dreads in the kitchen about what happened and he was clearly complaining about me “just wanting more cheese curds.” I just wanted what I paid for. Nothing more nothing less. I thought to myself maybe he is just having a bad day so I said thank you really loud to him and he just ignored me. I will not come back here

Very clean, and the workers all wore masks. I love that. This is the cleanest DQ I've ever been to, and I have traveled to so many military base/cities. The drive-through lime was long, but I walked inside and out in a few minutes, perfect.
