    Hadn’t been to, or ordered from this place in years due to general incompetency. Rest assured I decided to get back on the horse and without fail, my 10 boneless Parmesan garlic turned out to be 6 honey BBQ. Close! Laugh out loud funny operation.

    Service was terrible. They forced my party to mobile order which was a mess. Ended up having to ask for my drink (which mobile ordering should've eliminated) because it never came out. Food was ok. Server didn't care about our table at all. Won't be returning to a Buffalo Wild Wings for a while and definitely won't return to this location again.

    Dear manager, you need to hire more cooks and wait staff. It took 40 minutes for walk in take out order. I observed 7 groups of people for the dining room leave because seating took too long. The take out honey barbecue wings were excellent and the Buffalo chicken salad was fair. The staff did the best they could with people working at the time.

    An absolutely awful experience. I came in today at 2:50, and ordered simple nachos, which didn't come out until 3:50, and were burnt. The oil used in the fryer was clearly burned, and rancid. The server was nice, but the service and product were absolutely horrible. I ended up going to Wings and Rings after, and they managed to get my order out in less than 15 minutes.

    Order placed at 405, food quoted at 430. Arrive at 430, told to wait. 445 still no food. I can see in the convex mirror everyone literally just standing in the kitchen chatting doing nothing lol. It's now 455 as I write this review from the lobby. Really this is my fault for expecting bdubs to be able to make two wing entrees and an appetizer. Never again.

    The experience was not good at my visit on 07/26/2023. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The only great thing about my visit was the waitress. She did an amazing job with us having a big party to serve. I can’t recall her name but she did mention that she was helping and came from Hamilton. It took use over an hour to get our food. All the food came out a different (and my onion rings were cold)times so half of our party was eating and by time the rest of us had received our food the rest of our party was done eating, and they still hadn’t take orders for 3 of our guest. I didn’t complain because I do understand being short staffed but my visit wasn’t pleasant yesterday. They were bringing some of the wrong food to our table. The QR code wasn’t working to order our food from the table and there was a tab already open at our table when we arrived and was seated. After not receiving our food for an hour a guy came and asked those who didn’t have their food what did we order and he took our order again. 5 minutes later someone comes out with my food. I’d asked for my chicken to be well done and it wasn’t. I had half my order to go and I was still missing an item and had to go back in the restaurant for them to complete the rest of my order. It just wasn’t a good experience. The waitress was nice but I don’t know if I’d return to the Rookwood location. Oh and my Pepsi zero tasted like root beer. 🤢

    No hostess. Had to do my own ordering because no servers actually waiting on customers. Took almost 45 mins to get my order in a empty restaurant. I wouldn't have gotten the food then if a employee walking by asked if I had gotten my order. She brought it to me andnshe said it had been sitting in the window for a while. The food was cold and this restaurant is a joke. I definitely will never waste my time at this dump again.

    My god i wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went in for a quick lunch before we went shopping. Waiter angie was walking around high- smelled like pure weed and eyes were puffy and red. Didnt listen to us about our service concerns. Had to order online. Took a very long time to get us our food- it was good but took 15 minutes for her to even ask us for drinks.

    My partner and myself dined in on 10/14. We attempted to order our food by scanning the QR code on the table. When I first submitted the order on my phone, the website took me to a screen that said there was an issue/trouble loading. We figured the order didn’t go through, so my partner tried submitting our order on his phone. The website took him to the same screen that mine did. We figured our order never went through, and we weren’t able to flag down an available server to check on it. After some time, our food surprisingly came out. We told the server what had happened, and she explained that only one ticket had printed for our food, so we figured we’d only be charged once. WRONG. Both of our cards ended up being charged after we had left the restaurant. I called the location and spoke with a manager, and was told that my card would be refunded by Tuesday. It is now Wednesday, and I was not refunded; however, the charge was still taken out of my bank account. The food was good but definitely not worth getting double charged for. Bdubs has really gone downhill over the years… they are always so short-staffed, the service sucks, and now there are technical issues. I always have problems coming here…. I’m never coming back and I plan on letting other people know to avoid this place as well.

    The restaurant was pretty much empty on Wing Tuesdays which was odd. It took over 45 minutes for the food to come out and it was COLD. I had to send back for a remake which wasn't any better. Tipped waitress $12 in cash yet she added an additional $5 on my credit card slip as well! Horrible experience!

    We met some friends on 11/10 for a quick dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. After waiting about 10 minutes, our server finally came to take our drink order. Those took another 10 minutes to come out, and she didn't take our food order when dropping them off. When she came back (another 10 minutes), we placed our order. The food took longer than expected, but finally came out after 30 minutes or so. Except only 3 of our 4 order were right - mine was a completely different dish. The server who dropped them off ran to check, then told us that she hadn't rung in my order. My food didn't come out until everyone was finished eating. We also sat with empty drinks for 15 minutes before our server asked if we wanted refills. Our bill came, and she hadn't comped anything. I figured we'd at least have my wings comped as I wasn't able to dine with the rest of our party, but no. I understand Covid has made it hard to retain staff and service is not what it used to be, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. We won't be back, and we definitely won't be placing to-go orders anymore.

