I
am
normally
a
person
to
not
leave
reviews,
even
if
its
bad.
I
can
get
over
the
Internet
monopoly,
despite
being
a
part-time
student,
and
even
the
noisy
crude
neighbors
as
they
throw
their
trash
off
the
balcony
so
they
dont
have
to
carry
it
down
1
set
of
four
stairs,
however,
many
small
things
have
piled
up
over
the
almost
60
days
of
living
here.
Pros-
Pretty
area,
gorgeous
area,
right
off
of
route
32,
which
you
can
barely
hear
the
traffic.
Pool
and
clubhouse
are
immaculate
when
available,
and
a
lake
to
fish
in?
I
havent
seen
a
lake,
but
im
sure
its
on
the
other
end
with
Lakeshore
apartments,
which
Eastgate
woods
also
owns.
Cons-
Neighbors
are
extremely
noisy
and
uncaring
for
those
beneath
them.
I
am
on
the
lowest
level,
my
windows
even
with
the
ground
outside,
i
have
two
neighbors
above
me,
and
the
one
directly
above
loves
to
have
screaming
matches
with
people
on
the
phone
at
any
hour
of
the
day,
and
often
times
out
on
his
balcony.
He
also
loves
to
throw
stuff
off
his
balcony-
trash,
so
he
doesnt
have
to
carry
it
all
the
way
outside,
and
what
i
assume
is
him
giving
things
to
people?
I've
seen
what
i
assume
are
friends
of
his
picking
these
things
up.
Are
they
taking
them,
are
they
helping?
I
wouldnt
know.
I
work
night
shift,
so
im
often
not
at
home
at
night,
and
trying
to
sleep
during
the
day.
Internet
-
They've
got
a
monopoly
you
see?
You
can
only
use
their
contract
through
dish.
No,
you
cant
go
to
dish
directly
either.
Nor
does
any
reasonable
internet
provider,
you
know,
provide
to
this
area.
You
want
internet?
Pay
75$(starting
Jan
1st
2024)
for
300mbps.
I
can
get
that
same
deal
through
Spectrum
for
45$
a
month.
Good
luck
using
your
mobile
hot
spot,
like
on
your
phone,
as
i've
been
doing,
were
almost
in
a
dead
zone,
so
the
internet
goes
out
as
if
theres
a
raging
storm
outside,
even
with
internet
provided
by
a
phone
service.
Laundry
Services-
Maybe
you'll
luck
out
on
this
one,
i
didnt.
Im
on
the
opposite
end
of
the
building.
4
Doors
to
each
building,
12
tenants
to
a
door.
1
Laundry
room
with
4
washers
and
4
dryers.
I've
been
lucky
so
far
that
any
time
i've
gone
it
hasnt
been
too
busy,
however,
when
its
pouring
rain
outside,
i
am
not
walking
through
it
to
do
my
laundry.
Thats
right,
i
have
to
walk
outside
and
to
the
other
end
of
the
building
to
be
able
to
wash
my
clothes-
however,
only
a
1.50$
each
for
a
wash
and
a
dry
cycle.
One
of
the
lower
prices
i've
seen..
Dishwasher/Plumbing
-
This
has
been
my
latest
issue.
I
can
not
get
hot
water
from
my
kitchen
sink,
bathroom
sink,
nor
my
dishwasher
at
any
given
point.
Perhaps
im
spoiled
from
a
previous
apartment
layout(each
unit
had
their
own
water
heater),
but
after
running
the
faucet
for
20
minutes,
i
can
finally
get
hot
water.
As
i
was
told
by
maintenance,
"you
just
have
to
let
it
run
and
it
will
get
hot."
20
minutes?
And
no,
the
shower
gets
hot
within
2
minutes
of
starting.
Something
is
wrong.
This
also
leads
to
a
drain
issue
i
had
in
the
tub
after
my
first
week;
the
previous
tenants
had
broken
the
shower
plug
and
placed
it
back
in
to
look
normal
i
assume,
because
when
i
went
investigating
to
find
why
my
tub
wasnt
draining
as
fast
as
it
should;
i
was
met
with
a
horrendous,
smiley
ball
of
hair
that
diffidently
did
not
belong
to
me
or
my
cat.
I'll
spare
you
all
the
photo
i
have
of
that
one,
but
me
and
my
steel
stomach
almost
lost
it.
Also,
dont
expect
to
have
your
shower
remain
one
temperature
while
you
clean
yourself.
It
feels
as
though
someone
in
the
next
room
over
is
turning
on
and
off
the
cold
water,
as
you'll
fluctuate
from
scalding
to
freezing
roughly
every
30
seconds.
Again,
im
one
to
grin
and
bear
it
when
it
comes
to
service
that
fails,
but
950$+
a
month
for
a
1
bedroom,
and
these
are
the
problems
i
face
everyday,
it
isnt
worth
it
to
grin
and
bear
it
anymore.
