My
partner
and
myself
dined
in
on
10/14.
We
attempted
to
order
our
food
by
scanning
the
QR
code
on
the
table.
When
I
first
submitted
the
order
on
my
phone,
the
website
took
me
to
a
screen
that
said
there
was
an
issue/trouble
loading.
We
figured
the
order
didn’t
go
through,
so
my
partner
tried
submitting
our
order
on
his
phone.
The
website
took
him
to
the
same
screen
that
mine
did.
We
figured
our
order
never
went
through,
and
we
weren’t
able
to
flag
down
an
available
server
to
check
on
it.
After
some
time,
our
food
surprisingly
came
out.
We
told
the
server
what
had
happened,
and
she
explained
that
only
one
ticket
had
printed
for
our
food,
so
we
figured
we’d
only
be
charged
once.
WRONG.
Both
of
our
cards
ended
up
being
charged
after
we
had
left
the
restaurant.
I
called
the
location
and
spoke
with
a
manager,
and
was
told
that
my
card
would
be
refunded
by
Tuesday.
It
is
now
Wednesday,
and
I
was
not
refunded;
however,
the
charge
was
still
taken
out
of
my
bank
account.
The
food
was
good
but
definitely
not
worth
getting
double
charged
for.
Bdubs
has
really
gone
downhill
over
the
years…
they
are
always
so
short-staffed,
the
service
sucks,
and
now
there
are
technical
issues.
I
always
have
problems
coming
here….
I’m
never
coming
back
and
I
plan
on
letting
other
people
know
to
avoid
this
place
as
well.
