This place has lots of potential, though they need to work on their kitchen logistics a bit as some of our food came right away and others came 30 minutes later. We also had to ask several times for the sauces and drinks that we ordered. But they were very nice and apologetic, and the food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to try more things.

Homey bakery that smells delicious the minute you open the door. Great sandwich selection both on fresh banquet and arepas. Pastries, cookies and cakes are all amazing. Will be continuing to satisfy my sweet tooth here.

I stopped in by happenstance, and I'm really glad I did! The arepa was hearty and tasty, and the pastry I got was out of this world. Definitely plan to come back with friends! Easy access by bike, car parking available on Washington.

First 2 times I came here I didn't know what anything was and asked for recommendations, it was all awesome. The bread is soft and and just really good, the arepa was just so good and full of flavor. The third time I got a baguette sandwich and it was also so full of flavor. I finally got the homemade hot chocolate, it was thick and has cinnamon flavor and was just everything I wanted it to be. Highly recommend this place for a sweet or savory bite!

It was my first time trying a Venezuelan restaurant. I had ground beef + avocado + Venezuelan cheese Arepa and it was really good. Ham and cheese empanada was also great. I parked at the parking garage just across the street, and the parking was only 50 cents an hour.

I really want to support this place since it is the closest to a Puerto Rican Bakery here in town. This place started out great but lately they have been very inconsistent. We started out getting really nice sandwiches with lettuce, tomato and pink sauce. Now the lettuce, tomato and pink sauce are extras for $0.50 each. I ordered not long ago and the sandwich had lettuce, tomato and a drizzle of pink sauce not worth $1.50 but I can probably live with that. Their Venezuelan ham bread is TO DIE FOR but prices change all the time and I think it is expensive to pay $12 for a pastry. No way the Venezuelan ham bread is $6 one day and then $12 the next day you order it. Anyway, I am no one to price their work but I think they need to reevaluate their model. I really have faith in this place but I will be taking a break for a bit.

I've only had 4 things but they've been fabulous. I didn't know what to choose so I just asked her to give me something savory, one thing sweet,a baguette and a hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is not really sweet and had spices in it I instantly loved it. Chicken empanada was flavorful and the something sweet, I'm not sure what it was, also wasn't really sweet. I'm loving the items not being so sweet. I'm absolutely going back.
