We had a problem with the chairs we purchased - the fabric kept ripping. They worked hard to fix them but ultimately we decided to choose a different chair. The staff (Stephanie) was amazing helping us get exactly what we wanted. We got a full refund to put towards our new chairs. Would highly recommend.
