I would like to express how breathtaking this visit was. Although we weren't on vacation or there for an exciting event, it was surprising and tucked away yet comforting and relaxing. Just to explain my great aunt Janet Bell ( forever in my heart) passed away and she was just a blessed woman filled with the love of Jesus and she chose this place to have a meal after her burial do the family could celebrate her life! And that we did! As we walked from the convent parking to the small walkway it let you down a curving walk way of cooling water features and comfortable seating areas with fireplaces to a small yet elegant hall with large round tables for the family to be seating and enjoy good company and conversation. Adjacent to the seating area was a fully usable kitchen that was set with the food the family provided in buffet style for efficient time frame as we were all hot, tired, and grieving. As you can imagine our thoughts were all over the place and it was a nice side thought to take away from the reality of our loss. Thanks to family and my Aunt it was a great choice. And to the business for opening and maintaining such a nice property.

Beautiful cozy place. Very well maintained. Out side garden area is fantastic with a little decorative pond, out door seating and fireplace. The is suite whirlpool tub is the icing on the cake. They provide refreshments and snacks at anytime you have 24 hr access to a small kitchen area. The gibe you a very luxury menu to choose your breakfast from that they bring to your room, to enjoy in your private little dining setting. Oh and Boss (resident cat) is a cutie, walking around the garden area with your host.

Great place with a beautiful garden. We stayed in Margaret's Porch Suite. The room was clean and comfortable and a great alternative to downtown Cincinnati.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The bed was so soft I actually woke up with no back pain, the 2 person spa tub was amazing, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, I could go on and on. And Leanne (the lady who runs the BnB) was the best host. She was only a text away and she responded within a minute. She went above and beyond to make her guests happy. And she's a great cook, because the breakfast we ordered was delicious! And we can forget the resident kitty, who was also very friendly and sweet. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful garden. Impeccable generous breakfasts prepared lovingly by Leanne delivered to your room! Peaceful & quiet, w/wonderful festive events some nights that are over by 10PM to ensure guests who are staying in Inn rooms get a good night's sleep. Beautiful decor & well-stocked guest kitchen open only to overnight guests. Love this place!

The MOST MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE of my life. I went there for the Taylor swift concert and never expected such an insane welcome. The entire courtyard was decorated and there was a lovely welcoming party there for the guests. I felt so warm and happy there with my partner, truly above and beyond. Souvenirs and custom made merchandise we could bring home💕💕 everything was perfect. Beyond perfect, truly the best place I’ve ever been. Like a magical dream. The specific thought they put into our stay, going as far to ask us our favorite songs album and era to design the room around. After the trip they mailed us a specific ticket to match where we were!! Unbelievable. I’m never going to forget this experience.

Wow I cannot say enough good things about this property. My fiancé and I came for a one night stay in the dream suite to relax, and the room itself was so beautiful and well decorated. The tub was amazing and gigantic, and we ordered a bath bomb ahead of time that was waiting for us there. I wondered how sound proof it would be, in the room with the original hardwood flooring, and it was actually a very restful sleep! The mattress was also really comfortable and cozy. I will say, there are pennys all over the place which was a jarring experience finding them all, but we googled it and believe it’s supposed to be for wishing good fortune so that was cute. We had breakfast delivered at 10, he had the breakfast burrito and I had pancakes. The breakfast was AMAZING, and I highly recommend the cran-raspberry juice. Also, they offer THE freshest chocolate covered strawberries I have ever had so if you’re interested I would purchase those to be ready for you before you arrive. When looking for a stay in southwest Ohio that had a whirlpool tub, I’m glad I found this gem and we WILL be returning. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Absolutely amazing! The accommodations were perfect for my solo trip. The Garden Room provided a tranquil setting and beautiful view of the gardens downstairs. Breakfast was delicious. All of the details were well thought out, right down to considering us tea drinkers and providing infused water options. If there had been a cozy arm chair in the room, I'm not sure I would have left the room at all. But I'm glad I did. The B&B is within easy walking distance to a quaint shopping/restaurant area and great proximity for anything in and around Cincinnati. I told a colleague that one of the best things about my visit to Cincinnati was Kentucky, and this B&B was a big part of that! Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Margaret's Porch room to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time here and we cannot wait to come back! We loved everything about Weller Haus. Breakfast was delicious (highly recommend the banana french toast) and the room was beautiful and cozy. It was a nice overnight getaway!

This place was magical! We stayed in the church steeple room and it was a dream come true. The spa tub, the on time & DELICIOUS breakfast, the cleanliness, comfortable bed and so much more. I wish we could’ve stayed more than 1 night but we will definitely be returning. I can’t say enough good things about Weller Haus. Just incredible !

