    It took really long to order. It took extremely long to get the food. The order was messed up. The Food was cold and super poorly prepared. Just overall lazy work and management. Even the sign guy was doesn't care (see picture). Do not go here.

    Worst fast food experience I've ever had. 30 minute wait in the drive through. Lady forgot my drink order. Then she got my sides wrong. She also didn't give me utensils, a straw or napkins. To put the cherry on top there was a long blond hair in my food. My hair is blue and grey.

    Crunchy Tacos was stail. Biscuits not fully cooked. The lobby was closed not many traffic either it was a slow day and still wonder why the staff was slow???? Highly dont recommend it. If i could get my refund of my $20 I would appreciate it. THANK YOU. 0 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION

    Drove an hour to get a spicy chicken sandwich and got some bread with the weakest example of a chicken “strip”. What a waste of time and money. Terrible experience at this newly renovated location.

    Probably the worst KFC I Have EVER been to! Before I even placed my order a customer wanted to buy some chicken and the cashier, whom was very unpleasant and unprofessional, did not care about customer service or respect! Had an "oh well, tough luck, S.O.L.", attitude! No chicken!? What else are you supposed to cook here! It was early dinner and the workers were not going to make more chicken!? I don't understand how they could have made that decision. My mother and I took whatever they had. Might I say it was DISCUSTING! old and soggy. I got sick and so did she. Should have reported this organization. Don't go here unless you got health insurance.

    Just the nicest Staff... My Order was Fresh Hot and Accurate! The Cheer and attention to detail (napkin straw etc) im betting is why this KFC outta ALL my other Fast Food experiences actually gets your order Right the First Time!

    Typical kfc. Building seems new. Wait was short. I want inside. Wife had the 3 piece. With coleslaw, mashed potatoes, busquits, legs, she was pleased, with it. I tried to get lemonade, but water with hint of lemonade came out, so I switched to dr. Pepper. I had strips for first time ever. They were good but, for some reason crust was missing on sections of 3 tenders. Slaw & busquit were good. I loved there dipping sauces, especially the Buffalo ranch. I would recommend this place for fast bite. This place burned & was rebuilt. I would suggest ignoring reviews that ware 2 years or older, as it seems to be rebuilt I separate building from the Taco Bell now, & I believe both are under new management.

    This location is brand new, rebuilt after a bad fire. I’m a local and this was my second visit. I once went through the drive thru and today I decided to have a sit down lunch with my father. The place was clean, as any new facility would be, food was just ok, upon arrival we were told they only had Original Dark Meat Only, the chicken we got was not hot. Meal prep was ok, but there were no condiments included. Customer service was the absolute worst!!! The girl at the cashier should not be doing an order taking job. Just bitter as can be, and unfortunately the little interaction we had left a bad mark. There was another couple as well that overheard me comment on the lack of customer service training and unfortunately they agreed with me. They were vocal about their disappointment in customer service, loud enough to make the other staff peak out at us with a nervous smile. I wish my Drive Thru experience had been better. When you order, make sure to request any condiments you want when you’re at the window, and check to make sure it’s all there before you drive off. I’m overall Disappointed. RECOMMENDATION: PLEASE train your staff in providing general basic customer service. It doesn’t take much to be kind to people. And train and empower your managers to correct those issues when they see them. Unfortunately this chick knew when he was around to fake etiquette but otherwise dry ugly personality. Specific incidents during my sit down lunch: Food was placed on the counter without announcing my meal was ready, the couple dining in were the ones to tell me that my meal was ready, I asked for dine in and it was bagged to go, not an issue. Condiments: I asked for butter and honey for my biscuit. The young manager was kind enough, got up and got me the butter, gave me 3 cold packets without a word but at least with a shy smile. Then I asked for the honey but he walked to the back too quick and Mrs Attitude had to help me. She came to the front, again without a word and threw a handful on the counter. Not handed it to me like a normal person would. I grabbed what I needed and sat down. My dad then wanted hot sauce. Got up and I had to ask again, and unfortunately Mrs Attitude was again the one to help, walked 20 feet towards at a pace of “I get paid by the hour” with a I hate doing this attitude and gave me a ridiculous handful of sauces, I took what I needed but that entire interaction was just unpleasant. Absolutely no acknowledgement of, yes mam, let me get that for you, or give me a minute, absolutely dry nasty attitude. Left me with such a bad experience that I had to post this review.

