Wish I could rate zero. Brace yourself for this review! I took my daughter here today for a full set $23 (was told over the phone). When we got there I said hello, the guy there only said, "what are you getting". He rushed my daughter to find a color. My daughter wanted multiple colors on her nails and the lady there said it would be an extra $10 (I should have walked out then) The guy there started my daughter nails, he did not talk and his vibes and body language showed he did not care about what he was doing. He cut her natural nails down, so I said excuse me what if she wanted to keep her natural nails under the acrylic...he didnt even ask her! He said she HAS to get them cut....Basically very bad customer service! I asked him to clean around my daughters nails with polish remover...he removed the dried access polish with his finger nail...at this point I just wanted to pay and get out. Prices are low here but when you get there you will see why!! BEWARE OF THIS HOLE IN THE WALL, dirty salon dust on the polish bottles, very old magazines and they did not even say THANK YOU when we left. WOW WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. When you spend your money, you deserve decent service!

I've put in a review when I went the first couple of times. However, I since received a fill in and a full set on 2 different times,which both has been absolutely horrible. I'm not sure whom the lady is working there,but she is rude, shady on prices( didn't remove existing polish and charged to remove old acrylic nails) might I add when doin my fill in she should have just done a new set bc she cut off so much of the existing old acrylic it looked like cracks under the new acrylic nails and charged 15.00 WHO DOES THIS??? When I received my full set I literally felt like she scalped my attached finger nails off while using another fake nail to remove the old ones. Dear Lord nvm about this review...it was awful to say the least and very unprofessional. I personally think she hurts the business but hey they are retiring soon so no need to worry about the service

Nails only last 2 weeks if your LUCKY. They lose their shine very quickly. I really wish they would just update their nail polish because their nail polishes are always old and it seems they don’t know any new designs. It’s always an issue if I want long nails. They usually charge more just for longer nails. But... if your looking for a quick full set for a date night or vacation or even prom, then for $23 bucks you can’t beat the price. I actually think it might be $25 now. But either way... if you get long nails it’s going to be more and if your going to pay more than $25 , just go to Glamour Nails down at Crestview Hills Town Center. Overall, I do want to admit Tom is a great guy but you have to catch him on his good days or he can come across like he’s rushing you, and well as far as the other workers... they rush you in and out which sucks. Tom is very hospitable though in the sense he offers you a drink when you come in and if your of age he’ll offer an alcoholic beverage. ❤️

Love this bank, best I've ever had! Long time member, very little complaints here. Their atms have been temporarily out of service the last few times I've tried to get money there. I don't know why but really don't mind going in. Very nice and professional employees all around.

I used to come here all the time in high school (I graduated 7 years ago) and they did a great job then, I went back a few weeks ago and they did a horrible job on my nails and my friends! Our full sets lasted two days before breaking because the acrylic was so thin and it's taken more then half of our natural nails off with them. I'm very disappointed in how poorly they've become on there nail techniques, will not be back

TERRRRRIBLE#!!!!! I went there to get a full set - the couple that was working was Very Rushy - the older lady was Soo rude and did Not know what she was doing - she drilled my nails So thin they started bleeding. 4 Times During the process - 3 of them are crooked - some are Really thick others are really thin - i highly doubt shes licensed thats how bad they r!!!! They are So bad the Very Next day i dove over a hour to my old salin abd got them Re Done!! The place i got them Re done eas HORRIFIED AT THEIR WORK#! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Also my nails was still wet while i was trying to pay so i knicked my polish on my wallet and the lady working got SOOO MAD!!!! She Slammed the dryer - didnt say bye - i didnt even know when to take my nails out dryer cause no one was helping me so i just walked out - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I waited 30 min for my pedicure then he took about 20 min and my nail polish was done awful and it was gummy! Needless to say I had to remove it and he cut all my nails short! Money down the drain! Now I need a good pedicure !

Horrible job just got them done about 10 min ago and the lady there was rude and getting aggravated because i kept picking out the wrong blue color. Ill never go there again. Paid 40 for nails and had to pay 15 extra just for color. Wish i can rate it 0.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. By far the worst salon I’ve ever been too, extremely rude woman working there. They also have a limited selection on polish colors, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.🤬

He was nice and offered drinks!! Nail polish isn’t the best quality but I can say they don’t look bad for $35. I got a full set.

I’ve come here for three years. My nails are beautiful when I leave. They last a few weeks and my pedicures can last months. The service is great and they go out of their way to accommodate you if something needs to be fixed. You can’t beat the prices anywhere. I also like the quality and style recommendations. If you want value and great service I would say give this place a try.
