Beware of the man at the front desk. Items stolen from room. Stayed New Year’s Eve, left the hotel for a few hours and when we went back up to the room the key card would not work. I got a new key card and immediately when I went into the room I noticed the dresser drawers were open and my bag had been torn through. Then I noticed someone had tried on my clothes and 7 different clothing items were stolen including my bra. 5 days later here I am…. nothing has been done about the situation, the hotel manager does not seem to care at all. And no one is getting in trouble for the situation. We did get confirmation the man who checked us in made a key card to our room and gave it to “some white man” but it just so happens nothing was on the cameras. They have cameras at every entrance/exit except for one apparently. Very disturbed, and more than disappointed about how this is being handled. Update** i ended up getting money for my stolen items but we had to pay for the room. I was never allowed to talk to the owner, the process took forever. Not once did the manager ever call me. I had to keep calling to get updates and occasionally she would be available. Apparently it was an old employee who was fired that broke into our room and stole items.

Last night, I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. Modern, chic, and comfortable decor, furniture, and electronics in the lobby and in the rooms. Even the elevator dictates your floor. I was in the top floor and the view was serene. Nice and quiet. Full amenities from indoor pool and gymnasium. Continental breakfast from 6am-10am. Nice and friendly staff. Handicapped accessible. Great location. Decent prices.

My sister in law and I stayed here this weekend for a concert, and we had an incredible stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It is out of the way, but you are able to get to the city or go get anything you would need quickly. The room itself was great too. It was clean and spacious. I’ve stayed in some hotels in the past where I didn’t even want to sit down or sleep in the bed because the room just felt dirty. But I had no problem relaxing in this room. They also have a great selection for the complimentary breakfast. If I ever need to stay around this part of town again, this is the hotel I’m going to!

A bit hard to get into or out of, depending on where you are going. Bulk shower amenities, so I am glad I carry my own soap and shampoo to avoid possible contamination. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. No places to eat in walking distance.

We’ve stayed here twice in the last month and this has become our new go-to hotel for Reds games. It’s 8-10 minutes from downtown on a very easy, quiet road, and it’s easy to get in and out of. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good and everything was stocked. The only negative is the pool area, but that’s how it is in most Holiday Inn Express hotels. It’s fairly small, and when kids are being loud in there, it’s so loud it’s almost deafening. Although, that’s definitely the fault of the inconsiderate parents and not Holiday Inn Express. All in all, will definitely stay here again.

Convienently located at the intersection of two main roads. Decently priced with good service. Can be loud in the rooms located the main highways but not unbearable; the perk to those rooms is being able to view the Cincinnati skyline. The rooms are very well updated and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The continental breakfast can be repetitive as they did not mix up the menu at all during my stay but was still good enough to start the day. Would highly concider this location if needed another stay in the area.

1 star for service, but don't blame the single employee on duty in a crowded hotel. Instead, blame the galaxy-brains who decided that having a lone employee on duty at night is a grand idea. It's a matter of time before a hotel chain gets sued out of existence for the inevitable tragedy that will happen because they want to skimp on less than the gross revenue they get from a single room. That and the bedding we picked up at the front desk for the pullout couch had BLOOD STAINS on it. Reassuringly, the second bedding set we picked up had no blood or other stains. And, why are all these hotels within 200 yards of highways? If I've driven 4 hours, another 2 minutes to get further away from the truck noise would seem like a fine trade-off. 3 stars for location because some of the rooms are definitely better than others, if they're available.
