It
all
started
when
I
asked
if
I
could
get
a
room
with
a
little
daylight
and
a
fresh
smell.
Excellent
customer
service-
they
promptly
sent
someone
to
help
with
my
bags
and
I
was
moved
to
another
room.
I
think
it
was
1006-
as
soon
as
we
opened
the
door
I
was
greeted
with
cigarette
and
baby
vomit
smell.
Since
we
were
going
to
be
there
2
nights
for
a
business
meeting
I
apologized
and
asked
for
another
room.
Again,
they
promptly
offered
up
another
room.
I
was
moved
to
1008.
NO
A/C,
they
sent
the
engineer
up
while
I
was
away
at
dinner.
Upon
return
it
was
still
muggy.
I
stayed
since
they
had
already
accommodated
and
moved
me
twice.
The
next
morning
it
was
about
74
and
quite
muggy
so
I
called
and
asked
to
have
them
check
the
A/C
again
and
hopped
in
the
shower.
To
my
surprise-
no
cold
water,
only
a
teeny
dribble
of
cold.
I
took
a
scolding
shower
and
headed
off
to
my
meeting.
Upon
return
the
room
was
even
warmer
so
I
called
the
front
desk
at
which
time
she
said
they
could
not
fix
it
and
showed
up
a
few
minutes
later
with
keys
to
another
room
1009.
I
apologized
for
being
an
issue
and
she
apologized
for
the
rooms
and
being
moved
so
many
times.
I
was
again
moved
to
another
room
with
the
help
of
front
desk.
The
experience
was
not
the
worst,
but
my
company
will
not
return.
4
years
ago
we
had
a
great
experience
and
the
rooms
were
well
kept.
The
rooms
are
worn
and
smell
old.
The
front
desk
was
very
kind,
patient
and
accommodating.
We
did
use
one
of
the
business
rooms
for
our
2
day
meeting
and
we
were
pleasantly
surprised
by
Nat
and
her
professionalism.
