The cleanset and nicest room I have stayed in. What a great value. This same room in other cities would easily be 300-500 dollars. If I have pass by this hotel again I will stay there for sure

Noise coming from upstairs and the hall. Breakfast below average (staff is late to restock - there was no bread left when i was there at 8am. Waited like 15 mins for bread. No English muffins). Staff are not wearing masks (while Omicron is spreading and vaccines do not offer 100% protection). Ok to use for one day with earplugs. Fairly priced and the location is excellent for travelers between Phoenix and Austin.

Hotel location was a very good staging point for us for a visit to Big Ben National Park or to McDonald Observatory in the southeastern part of Texas. Rooms and facilities are OK and service quality is good. Breakfast included with the room rate was good as well. Hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes we’re readily available everywhere needed, especially in high touch areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. Rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. Ana at the Front desk went above and beyond for us! Jane in the breakfast area was hustling! She was very kind and sweet and helped clean a mess my son made. We will stay again if we're ever in Fort Stockton.

Fair stay at this hotel. We picked this hotel in the area just because we are Marriott Bomboy members. “Free” breakfast is a plus although it is quite basic and hotel fare rather expensive for the valie you get. The room was ok and clean. We had serious noise all night from the ice machine across the corridor. Not worth the hassle of changing room as we stayed 1 night. Swimming pool are has a hot tube which was great in the evening. Fitness room is basic with 4 cardio machines and free weights.

Newer hotel right off the freeway Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was average. Room and bathroom were large and quiet. I forgot my tablet and they promptly called and are mailing it to me.

Lovely room, tasteful artwork. Two TVs properly positioned, spacious couch and ottoman. Shower has somewhere to put your shampoo and rest your feet for cleaning and shaving. Bravo!

Nice hotel, near to Walmart and McDonald's. The breakfast closes right at 9 which is fine but they should allow a few min leeway vs just taking stuff away while people are eating and trying to clean up tables at 2 min after 9. The rooms were fine and location was good

Nice rooms for the price! Breakfast is back post COVID. Gave it a 4 star because of loud guest. I know hotel can't control that, but walls seem thin. Could easily hear the rude guest having a conversation in the morning.

Loved the shower. Bed was just ok. I don't know why some hotels put in refrigerators without a freezer. We always carry a cooler that we have ice packs that need refrozen.

It was exactly what we needed; a last minute place to stay. There's not much in the area. A good stop for travelers. The hotel and room were clean, with exception of the bathtub still holding water with "stuff" in it. The breakfast was what we expected. It was mostly continental with scrambled eggs and sausage. There's a cute bar on-site. The pool was available for use and super clean.

Lovely hotel. Evening desk clerk (Robert) I believe was wonderful! Comfy beds. Under construction but wasn’t bothersome for our overnight stay. Good coffee.

The hotel is quiet, clean and the friendliest staff. Everyone was incredibly nice. The only reason it didn't rank as a love it was the breakfast. The eggs were mushy, the bagels were cold and hard, and the quick grab biscuit sausages tasted like chemicals. We wouldn't let this keep us from staying here, though. It was a great place to stay. Note that the hotel is going through some updates expected to be finished this year. We didn't notice any inconvenience or noise due to this.

In the "blooming metropolis," that is Ft. Stockton, TX sits this Fairfield Inn. The rooms are nice, and they are in the middle of upgrading. I always appreciate a business that keeps things fresh and new feeling. The staff was so friendly. In a world where customer service has gone hands-off and uncommunicative, it was nice to be pleasantly greeted by someone who actually made eye contact. The nice woman who ran the breakfast area decided to open up 30 mins early since "there were people here and they are hungry," was her answer to me inquiring about breakfast time. So we were actually able to grab some food before we hit the road again. We've stayed at this hotel 3-4 times in the past couple of years during our travels, and we've been comfortable every time.

This place is just adequate. The bed in our room was the most uncomfortable one I have slept on (or tried to) in a long time. The wallpaper in the hallway outside our room was half installed. Service was good and the walk-in shower in our room was nice. All in all, it's fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't like trying to sleep for several days in that bed.

The hotel was new and clean. It had a fresh appearance inside and outside. The room we had was very nice and the breakfast was great. Good access to the freeway. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is clean and the front desk lady was very patient and helpful. We went to a local restaurant she recommended, and had a good dinner. The hot breakfast was decent.

