I don't know what's going on with them I went there to find something for my son that's where he like to shop and some one came over to me asking if I needed help I said I was just looking for nowbut , I felt uneasy in there cause the way they kept looking at me and seem like everytime I picked up something and move along they'll walk over where I was looking at the item's I touched I'm truly glad this isn't some where I choose to shop for myself I just don't feel as tho I was treated fair I wish my son didn't like this store so much if I could I wouldn't have given them no stars Then they respond like they really wanted to address the situation so when I responded back to the email they sent no response. That says a lot about this company to me. They responded back quickly with my first message to reach out to them. Today's date now is 4/16/2022 I had to re-edit my original post I really wish my son stop shopping there

I was really disappointed in my customer service experience I had yesterday at this store. I was in the store for a good 20 minutes and not a single person offered to help me. I was looking at shirts that were up high, looking at jeans, jewelry, shoes, you name it, but not one person took the time to ask me if I needed help finding anything. Now if everyone was busy, that would be one thing. But each person that came into the store after me had someone helping them right away. I just moved here, and hear about this southern hospitality, but that's not what I felt here. Actually, I felt like they were judging me and chose not to help, and only said hi. I realize I could have asked for help, but at that point, I was honestly over it and instead of spending my money there, I took my business elsewhere. I don't like to put businesses down, but want you to know that next time, you should consider helping all of your customers. I know other people in the store had a much different experience than I did. Had I had that same experience, I gladly would have bought some outfits.

Sierra was PHENOMENAL! By far the best customer service I've ever had in a retail store. She helped my boyfriend and I, we both came in looking to buy jeans. She had exceptional taste and got each of us several items to try on. When something didn't fit she quickly found a different size. We are both very happy with our purchases. After we checked out she even wrote down our preferences and sizes on a little card for our next visit. Sierra was very professional, never pushy, and was a complete sweetheart. I highly recommend asking for her when you shop here. We will definitely be back to see her.

its hard finding clothes for my boyfriend who is a 2x-3x. i believe her name was caitlin (im sorry if i spelled it wrong). she had long beautiful black hair. i told her about how difficult it is to find clothing for my bf and she looked the entire store up and down to get options in his size. she helped me find exactly what i needed in a super fast time. she was super sweet and patient with me. amazing, amazing, amazing!!

Love this store. I do all my shopping here. The staff is wonderful and personable and will make sure that you love what you're buying. They also offer free alterations for their denim. If you've been having trouble finding clothes in your size most likely buckle carries it. If not they can always try and order it for you.

I believe the guys name who rang us up, was malachi, he was incredible, very friendly staff. Will be going back and hope to see all the same faces next time! Spent way to much money though 🤣🤣

Best shopping experience ever! Staff is incredibly helpful and always friendly! Michelle and Val are always on top of the latest trends, and work with you on your specific wants and needs! These girls are never pushy and get the job done for me everytime I'm in or when I call for special ordering! Highly recommend this store not only for the atmosphere but the excellent customer service as well! Buckle is hands down the best place to shop in Savannah!

Awsome staff on black Friday, visiting from out of town check the in store selection online-they had the last pair of Gilded jeans I had off and on in my favorites ~ score ~ even still, the staff was kinder than the Florida and Bham Buckle locations I stopped at!

OMGOSH!! Allie was amazing!!! We just left a horrible experience at other places not mentioning shops but the mall can do better in a lot of the shops with customer service. I asked my daughter to go in the Buckle and just look. Allie immediately helped her and paid attention to the details of what my daughter liked. She handed her several pairs of jean options to try on and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. We purchased 2 pairs of jeans, and we will be back to get more. Allie wrote her style of jeans on a card and the size, so we would have no issues next time. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Prices are very reasonable!!