    This place is in desperate need for new management. I had my name on the dine in list for 30 minutes, the entire dining room was closed but the bar. There were five empty tables in the bar area that weren't bussed the entire time I waited. People in the kitchen were sitting down, servers were at the drink station looking at memes on their phones and everyone I spoke to said they were "understaffed" even though no one was actually doing any work. After my 30 minute wait the carry out lady came out and said they actually couldn't seat us and we had to leave. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I cannot believe this place is in business. Manager was absolutely, completely terrible letting his dining room get to that level of disgusting while his servers were goofing off.

    Yesterday I went to the Rookwood location with my daughter to watch the Cincinnati Bengals Game. As we walked in the stereo system was turned up to the max. They had seating open but told us it will be a 10 minute wait. We said we would wait. Within 60 seconds the hostess came back to say we have a table for you. It took 50 minutes for our food to come out. While we watched a family of 5 come in 20 minutes after us and get appetizers and food before we we got a appetizer sampler. I asked 5 different employees to have the management turned down the stereo system because it was given me a headache. They told me that the management would not come to me but I had to come to her. I said that is fine. The management person said she is short staff and short of patience. She told me she will not turn anything down. I let her know I was waiting over 45 minutes for my food and that another table that came in after me had gotten food. I let her know other people was leaving because the system was turned up too loud. When the food came out it was cold. When I told the waiter they said manager said we could leave. Bad experience.     I came in to place a pick up order. There was no greeter present nor any other staff. I waited about 5 -7 minutes as I looked over the menu. At one point a person came from the back and noticed me, asked if I was placing a pickup order, then told me to go to the bar because they don't have any staff upfront. Ok, trying to be understanding I head to the bar. There are two people sitting there reviewing the menu. I see the bar attendant go from the bar to the pickup /prep window area and grab waters. She was leaving the bar as I approached. I'm waiting for her to acknowledge me or return to take my order but she can't because she's on the phone. She initially had her back to me but once she turned around and saw me, she just decided to finish her phone conversation. It didn't seem like it was a serious call but even if so, a simple, "Give me a sec" hand gesture would have went a long way. However, she just continued her call as she stayed in the area no longer getting water or anything. So after I've been completely ignored and disregarded I decide to go ahead and leave. As I'm leaving, I pass the first staff person and say, "I guess no one wants me to eat here today" and laugh a little bit. She says, "Ok" and continues to wherever she was off to. Thanks for ZERO service. I will not return. Based on the other reviews I probably saved myself from a different poor review.

    The server was super nice. However, she wasn't in any hurry. It took 20 mins to get water. Another 30 for food. Medium wings were just spicy enough and tasted excellent.

    Food was good. Vastly understaffed. The bartender was acting as a waiter running around like a mad man. He personally did great. The waitresses are usually inattentive and on their phones and food usually takes a while to arrive after ordering. Food was decent, all other aspects need some work

    Ordered online a delivery from this location 12-18. Apparently they were not taking anymore online orders but somehow my order got through. However they "didn't know" it went through. Ok fine where's my refund! I spoke to the GM that day and he stated he was issuing a refund, well it's the 27th and still no refund. $61.24 I want my money! I have been calling ( currently on hold now as I type this) and just been put on hold for long periods of time. Currently on hold 20:05 in counting! Ridiculous I just want my money

    Sat for 2 hours. Got my wings an hour and 20 minutes later than the rest of my party. No discount. No refills, no attention. Horrible service, and best of all, the wings were cold when they finally came out. No apology, no nothing. Stay away

    Was seated by a gentleman I assumed was manager. A few minutes later the server came and said we were in a closed section and has to move. My mother has trouble getting around. I informed her we were seated by the gentleman which your seated anyway. So she should of known that. It seemed she had a little bit of attitude from then on. Had to ask for refills etc...yet she only brang one. Three of us. They weren't busy at all. No excuse for bad service!

    My overall experience here was great. My date enjoyed his food as did my son, which was surprising because my son doesn't eat while in restaurants, he'll eat his food once we get home. He ate all of his wings. I would give 5 stars but this location did not bring the Mac and cheese I ordered and some kids were just hanging out in front of the door which made my 3-year-old nervous because they wouldn't move for us to leave. Other than that, it was nice and I loved that it wasn't too loud inside.

    My husband and I went to pick up 2 chocolate cakes. Upon entry around 1:30-ish, two employees were socializing. One who was supposed to be at the register and another behind the wall that separated the two spaces. We had no problem waiting. So we waited in case it was important communication. Instead of at least acknowledging and saying 'Ill be right there or something, Kiesha, may be the manager, continued to give personal life advice after making eye contact with us and kept talking. She decided to only acknowledge us when we decided to leave with a," Oh, my bad", foolishness. It was disrespectful.
