I
came
for
cold
stone.
Ice
cream
was
great!
Unfortunately
when
we
went
inside
of
the
shopping
mall
we
were
sitting
there
minding
our
own
business
when
a
"security
officer"
came
over.
They
never
showed
us
identification
proving
they
were
in
fact
an
officer
in
charge
of
the
area.
They
said
there
was
a
curfew
and
no
one
under
18
could
be
here
alone
and
they
had
to
check
our
identification.
This
was
completely
uncalled
for!
I
do
not
look
young,
we
were
not
being
a
nuisance,
we
were
minding
our
own
business,
and
there
were
no
clear
posted
signs
addressing
this
so
called
"curfew".
I
don't
even
know
if
this
was
a
real
security
officer.
Even
if
i
was
under
the
age
of
18
there
was
no
reason
to
kick
me
out.
I
did
not
have
my
identification
with
me
(i
leave
any
extra
cards
in
the
car
in
case
i
lose
my
wallet),
only
a
credit
card.
I
offered
to
show
my
credit
card
instead,
not
the
numbers
obviously!
Simply
show
that
i
have
a
credit
card
proving
i
am
over
18
since
you
have
to
be
18
to
open
your
own
credit
card.
The
so
called
"officer"
who
was
doing
nothing
productive
then
went
on
a
5
minute
scold
about
how
i
should
never
show
my
credit
card
to
anyone,
or
how
i
shouldn't
tell
anyone
my
vaccination
status
or
any
personal
information
(they
started
to
get
really
unrelated
to
the
topic).
And
yet,
the
officer
had
just
asked
to
see
our
drivers
license!
Which
contains
full
name,
birthday,
address,
etc!
I
can
easily
shut
off
my
credit
card
within
minutes
on
my
phone,
but
can
i
change
my
address?
Or
my
birthday
nearly
as
easily?
No.
Drivers
license
definitely
has
more
sensitive
information
and
yet
they
went
to
scold
me
about
offering
the
credit
card
instead.
The
entire
time
they
were
interacting
with
us
i
wanted
them
to
leave
us
alone
and
respect
that
we
were
trying
to
enjoy
the
space.
They
did
the
opposite.
They
completely
made
me
feel
uninvited
and
unwelcomed
and
disrespected
our
privacy.
I
can't
believe
they
would
have
this
protocol
even
for
people
who
were
obviously
minding
their
own
business,
were
mature,
and
respectful.
I
don't
know
who
this
security
officer
was
but
they
were
doing
a
poor
job.
I
was
there
on
a
first
date,
honestly
if
that
"officer"
didn't
sour
the
mood
so
much
i
think
there
might
be
a
second
with
him
and
i.
Don't
go
here
on
a
first
date.
Or
better
yet,
don't
go
here
ever.
There's
nothing
interesting
going
on
ever
and
there's
many
better
places
to
be.
That
officer
just
made
me
feel
so
unwelcomed
and
it
stuck
with
me
the
whole
night!
