    If this looks good to you, come and eat here! Worst Taco Bell (and really, worst fast food place) I've ever been to. Terrible service, rude and unprofessional staff who like calling people "bro" and blasting music from inside the kitchen, and disgusting food. Avoid at all costs.

    This place is trashed… Service is beyond horrible… I heard them halve to issue three refunds in the 30 minutes I was there… Feel free to take a look at the pics.. The bathrooms with their overfull trashcan‘s… But that’s cool… The trash cans match the full trash cans that are in the lobby.. The trash on the bathroom floor matches the trash on the floor outside in the lobby… I won’t be back.. Ps.. Has anybody checked into their last health inspection? I’m just really curious..

    I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. The food should have been ready at 9: 30pm and I walked out with food at 9:53 p.m. then I have to go back inside I ordered a burrito without a creamy jalapeno sauce and had a 5-year-old crying about spicy food. And then once I get the replacement I go to open my food and the burrito supreme I had was missing sour cream... And maybe had two tomatoes. I'm super disappointed, The order ahead part of the app order placement is important. My time was wasted. My child had spicy food in his mouth that he didn't want. And the thing that I think makes my burrito the best was missing. Kids working were polite and said sorry but didn't actually quickly make my order or the replacement burrito.

    I think Casper the friendly ghost is the only one eating here.... there's nothing but an empty lot. Maybe it's like Neverland and you have to believe it's there 🤷‍♂️

    No toilet paper in the bathroom, no paper towels in the bathroom..every table, and even the chairs, is dirty and sticky. We took napkins to the bathroom to wet them so we could clean our tables. Messed up orders. The cinnamon balls were cooked wrongly and soaked in oil! But the only saving grace was the staff was nice.

    Are you kidding me, Taco Bell? The wrapping paper is literally stuck to this shredded chicken quesadilla. On top of that, it’s just a big ole mess. No napkins. No sauce. I waited about 20 minutes for this mess. You suck!

    Yikes! We ordered and paid for 3 nacho fries. After waiting for a while they told us they were out of nacho fries and would substitute them for nachos (which is a cheaper item). When we received our order we were missing items and our nacho chips tasted horrible. We ended up tossing our nachos and are heading to a different restaurant to eat.

    Every table in the place was dirty. Food came out cold. Especially the nacho fries. Who wants to eat cold fries. I'm not saying barely warm. I'm saying cold. Like they cooked them 4hrs before they gave them to me, and they had just been sitting around. Smh. If you are charging people for something, at least make it edible, or it's just like stealing.

    I should have known to walk out when two drive thru customers came in complaining about the order. Then the manager was arguing with someone about what fresco style is. Then we waited for our food for nearly 30 minutes the person behind me got their food I went to ask and said I have waited 30 minutes. The girl goes well we are about to START it. I said I want a refund. She goes and tells the manager and says that means I don't have to make it smiling. The manager goes well you have only been waiting 28 minutes. I said basically 30 can I get my refund. Then he proceeds to argue that he was correcting me and I have not been waiting 30 minutes. By the time I am done arguing with him about my wait time it has been over 30 minutes no food and he has been making a huge deal about my damn refund. Saying I have to wait 30 more minutes for him to call. If he spent less time arguing and more time on the line he maybe I wouldn't need a refund

    Be willing to wait. I have been to this location on numerous occasions and have had to wait for a unrealistically long time to get my food. The quality of the food is fine, but the time it takes to get your order is ridiculous

    What's changed @ taco bell? The service was amazing!! The food when that placed opened wasnt too good but NOW!! YUMMY! The staff is SOOO friendly and I really enjoyed myself. Thanks taco bell! I said I'd never go back but glad I gave it another chance! Keep up the good work!

    I get when a location is out of an item but to be out of multiple ingredients for base products is an issue. Add to it that the staff took over 10 minutes to acknowledge us and poorly assembled the burritos, I'd suggest just going elsewhere

    Drive through ordered and especially asked for hot sauces. Got the food and came to hotel and no sauce packet was there. I had to go back and they said they forgot about it. Very poor customer service. Also they were out of chalupas.

    Worst TacoBell I've ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes (only 2 other customers there) for 3 supreme tacos and a Quesadilla only for them to run out of quesadilla sauce and sourcream (paid extra for the supreme ingredients and didn't get any). To top it off, it was the worst tasting TacoBell I've had so far.

    they dont make the food horrible, but this is one of the slowest fast food joints youll ever do. i went to the drive through when i was the only customer in the restaurant trying to just get 3 soft tacos, they had me sit at the radio for a few minutes and had me sittin for 15 minutes for like a couple soft tacos nothing more. if you go when its crowded forget it, theyre not ready. either the management is understaffing them , or these girls are simply not ready for a busy rush. you could get served faster ordering a well done steak at a sit-down. none of the people working there have been witnessed cracking a smile they look at you like they disdain your business. somethings really wrong over here

    When I went into the store initially I was disappointed nobody was there to wait on me. I saw two young girls working their tails off in the back trying to satisfy all the customers driving through and coming in. Then I noticed the electronic kiosks and use those. Got my food pretty quick. Decorated quite nicely. Yes the food was a tad slow, but can slim was only two people satisfying all the customers going through I was really impressed. Management definitely needs to hire more people to help these two out. If they quit they'd probably have to shut the doors. They are lucky to have these two hard-working girls nowadays okay.

    This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too! First they were out of cups and ice. Apparently they were also out of beans and tomatoes because none of our Crunchwrap’s had any! It was like all tortilla with no filling ! The staff was rude when I asked about getting what I order for .

    They are open once again. Drive thru was closed so had to go inside. Very small area so it was very crowded. Took a while to get our oder to go. Ordered the chicken chalupas and they came with beef. Bad oversight on team members, did not eat them. Hopefully it will get better with time.

    I couldn't tell the difference between the 3 totally different burritos that was ordered. Beefy mexi melt, burrito Supreme and 7 layer burrito. They all had the same thing. Tacos and pizza was fine.

    Brand new restaurant, so it was very full with customers, both lobby and drive thru. The employee that took our order was very nice and attentive. Food was hot and tasty. Good location, really close off of the Interstate highway.

    They've reopened under new management! The original building burned down a couple years ago. "The newly built Taco Bell in Fort Stockton held a ribbon cutting today with the chamber of commerce. Taco Bell will open at 12:30 p.m. today. Initial business hours will be from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. General Manager Juan Rios said that they plan to potentially expand business hours in the future. The neighboring KFC is estimated to be open by Jan. 9 according to management." - Fort Stockton Pioneer Newspaper

    Lobby was SUPER empty. However I’m still waiting on service 24 hrs later…. If you squint real hard you may see what was once this done establishment. On the plus side, this was the first time I’ve been to Taco Bell and didn’t get sick.

    The worst experience ever! There are literally 8 employees working but it takes over 30 minutes for a drive thru order. They just "forgot" about our order. Ridiculous!!

    Worst experience EVER! This KFC/Taco Bell shouldn't even be in business. This establishment is in competition for the filthiest restaurants across the U.S. They don't deserve a permit to serve food.