Our stay in the Church Steeple room was perfect, even better than we imagined. The 2 person tub was actually large enough with plenty of hot water and the charm of the rooms really added to the ambience. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and delivered promptly, they were able to accommodate our dietary needs as well. Sadly we were only staying one night on our way back home but we wished we could stay longer!

we had an amazing stay for our first wedding anniversary. The host is quick to respond and helpful, everything was clean, the outside areas are so pretty and relaxing, quiet neighborhood, amazing breakfasts, cute resident cat, only thing negative is the door was super loud and squeaky, other than that perfect 👌🏻

My wife and I love to travel. We take at least a few miniature vacations per year around the country and some times international (most recent being a trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic). I say all of this to say that out of all the places we've visited, this wonderful place is one of the best places we've stayed in. Not only are you near the hustle and bustle of Cincinnati (only a few minutes away), you're also located a quaint town. The owner is absolutely a wonderful host. The breakfast is amazing (I highly suggest the banana stuffed French toast if it's available!). The room we had (the Church steeple suite) was both spacious and very cozy. I bought the fresh baked cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and a heart shape made of rose petals for our anniversary (we were celebrating early). Leanne had everything perfect by the time we got there! My wife loved it and so did I! She made us feel like we were the only ones there, even though I knew we weren't. The garden grounds are amazing as well. We simply cannot recommend this place enough if you're visiting. We will definitely be back!

We went for our wedding anniversary for just overnight but it was so relaxing we regret not booking two nights. So quaint, private, beautiful grounds, great little guest kitchen with drinks and snacks, and the most delicious breakfast delivered right to our door. We will definitely go back and stay for longer. Banana pecan french toast is a must try and so is the quiche.

Another great stay at the Weller Haus in Newport! High-quality stay from the amazing breakfast delivered to room, to the deep whirlpool tub (in the Margaret’s Porch Suite), and the extra amenities - room robes, common room w/ snacks, and lovely garden in-prep for Spring. Quiet street, good parking, easy process. Looking forward to another visit in the future - our “go to” place when in Cincinnati/KY Bourbon Trail.

The Weller Haus.... Where do I begin! Everything about this place is just absolutely marvelous. We arrived and explored the gardens before going to our room. The gardens are stunning, with beautiful landscaping, flowers, and a koi pond. There are tables all set up and several propane fire tables. Additionally, a covered lounge area with a big gas fireplace. We went up to our room (Church Steeple), and just were blown away by the details and thoughtfulness. We received complimentary cookies (they were AMAZING), and then we explored the rooms. The king bed was very comfortable, and the fridge had some bottled water and our charcuterie board which we ordered as an add on (this was just absolutely amazing!!!). In the other room was an adorable day bed, jacuzzi tub, and a fireplace. Every detail in the room, from the breakfast table decor to the little basket with chapstick, bubble bath, etc was so thought out! Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we explored the guest kitchen. It was very neat with a fridge of water / pop, kuerigs, and some small snacks. The best part, breakfast - it was phenomenal. You can pick between several options and everything we received was filling and just wonderful. I truly have nothing but good things to say about this place... If you are considering going here, just do it!! It's worth every penny ❤️

We had a great weekend here! First of all, everything was so well spelled out for us, there was no confusion about where to go, what to do, or who to contact. It made that initial confusion of vacation on the first day non-existent meaning we could relax from the second we got there. The church steeple suite was wonderful. One room was the bedroom and included a king size bed, a small closet and a dresser, a TV, mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The other room included a table for two for breakfast, a couch/day bed, and whirlpool tub, and a (separate room) bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower. We ordered the charcuterie and wine as part of our initial order with the room and it did not disappoint! It was a welcome, quick dinner after a day of driving! We also got two days worth of breakfast while we were there. The breakfast burrito was amazing especially if you are more into a savory breakfast. We also got the pancakes (with cinnamon apples) and Banana stuffed french toast while we were there both of which were unlike anything we've ever had. Absolutely amazing! The staff were all incredibly friendly and so easy to work with. I've always been afraid to go to a bed and breakfast as someone who doesn't do well meeting new people, but we rarely ran into anyone else and the staff was there when we needed them, and taking care of things completely out of sight the rest of the time. They even got us into our room early! If you are visiting for a relaxing week or weekend like we were, we absolutely recommend spending some time walking around the shopping area in town. The Pretzel Place was great and there were a few delicious looking pizza places we didn't get to try (plus many other restaurants and shops!) We will recommend this Bed and Breakfast to everyone we know and we hope to have a chance to come back too!

My wife and I came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Everything about this place is great and we rented the Dream Suite which has a spa tub big enough for 2. This is our last night of our 3 night stay as we are checking out tomorrow morning at 11 am. We will definitely be back!

Stayed the weekend in the church steeple suite, with the spa for a girls weekend. The grounds are almost out of a fairytale, with bridge, spring waterfall, and flowers. This is a great place to take pictures, relax, refresh The room looked like a wealthy manor ladies room. Very lavender, elegant, and 1900s. The booking comes with a breakfast for 2 guests. it's delicious. I'd highly recommend. Advice : it is your entire responsibility to read the entire website before placing a booking (policy section). I say this, because the website does not have the programmed logic to prevent you from booking things you shouldn't be able to,according to the BNB policies on the website ex: Dogs are permitted in 1 of the 4 rooms, as well as NO children. No one will read your comments or anything until the night before your reservation, therefore if you do not read the entire website, your booking could be potentially cancelled less than 24 hrs away from your reservation. When the error was found they were very accommodating. The only area for improvement I could recommend to make it a better experience is for them to go through bookings as they are made,to not run into what could've been, a very devastating night before experience.
