This hotel needs to provide it's employees with a customer service course. When we arrived, the employee that spoke to us didn't even greet us, he acted like robotic, no smile, didn't make us feel welcome. The entrance cards he gave us at first, didn't function, so we had to go back to the front desk and he gave us another room, but no apology or anything, he was just with a robotic expression the whole time. Gave it a one star because the Hotel was clean and comfortable, but I DID NOT feel welcome with the customer service. First and last time here.

Great place for a good night sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was great, with lots of options. The only con I would say is the floors are not sound proof. You can easily hear others walking around.

One of the nicest motels we've stayed at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms! The young clerk that checked us in went out of his way in finding the room we desired. What a tremendous asset this employee is.

Overall 5/5 Wifi 4/5 Pros: Motel and roon were clean. Everything was as it should be. Hot water was nice and hot. Good location, plenty of parking. Check-in staff efficient. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of luggage carts. Cons: there are always some. Toilet handle had to be held down through the entire flush cycle (a remarkably common problem in motels). No towel racks in bathroom (also surprisingly common). Seemed a bit pricey, all things considered. The internet was outstanding until 10:30PM, when it just quit. Poof, gone. I had to turn off the wifi on my computer and turn it back on, and then log in again to the network. After that, it worked well again.

Exceeded all expectations! I wasn’t expecting much considering the very low price, but was delighted to find a clean, very comfortable room (ours had a jacuzzi!), a good night’s sleep, and an amazing free hotel breakfast. Texas shaped waffles were a highlight, although they also had healthy options. Good fresh coffee and great hospitality. Would absolutely stay again the next time I pass through west Texas

If you’re staying in Fort Stockton this is the place. And I don’t say that lightly. It was super clean from the room to the breakfast to the pool. We’re fairly picky and this more than met our expectations.

The rooms are very quiet and comfortable, with soft sheets, comforters, and pillows. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The location is convenient to K-Bob's steakhouse and I-10.

This was an amazing place to stay. The price was an incredible $136.85 for a one night suite. Almost unheard of nowadays! The place was clean & spacious. The staff & service was excellent. The pool, fitness center & hot tub were indoors & working.

From our warm greeting by Jana upon check-in (she made fresh coffee for us) to breakfast and check-out, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and with good amenities. A good breakfast buffet and with a first, an automatic fresh pancake maker! The hotel is a very short drive (minutes) from restaurants and bars and has good parking.

We were on a cross country trip from Kentucky to Florida to California and had stayed in motels every night. This one was by far the best one! The room was clean, but didn't smell strongly of chemicals or air freshener. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Towels were fluffy. The best thing was breakfast. Lots of variety and everything tasted delicious! If we're ever coming thru Fort Stockton again, we'll definitely be staying here!! Job well done to all the staff!!

Love this place. Have stayed here several times. Staff always friendly. Breakfast great. Pool and hot tub area is great. Highly recommend.

Room was clean to the T, comfortable beds plenty of space. Breakfast was FANTASTIC whole family enjoyed it very much! only complaints was that the pool and hot tub were not heating. They got it fixed for the hot tub but the pool was still a bit chilly. Also there were so many chemicals in it my kiddos eyes were red and burning on the outside and the kids blonde hair is now very green. Great service day and night very nice workers.

Very restful sleep on their incredible beds! The staff is awesome, they fixxed a reservation mix up. Everyone their shows they care about you. We stay there everytime we go to Fort Stockton.

This was a great surprise for me. Very nice room high ceilings, clean and classy. A very good steak house was just 100 yards away. I highly recommend this stop on your way across TEXAS. Ohh and the same price as lesser Quality hotel !!!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, the staff were amazing and we slept so incredibly comfortable. We just happened to have been near the area and ended up at this hotel. Luckily we did!! We would definitely go back there if we end up back in Fort Stockton 😊😊😊

Stop here for one night on a road trip and glad we did. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've seen. Omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles and more! Also was less expensive then Holiday Inn Stay here if you're staying in Fort Stockton.

The location is great. The room is beautiful. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. Lots of pillows. The artwork in the room is gorgeous. The staff was very friendly & efficient. The room was spotless! This was my first time staying here, it certainly will not be the last!

October 24, 2021 we stay there. We wanted to live there. Very clean an elegant hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They have diverse food for breakfast, sausage with chorizo and egg, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bananas, oranges, coffee, juice, french toast and biscuits. The only thing missing was salsa. They do have wheelchair accessible rooms a lot of space in restroom and bedroom. No tub The wheelchair goes under the sink. They have cribs for the baby's. They have and indoor pool and a hot tub. The only thing was that there's a chair outside the pool that goes inside the swimming pool for wheelchair accessible. That day it did not work, the awesome maintenance man change the battery for the chair to work and try really hard to make it work but no luck. I appreciate him trying hard to fix it. Tip; That handicapped chair needs to be moving or used at least every month so it doesn't get Rusty.😁 We will come back one day! Love the hotel and staff.

The beds are so comfortable, the pool is heated and the hot tub is the perfect temperature!! The whole facility is very clean and the staff so friendly. I was surprised the breakfast was as amazing as it was, everything you could want from a hotel breakfast and a great way to start a day of traveling!

Don't know if it is nice or not. Made reservations and when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation and no vacancies. Even though we had confirmation. We were even pre-paid! The lady at the front desk said "It's not my fault ", instead of apologizing, and trying to help us find another room nearby. Thank God we found a vacancy at the Mainstays Sleep Inn 💤 😉

We stayed at Comfort Suites 3 times this year. The room is consistently clean. The bed and pillows are amazing clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean, spotless. Wifi is strong. Refrigerator, microwave and TV are great. Definitely will keep staying at Comfort Suites again.
