Tried a lovely brunch here today! We both had the “hot mess” which was awesome. Scrambled egg, goetta, bacon, home fries, sausage and gravy with your choice of toast or English muffin. Great coffee, friendly staff and very popular!!

First time visit. It was busy but we were seated in less than ten minutes. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. The food was plentiful and taste great. I had a chicken club sandwich it was large and filling. Others had traditional breakfast items. Everyone enjoyed their food I will definitely dine here again in the future.

We went here on a whim because we were driving thru Cincinnati. Can't wait to go back. Great food. Reasonable prices. Lots of options. Charming place. Everything seemed freshly prepared. I had the avocado toast and gazpacho and both were good. My wife's omelet looked terrific. Sorry forgot to take pics of the food.

Been coming here for years. What started as a good breakfast spot while nursing a hangover is now where we bring our 4 year old and out of town family members who are visiting. I've never had a bad experience other than having to wait in line but I know those lines are there for good reason. I went today and our service and food were great. Maybe one of these I'll get something other than a hot mess but not today!

Friendly and fast service. A bit of a wait to get seated but it was worth it. The home fries and waffles were my favorite.

Amazing breakfast food, the biscuits and gravy is a must! We had the best server, Fran. She gave me a sample of some thing I have never heard of before that is originated in Ohio: “Goetta”. Delicious! Will come back if I ever come back to Cincinnati.

Solid breakfast and service. Was blessed to have an incredible conversation with the people at the counter. Spots like this are becoming less and less. Definitely a staple to keep visiting.

Service was awesome! Our server was so friendly and helpful in dishing out suggestions (it was our first time here). Food and drinks were served really quickly and I love the options of different jelly to go with our sides. We greatly enjoyed our meal and the cozy ambience. Would love to be back!

The food was fantastic. Luckily, we got their early because when we left, the line was outside the door. The service was very good. Everyone who came to our table was polite and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I will be back next time I am in Cincinnati. I highly recommend you try this place out.

I've eaten here about a dozen times and have never had a bad thing to say. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and there's never a wait. I came here on mother's day where the line was out the door, and we were still seated within 15 minutes. It is a well-oiled machine, but you still feel like they care about your experience. I highly recommend the "Hot Mess". DELICIOUS!

We went for brunch on a sunday morning and it was busy! We didn't have to wait long and it was worth the wait. We both ordered the Hot mess and boy was it tasty! It came with a side of toast or a biscuit, and the biscuit is homemade! The only downside is you can't get a mimosa or cocktail until after 11AM on Sunday. Highly recommend!

The “Hot Mess” breakfast is very good. Try the goetta, it’s unique to Cincinnati…Come early or plan to wait, but the staff moves people through and the are friendly and know how to make people to feel welcome.

Wonderful diner environment with super friendly staff and delicious food. The portions were large and cooked to order. I always love a place with some good crinkle cut French fries 🍟 Definitely need to go back for a breakfast burrito 🌯

Haven't been as often as I'd like, but every time I eat here (last time 11/14/22), I always leave happy and full. Diner vibe, lots of counter seating along with booths and tables, pay on the way out. Nothing fancy, just good food. It does get crowded, so plan accordingly.

Awesome little diner. We were in town for a ballgame and a friend recommended we stop at Echo for breakfast. I got the hot mess and my wife got the ranchero wrap, both were excellent. We also got fresh made blueberry pie to go, also excellent. Their food is all very delicious, perfectly cooked, and they give you very generous portions. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is that of a classic diner. There is plenty of seating either at the counter or at tables, it's much bigger than it looks from the outside. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be stopping by again whenever we are in Cincinnati.

Nothing beats this classic diner breakfast menu🤭 I’ve been here countless times, either with friends or family and the quality of the food and service never declines! Don’t be scared if you see a line out of the door! It moves fast. You don’t have to put your name down, they go in order of the line. If a spot opens up for a party of one or two they will go down the line if bigger parties are in front. For parking, there is lots of street parking with paid meters that you can use the cincy ez parking app. There is a parking lot behind the building that is paid but it’s doesn’t use the cincy parking app it uses a different one. And they do check to see if you paid!!! You will get a ticket, I have learned from experience 😓

Another wonderful time at the echo. My vegetable soup and grilled cheese were amazing. Fruit salad was lacking and milk was frozen. But they fixed that right away. Server was very nice and attentive. Wish I remembered her name. I'll figure that out next time. Definitely hits the spot.

Just moved her from Phoenix, az this was my first breakfast experience and I absolutely loved it. Service was quick, constantly asking if we needed anything, and they have a wide variety to choose from! The hot mess was totally worth it! Thx you !

Tried their goetta eggs Benedict as well as chicken and waffle and both were really good. Taste of the coffee was meh, but apart from that, enjoyed this restaurant. Definitely going here again.

The kind of place that makes you want to retire young and become a daily regular. Excellent food and atmosphere, unbeatable service. Highly recommend the cinnamon sugar toast!

This place was packed! Of course it’s to be expected on a Saturday before 12, but wow! I am from Cleveland, here on business, and I always try to support local businesses. Made me smile to see them so busy! I placed a carry out since they were so busy and this younger guy was so helpful! Kept checking on me and got me my burrito quickly! Absolutely amazing! Thanks for the great experience!
