Traffic is always a little dicey during midday but compared to the Newport Pavilion it’s downright delightful.

I went to kroger fuel and art's rental. I was greeted by friendly people in both places. Thats extremely rare these days.

Lot's of shopping in a tight yet hard to exit area. They need to work on fixing the entry/exit to really be nice.

Nice, easy in & out with a variety of stores anchored by Kroger (+ fuel), Kohls, Home Depot, and Staples.

I shop here each week. Easy to get in and out. I wish the hours were longer.

Good produce and meats. Great selection of products. Many registers open!!

Went to the pharmacy quick service if you call and ahead of time you get in and out Krogers though was busy like always but friendly service

We visited the Kroger, always fresh fruits and vegetables, Papa John's for pizza ordering, Great Clips for haircut.Home Depot for gardening. Cold Spring Crossing has all the stores.

Honestly, all Krogers have gone down significantly considering that they're more concerned about getting people in and out. There are less customer service representatives and I think it has a lot to do with the fact that they're not willing to pay a quality wage for those individuals to exist for their customers. There's an amazing variety to select from, but I don't feel like Kroger is really living up to what it originally started as

I went here to find some items I needed to finish a project. They had everything I needed the location still requires masks but does not strictly enforced in my experience. The checkout was quick and clerks were very friendly. We will be back to this location as they have several other cool shops and restaurants.

We drove around this apartment to just get a feel about the overall apartment look. I liked ot. Its very close to a shopping area. Its also easy to get to Cinci down town.

Pretty good pricing, especially on sale merchandise. Helpers seemed a little sparse which I guess is common these days.

Working on a clogged drain at my sister's mother in laws home late last Thursdayin Ft Thomas. My snake wasn't cutting it so I went to Home Depot for a newer better model. Found what I needed went back and unclogged that drain for that 89 year old lady.🙂

Went to the Sephora portion. The young lady that waited on me was so patient and helpful. Made great recommendations to fit what I was looking for. I'm not very makeup savvy so I greatly appreciate it.

I don't like that they made the jewelry section so very small. The store has to much space for their makeup line. I hate shopping in there it's always so hot and no sales people around to help you.
