I feel like you should get a free bottle of water every day. I've been coming here for the last three weeks and there has been a girl sleeping in the lobby. She was very rude to my friend who tried to have a conversation with her. She is always sitting down there and it's pretty creepy.

Great location and well maintained property. The breakfast was very nice. My room is nice though expensive compared to others in the area. I had one poor experience at the front desk but a young man later went above and beyond helping with a problem that was definitely not in his job description.

The only reason to stay here is because of the location but if you have other options, take them. The first time I stayed here the breakfast was poorly stocked (no fruit!) but everything else was okay. The second time I stayed here the breakfast was slightly better but my key reader died so I couldn't get into my room and it took them 30 minutes to find the charger. I get that this happens, but how do you not know where the charger is? I not only had to wait for them to find it but then then charge it. The last time I stayed there, and likely my very last time ever, when checking in my corporate credit card kept asking for a PIN. The front desk agent didn't believe I didn't have a PIN, didn't believe I didn't book my own reservation (corporate travel did), and finally agreed to manually enter my card into the system "as a last attempt" which worked. I'm assuming because of these issues, I got an adjoining disabled room which didn't have the kitchen bar or a full length mirror. It was essentially an empty room with a table and two chairs. The next morning when I explained my issues with the room and asked for a room transfer, I was told I'd have to request a standard room at check in to be assigned one. What? I will say the breakfast was much better this stay even if the front desk wasn't.

Pros: One bedroom suite was a good size and layout. Kitchen provided all necessities for an extended stay. Location was very convenient, just 10 min to downtown/river. Breakfast had great variety of hot food options. Smart TVs and USB ports provided. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was great. Cons: Bathroom smelled bad; likely the shower curtain. Self-parking was $10/day.

Great hotel, new facilities and furnishing, good gym, breakfast is decent but it opens only at 7am even on working days. They are not doing take out laundry because they are short on staff. Parking is in a garage on the other side of the street, either self parking or valet parking.

Perfect location near a whole foods, plenty of shipping, Starbucks, you got it! Walgreens if you don't! The front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. The housekeeping staff was also very nice. The breakfast was awesome, we had company for breakfast and we were late so we were sure to slide the cooks 5 a piece. They earned it! I'll definitely be staying again when we visit Cincy! Thank you Residence Inn

Great hotel all around. Sure, some details were not perfect, like housekeeping skipping our room one day; but overall we had a great stay and absolutely everyone we interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Lauren at the front desk has a wonderful attitude and is truly a pleasure to speak with her. Room was clean, well stocked, and served all our needs during our visit, we would definitely stay here again!

We had to travel down to Cincinnati for treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Our stay was for 8 weeks total at this hotel. I was very pleased and felt at home after a week or so of being there. This location is perfect for families as there are a ton of restaurants and stores around. We comfortably and safely walked to these different restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and helpful too! We got to know them after being there for so long so our interactions were frequent as opposed to only checking in and out. The pool is very kid friendly as it is only 3ft-4ft. The work out room and laundry room are nice as well. After our long stay, I have no complaints. I'm sure it'd be easy for me to nitpick but having never been to Cincinnati before, having to focus on my daughter's treatment and wanting somewhere that felt like home away from home, I actually might miss it! I'm very grateful for the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only thing good about this place was the location. The breakfast staff was friendly, and so were some of the housekeepers. Naudia, who works at the front desk, was very unpleasant during our entire stay. Her unwillingness to ensure we had the handicap-accessible room in which we ordered was devastating. When we asked to speak to her manager (a heavy-set lady), she was very unpleasant as well. We ended up paying a fee to upgrade our room to get the style of the room we originally paid for. I then see the two ladies' hi-five as they talk about how they gave us the more expensive rate for the room and how they lied about the availability of the additional room we needed so they could upcharge us. This hotel was recommended to us, so I hate that we had such a negative experience. We will never stay here again. Aside from that, when you stay here MAKE SURE YOUR ROOM HAS BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED! We found hair in all of the bathrooms and some of the kitchen drawers. When using the pull-out couch in one of the many rooms we booked, there was cereal and toys underneath the mattress. The rooms had not been properly cleaned or sanitized. Every encounter with Naudia and some of the staff beyond our first day was highly unpleasant. It was as if she had told others to treat us unkindly. Seeing her every morning and night was antagonizing as she mean-mugged my family and I. As a doctor and business professional, I do not recommend this place for the above reasons.

Not a good experience here. Front desk staff blew it around every corner. Final straw was call to them to confirm that we had an oven in our room. Had quick turnaround for tennis tournament in evening and front desk staff confirmed we did have an oven. Returned with pizzas to heat for the kids to find no oven. Front desk unable to find solution for us despite having ovens in the back. Unapologetic and trite. Would not recommend this hotel. Double thinking my preference to Marriotts moving forward.

Spacious suite with modern amenities. New appliances. Smart TV's in both rooms. Nice gym and pool area. Laundry machines available. Small on-site market alcove (very pricey, but no convenience stores nearby). Walking distance from 10 different restaurants. Covered parking available, as well as optional valet. Good variety of food for included breakfast. Easy access to I-71.

It was my first time at the hotel with my wife. The hotel is new and looks superb. Lauren at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Lauren at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. After multitasking on a busy morning she was still able to print out directions to local favorite eateries we had to try.

Awesome place and great location to nearby eats. For those into outdoor running the urban trail is pretty close and great. Food pantry focuses on snacks and mostly drinks. Overall is perfect for business crowd. Fyi the Marriott is literally 50 feet away it's on the same land.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Cincinnati. Kelly the GM and her staff are amazing and always take such great care of us!

Centrally located to the interstate and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shopping. Rooms are incredibly comfortable and didn't feel like a traditional hotel stay. Fully furnished kitchen and the bed was wonderful! Overall, a good value for what you get.

Great accommodations. Unfortunately because of the inability to control the temperature of the room, our stay was uncomfortably cold. After informing the front desk staff of the cold temperature of the room, she advised that all room temperatures are controlled not to go higher than 74 degrees. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this hotel for cold winter night stays.

The room is actually pretty nice. But I go to iron my clothes at 9 at night for the next day's meetings and the plug blows the circuit. I tried two other circuits and the same thing. I can't iron any clothes for the next day unless I want to put all my stuff away and take it down to the desk and get another room. Not convenient. Not great service, but nice room if you don't need an outlet.