When you first pull into Fort Stockton you aren’t exactly expecting much, but then you enter the lobby of this hotel and it’s amazing. Beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Marriott fare. No complaints. If you are driving cross county and need a nice place to stop for the night you can’t go wrong with this hotel

Needed a place to stay between El Paso and San Antonio. I'm a Bonvoy member and this was just right. Marriott always have nice beds, cotton sheets, and coffee! Wish the coffee in the lobby was as good as what is in the room. Nice hot breakfast with really great staff. It was wonderful to have the Hot Tub after 10 plus hours on the road. Very nice with our service dog too. I had an issue with booking on the app, it gave me a points price then changed it right before I booked it. Unfortunately the hotel staff was unable to make any adjustments.

Easy access, McDonald's shares a parking lot. The room was nicely appointed and clean, breakfast was good, coffee hot. The staff were a bit curt upon check in but the hotel was operating on a Saturday with only one staff member. I will definitely be back for a stopover on our way through again.

This property is located near truck stops to top off your vehicles and refreshments prior to hitting the road again. This hotel has flair and a look of elegance! Front desk check-in was a breeze and friendly. Free Continental and Buffet and Grab n go and Hot Breakfast Monday-Friday 6:30 - 9:30 AM Saturday-Sunday 7:00 - 10:00 AM Some amenities include a 24-hour food and beverage center near the front desk, laundry, gym, and outdoor pool. The attached photos are not mine. Credits are to Ernest T. I am a MARRIOTT REWARDS member and highly recommend this property.

Ms. Ana will take great care of you here. The pool is pretty cool and great for little kids with a handicap ramp going into the water that the kids loved (think like a wave pool, slope was very gradual). Hot tub was awesome. The bar was reasonable. The breakfast was above average. This place is clean and well taken care of. Again, if you have any issues (like noisy neighbors) Ms. Ana will take care of it.

Nice property with great parking from cars to large trucks. The front desk was friendly and understanding. And the cleanliness of the main areas were good. You will see in my photos some major detail needs to be given to the room cleanliness. Checked into my first room and it looked like after it had been cleaned, someone came in and used the bathroom. I had clean off the toilet seat because of the mess, a man, left all over the toilet seat. Shower had black footprints in it, hair all over, holes in the sheets and much more. Changed rooms better? Yes but still black marks all over the bathroom floor, same guy, bet ya. And black spots on the bed sheets. All documented in photos to follow. I have been a Marriott rewards member for 22 years and no follow up was done by the hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel since they opened: approximately 10 years. Last night I stayed here and it was awful. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was not the typical Marriott hotel bed. Every time i moved, the mattress would make a crunching sound. The pillows were old and worn out. The comforter had a blood stain on the corner of it. Just nasty. Never again will I stay here.

Great place to stop on the way home from a trip. Location is amazing. Gas stations available close by to fill up in the morning. Continental breakfast was wonderful but if you prefer something else, there’s a McDonald’s close by. Room was in top shape. Staff was friendly and attentive.

WOW! On Friday, I caught a flat traveling from LA to Houston. I spent majority of the day attempting to find a shop that had tangible tires as I wanted to get the job done and be on my way! The tire shop I located was gracious enough to order my size, however, it would not be available until Monday. That’s standard and I was just appreciative of the effort to assist! I was parked near a beautiful hotel so I gave it a shot. I called to reserve a military discount prior to and the receptionist was BEYOND helpful and pleasant. I waited around until check in. Once that time was available, I was greeted by an immaculate lobby area and equally pleasant receptionist as I made my way to my room. The room beat my expectations. It was humongous. I thought they made a mistake and gave me a room for a family. The bathroom was amazing! It felt like an apartment. I didn’t want to leave. I waited until the last minute to check out. I had been traveling for weeks and stayed in a few “decent” places but this place felt like home. Comfort is definitely their goal and I felt every bit! I was able to regroup and focus on the rest of my trip. Thank you.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. The warm breakfast provided by the hotel was a welcome addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you need to stay in Ft. Stockton.

I saw the review about breakfast being taken away right at ending time. I came down at 9:59 and saw they were starting to clean up. However, as soon as Jane saw me, she said, oh let me get these waffles and pancakes turned back on. I just wanted coffee and told her it was okay. It’s now 45 minutes later and before clearing out the final items, she made sure “hunger hadn’t struck.” Very very sweet and thoughtful

Hotel staff was amazing. The whole experience was great. The room was quite and the extra pillows I asked for online were in the room - which has never happened when I've put the note in. I was super impressed. I'd come back anytime I pass through.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. Clean rooms, bed sheets were very soft. The ma'am in the breakfast area was very nice let us eat after they were about to close. Breakfast was very good, the best we have ate in a hotel. Definitely, we going to stay in a Fairfield, again.