    Horrible...stopped here at about 7 p.m. on a Sunday evening after checking into my hotel room just up the road and there were no other customers inside. The young cashier waited until after I paid for my order to tell me they were out of tenders - as well as a few other items when I made a substitution - and claimed they couldn't do in-store refunds and I had to go through corporate using the Web site listed on my receipt. Also, the ice machine in the dining room didn't work.

    Filthy store. Garbage can overflowing onto the floor. Asked for all white meat for 2 meals. Didn’t get any white meat at all! Chicken was raw inside. Corn has black pieces floating in corn water with macaroni mixed in. Out of many items. Employee stated drink machine in dining room broken. Employees in the back were loud and playing around. They weren’t wearing uniforms. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t waste your time or money here.

    Stopped by on halloween. There was a sign at the door that there wasn't any fountain drinks because of the water. Or something to that effect. So we got our own waters from our car. We still got charged full price. I would have thought since we're not getting a drink with said meal there would be something discounted, right? Also, I thought all meals came with a biscuit. The place was a little dirty. The guy that helped us was really nice.

    chicken looked like it was cooked in old oil, it was dark and smelled sour. Greasy hand prints all over containers and hard biscuits. I tried to get a refund to buy dinner somewhere else, the managers were absolutely no help at all. They claimed they could not do in store refunds? Even if that’s true, online was no help either and never got a refund for food we had to throw away.

    Online ordering is not available and they will not honor their online prices. The current Manager Mitch was unable to process my order stating he called his boss and was unwilling to place my order.This is the second time I have had problems with placing orders at this location. It seems they don't care about their customers. I would not recommend this location.

    We are trucker we just come today for dine in but we standing to order our food for 10 minutes and no one attend us and looking our face like we are aliens we also saw two tables are waiting for food and they talking with us they are waiting also for food and mad on staff and this place is horrible place i love kfc but this is wrost plce in US i can say no welcome and people inside working like they own this place .finally we went to taco bell next door

    Well, it seems Fort Stockton's quality control strikes again. We got an 8 piece bucket, some chicken nuggets and a pot pie tonight and they were all pretty unimpressive. The bucket of chicken is virtually inedible because it is all slimy and there are quite a few bone chunks in it that don't even have any meat on them. It's just gross. The pot pie's crust was hanging off of the pie tin and the inside of the pie was missing quite a bit of gravy and filling. The nuggets were ok. There were a lot of vrust bits in the box of nuggets, which made you have to dig to find a chunk of meat. This is the 3rd visit we've had that was unsatisfactory, so we'll be giving up on wasting anymore money here. *Note: the first couple of months they were open, the food was consistently great. Now it's a completely opposite experience.

    RUN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! If it were possible to give a 'negative amount of stars' this place would be rated with a (-5) But they force you to give at least 1 star in order to make a post... The store actually looked closed because most of the lights were off, the wait was so extensive that several folks drove away from the drivethru before getting their order, the customer service was by far the worst in a long long time and finally - they still got the order wrong... To top it off - it was dry bad food! When we spoke to the hotel staff where we were staying to share our experience - they said they hear complaints ALL the time! It was clear this staff at KFC doesn't care about the customers and the place is very poorly managed. The management should truly be embarrassed to say they are responsible for this business. Read the reviews and be amazed this place is still in business! Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else!!

    HAD all of these orders to make. Sat here for 45 minutes already and still haven't seen anyone else in here with their order yet. Absolute worst experience of my life. There is prolly fifteen people in this restaurant and no one in the drive thru. Absolutly no reason other than lazy! Need new management asap!

    Total dump! Burrito Supreme was 1/2 gross tasting beans. I Shldve cancelled the order after seeing what this place looked like. 6 or 7 people working and the place was dirty??
