Absolutely amazing service and food. Atmosphere is normally very soothing. However as of late it has changed. I'm looking forward to any changes management has in store.

This Waffle House is fantastic! The staff is motivated, helpful and friendly. They take pride in their efforts. The building is clean. The food is prepared well. Judie and Krystal were amazing! Welcoming and great service!

We stopped to have a quick bite. I counted 5 or 6 employees, 3 tables had customers, all others were dirty full of dishes. We had to wait for a table to be clean. Ordered our food, was given plastic fork and knife because nothing was clean. Wait staff was sitting at end counter eating and one was playing music. No one was clean tables. One server clean a table and stacked all dish on a pile on another table. I have never been to a Waffle House so dirty.

Waffle House cooks need to learn the difference between a fried egg chopped up and a scrambled egg (not the same). Also need to understand what "done" & "well done" mean when cooking eggs. If it has any "gel" or liquid it's not cooked well-done.

Food was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. I didn't have to wait long.

I stopped by this store on my way home since it was one of the only places still open. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The service was fast and the food was great. I'd definitely eat here again

Needs more waiters/waitress. To help speed up order taking. Need more cooks as well, other than that everything is good. WAFFLE HOUSE THEMSELVES NEED TO UPDATE THE STORE from 2000.

First night after the remodel and got the first Waffle made that night. Dez was my waitress and was upbeat and efficient She takes pride in making this food and represents the brand well.

I was there last night with my significant other. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese grit bowl with a side of toast. Our order was correct. We also ordered an extra side of hash browns. I did not receive the hash browns. My significant other also paid for it as well. The lady that was there even looked at me and knew why I was there. We even sat there for a quite a while and still didn’t receive our food. There should MORE THAN ONE PERSON cooking the food. I was highly disappointed. But my breakfast bowl was delicious. Thank you. :)

Our server, Bre, never bothered to stop by and refill our drinks or even see if we needed anything. We attempted to get the attention of another server to get some water but no one bothered. I food was good but the service definitely disappointed 😞

Usually decent. But I literally stood at the register to place a Togo order for almost 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged or said anything.

Aside from what many have viewed recently about Waffle House, this location truly stands out from others. Starting with the greeting at the door, the staff there made me and my friends feel welcomed. Our server, a young lady with a smile that can light up a room took the time to ensure our visit received the attention it deserved. The food was great, my compliments to the kitchen staff for making the food so good that I felt like I was at home. The restaurant's environment was very welcoming and all the patrons that visited during our time there were genuinely happy, smiling and talking among strangers as they had their breakfast. This is the type of feedback that I need while visiting a Waffle House, thank you and see you again soon!

In my bio, it says that I don't frequent chain restaurants. Waffle House is one of the exceptions because wherever I go in my travels, Waffle House is consistently one of the best breakfast places. I always get the same; and All Star breakfast, with two extra eggs over medium, scattered hash browns well, extra well bacon, coffee with cream and a waffle. I visit for the food and atmosphere. I love hearing the waitresses call out the orders to the cooks. It's a flurry of activity and enjoyable. This Waffle House did not disappoint. Thanks Brandy!

The food was fantastic and Brandy was very nice, attentive, and showed my friend and I an amazing little menu hack. Biscuits and Gravy are right at home on the hasbrown bowls!

Okay so Squirrel was my cook as well as my waitress. This is only because I came in while the waitress was using the restroom and when she told me her name was Squirrel, the rest was history. I found family at waffle house. This environment was home from start to finish. I wish I wasn't just passing through. The food was absolutely amazing and the cook, or Squirrel, was cleaning as she went and carried o conversation with me the whole time without missing a beat. Best restaurant experience I've ever had the pleasure of having Squirrel I just know that you're going somewhere in life and with your Rockstar personality, I just know I'll be seeing you again. Kudos to whoever hired this one. A++++++

One of the best dining experiences I've had at Waffle House. Staff was warm and attentive and food prepared just the way I asked. Im from Jax but if im ever in Hinesville again this is where im coming.

It’s the Waffle House. I will say I got a blueberry waffle. It was pretty mid. But with enough butter and syrup anything can taste good…even your mom…maybe

Food was NOT made the Waffle House Way … that’s the whole point of the ALL THE WAY HASHBROWNS !!!!! New or not it’s not hard at all to look at a menu and see what all goes on it.

Every time I go into this waffle house, the staff is always kind and ready to take my order. The food never disappoints me. Thank you for your hard work!

Seems like the food was just thrown in the takeout container. The loaded hash brown was not quite loaded (skimpy). It was 0200 in the morning Wednesday the 6th of July. The lady behind the counter was very nice and respectful.

No lie, it's been a good minute since I dined at Waffle House, but their All Star breakfast is still on point. With inflation rising, things have increased, so the price went up on this meal. But don't hold any hard feelings about the price, as I received my money worth on that purchase, and will be back soon.

Friendly people, decent time to get food, but lackluster food and not what was advertised. Biscuits were hard and gravy was just water. Inedible.
