😐 I'm going to keep this 100% real. This is 100% a town people's spot. We were driving down to Tampa. Saw a billboard for Angie's Diner I love highlighting locally owned places on my travels. I'm a tennis shoes, t shirt, sweatpants kinda chic. First 100% place is clean ( hands down) Very simple... People often mention buffet, service, good, great, Great,

I'm going to keep this 100% real. This is 100% a town people's spot. We were driving down to Tampa. Saw a billboard for Angie's Diner I love highlighting locally owned places on my travels. I'm a tennis shoes, t shirt, sweatpants kinda chic. First 100% place is clean ( hands down) Very simple atmosphere. The first lady was very nice. However, the younger one really made me feel like we were bothering her. Eye rolling. All I heard was her complaining about something. This older gentleman came in at 10:45 am and wanted lunch. The younger server told him NO. You have to wait 15 minutes. ((( NOW....seriously you so jammed packed with a line out the door. ((( ...JOKING..)) ALL you had was 2 top eating 3 top drinking coffee 4 top doing whatever 6 finishing up Shame on you... Food nothing special. There is NO wow factor here Be here gave a review, will NOT return!!!

Laura the server was great and food was great. I had the cheesesteak and fries. My son did buffet and friend did cheesesteak. Everyone was happy with the food and service. I look forward to eating there again soon.

This is one of those local owned spots that the same people go to on the same days to eat and sit and chat with one another. We always enjoy our food, but will say, if you are doing the breakfast buffet, which we usually do, go early to get the best. As with any other buffet, when it is time to pull it up they do not waste the food to refill it. Completely makes sense. Never had an issue with any of the wait staff. Love seeing the older customers sitting around and chatting and catching up.

I usually love coming to this little diner but today was awful. They close at 12pm, we walked in at 11:15am. They already had the chairs put up on the tables. We asked if they were closed and one woman angrily said they close at 11:30am. They offered to seat us anyway. Our server was nice but the other woman working was constantly saying mean things out loud acknowledging that we were inconveniencing her. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time, I’ve had bad days, but that does not excuse this woman’s behavior. There was a lovely older couple, from out of town, and I can guarantee they’ll never come back to eat here with how she treated them. She was so rude, she made us feel uncomfortable and she wasn’t even our server.

Laura was our server today, and I have to say that with her southern hospitality she absolutely charms the place. She made sure our order was correct and had it out to us quickly. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully to be served by her again.

Food and service was ok. For a restaurant that closes at noon, they started shutting down the buffet and kitchen orders at 10:30.

Closed the Saturday buffet at 10:30 am literally 5 minutes after we ordered it. Probably would have ordered off the menu if we had known they would not be refilling it.

Fresh food on the breakfast buffet with a fruit bar also. The hashbrown casserole is excellent.

Awesome, nothing better than home cooked meals from local people who actually care about their customers. Five "STARS" I personally recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thanks Angie, Kevin and all the staff. I will definitely see y'all on my next trip to Midway.

We were on a trip from Jacksonville to Charleston and stopped at Angie’s Diner. Cute restaurant with very good food but our waitress Laura is what really made the experience fantastic. She really focused on making sure our meal was perfectly ordered to our liking. We were a group of four and had a lot of specifics and she got everything right. On top of that her southern charm and sweetness really came through and made our experience really wonderful.

Angie's is a really good place to eat. The lunch buffet is usually delicious. Breakfast is always great. Angie's is that small-town diner food you wish you could make. The place is as it should be, relaxed and even a bit social with food you will want to come back for.

Horrible customer service from the owner herself. I had fried chicken from the buffet. Immediately when I received the plate(it was a to go order),you could smell the burnt. It was even dark in color. When I informed am employee who answered the phone about the issue,I was told “well we sitting here eating it now”. Never an apology or an if you want to bring it back, you can. It was immediate defense! I had to ask if I could bring it back. Upon taking it back, the owner herself never apologized. She told me the chicken smelled fine etc. I had to ask two sitting customers to look at the plate and smell it. It’s so sad how customers are treated these days. I recorded the incident. Never once was I asked if I wanted to replace the meal, never once was I offered an apology. Basically accused me of lying about the chicken that everyone else was eating. I will never patronize this business ever again. My money doesn’t belong in there.

Worst breakfast ever! Ordered over medium eggs, they were well done with no yolk. Grits were lumpy. Pancakes burnt. Only thing that was good was the bacon. This place has gone downhill! They need cooks that can cook! Waste of money

Found this place on Google. traveling on 95, needed something not too far off the interstate and quick as we were on a time limit. Cute old fashion diner . Greeted right away , sat ourselves . Prices reasonable . Biscuits and Sausage gravy were really good and my fiancé said his over~easy eggs and toast were cooked perfect and his bacon looked good too ( he did offer to share) Offered me a “tea to go “ extra brownie points

This is that place that you stop at and go so this is what it is like to eat at a real American Diner, That small town feel of a waitress treating you like family and the food is made to order, so fresh and where the local country folks eat before going to work or going hunting or fishing. This is that hidden gem of a place to eat like we had before covid hit, a Great place for breakfast. Thanks for Great food and service.

Great little place in Midway. But also keep in mind, it's Midway Georgia. I had the Philly which was good. My waitress seemed like she might have been having a day. She said she was mean. I don't believe it for a minute. I appreciated her service and the lady at the counter was nice too. If you want the buffet, go early.
