Really
disappointed
with
my
experience
here.
The
rooms
were
modern
and
clean,
and
that's
why
I'm
giving
it
two
stars.
The
bed
wasn't
comfortable
and
I
could
hear
partying
from
events
going
on
in
the
hotel
late
at
night.
The
walls
were
thin
and
we
could
hear
talking
in
other
rooms.
There
wasn't
enough
parking
for
guests,
and
we
had
to
park
in
a
sketchy
vacant
lot
near
by.
We
were
supposed
to
get
a
free
chef's
choice
dessert
and
free
breakfast
with
our
reservation
as
part
of
an
anniversary
deal.
I
asked
in
advance
if
the
dessert
could
be
vegan,
and
if
there
were
vegan
options
at
breakfast.
They
assured
me
that
this
could
be
done.
When
we
got
there,
I
asked
again
about
the
dessert
and
breakfast
at
the
front
desk
and
they
assured
us
that
everything
we
requested
would
be
waiting
in
our
room.
Nothing
was
there
when
we
got
into
the
room.
We
gave
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
thinking
it
would
come
later.
We
left
for
the
evening
and
returned
late.
Nothing
was
there
when
we
returned.
In
the
morning
I
called
the
front
desk
asking
about
breakfast
and
the
dessert.
They
said
nothing
about
the
dessert,
and
told
us
the
breakfast
wasn't
free,
that
it
cost
$22
per
person.
I
stated
again
that
part
of
what
we
paid
for
was
dessert
and
breakfast.
They
put
me
on
hold,
and
after
a
while
came
on
and
said
someone
was
supposed
to
give
us
breakfast
vouchers
the
previous
night,
and
I
would
need
to
come
down
to
the
desk
to
get
them.
We
got
our
vouchers
and
went
to
breakfast,
which
for
$22
per
person
should
have
been
amazing.
It
wasn't.
It
was
the
typical
hotel
breakfast
buffet.
The
only
vegan
options
were
oatmeal,
a
plain
bagel
with
nothing
to
put
on
it,
and
fruit.
This
is
a
pricy
hotel,
and
I
really
expected
more
for
the
money.
You
can
get
better
service
and
the
same
options
from
a
Holiday
Inn
or
something
similar.
You're
basically
paying
for
a
few
modern
aesthetics.
