was
really
disappointed
in
my
customer
service
experience
I
had
yesterday
at
this
store.
I
was
in
the
store
for
a
good
20
minutes
and
not
a
single
person
offered
to
help
me.
I
was
looking
at
shirts
that
were
up
high,
looking
at
jeans,
jewelry,
shoes,
you
name
it,
but
not
one
person
took
the
time
to
ask
me
if
I
needed
help
finding
anything.
Now
if
everyone
was
busy,
that
would
be
one
thing.
But
each
person
that
came
into
the
store
after
me
had
someone
helping
them
right
away.
I
just
moved
here,
and
hear
about
this
southern
hospitality,
but
that's
not
what
I
felt
here.
Actually,
I
felt
like
they
were
judging
me
and
chose
not
to
help,
and
only
said
hi.
I
realize
I
could
have
asked
for
help,
but
at
that
point,
I
was
honestly
over
it
and
instead
of
spending
my
money
there,
I
took
my
business
elsewhere.
I
don't
like
to
put
businesses
down,
but
want
you
to
know
that
next
time,
you
should
consider
helping
all
of
your
customers.
I
know
other
people
in
the
store
had
a
much
different
experience
than
I
did.
Had
I
had
that
same
experience,
I
gladly
would
have
bought
some
outfits.
