I recently visited Ambience Nail Spa and had my nails done by Amy. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Amy did a very poor job on my nails, as they were each shaped differently and far too thick. To make matters worse, she quoted me a total price of $84, but when I checked my receipt, I was charged for $92.71 instead. I got basic pedi $37 and dip which was $47. My friend was with me and we got the same thing and she was charged correctly. This discrepancy in pricing only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a negative experience and will not be returning to Ambience Nail Spa. I cannot recommend their services based on the poor quality of work and the incorrect pricing I encountered.

I went to Ambiance when I lived in Cincinnati. I was in town and decided to get my nails done and it was a huge mistake. 3 days after I got my nails done, they are breaking. I always ask for 3 coats and they always try to work around giving me what I ask for. She did not do a full base coat nor did she do the powder top coat. I spent $150 to get my nails done and now I have to get them redone a week later. I am LIVID and will never step foot there again. Pics to prove

Brought my best friend and aunt here to get wedding nails done. Highly recommend! Friendly staff, bathrooms are clean, massage chairs are on point, so many color options too. My technician was so gentle with my toes (bruised and sensitive toe) which I very much appreciated. Our nails turned out perfectly. Thank you all! If nails are your thing, go here!

The person who did my nails was extremely rude. She was not wearing a name tag but had short red hair and wearing a black Alexander wang t shirt. She did not speak to me was on her phone delaying my service several times and was being very rough and yanking my hands/ feet. She did not completely remove the polish from my toes and there is polish residue on my feet and hands. The tips of my nails are not painted and she did not file them down evenly after cutting. I could have done a better job doing my nails myself. I still tipped over 20% because I think that is standard and the girl showed 0 appreciation.

Mia provided me with THE best SNS manicure today. Perfection. She’s an artist so be patient on time. Well worth it 💕

This place was way overpriced and the quality was poor. Dip powder was all over our cuticles and lines were not straight on French manicure. Nails were bumpy. A $90 nail job should be much better than what we got. Stay away!

I have been going to Ambiance for years but, lately the quality of service has not been good. And, after my experience today, I will NEVER go back. I have acrylics and one nail broke in the upper left corner. The last two times I got a fill in, instead of replacing the nail, they just uses acrylic to fill in the corner, with no nail and no tip. Each time they've done it, the acrylic breaks and then I'm back to having a nail that's missing a corner. So, this time, I asked the technician politely to please just replace the whole nail. She removed all of the old acrylic and what was left of the nail tip, then started applying new acrylic with NO NAIL TIP. I said "No, wait....this one needs a nail tip put on." She said "No. I do acrylic overlay for you on your natural nails." I said "No...I didn't want an acrylic overlay. I wanted that nail replaced. I want it to match the length and shape of the rest of my nails." She YELLED at me that I don't need a tip -- all I needed was an overlay. I asked her "Will you just put a tip on that nail, please?" She yelled "Someone else can do it. I'm not doing it!" And got up and STORMED away!! I was DUMBFOUNDED! All of this over me asking you to put a nail tip on??? It wasn’t like I asking her to do it for free or something. I've gotten nails repaired many times. They usually charge like $10 or something, and they put a whole new nail on. I don't know what the deal was with this girl, but I'm not going to pay $60 for poor quality AND be yelled at and disrespected. There are nail places on every corner. The only thing Ambiance really had over any of the others was the on-site bar.

May was so lovely and did such a great job on my gel manicure! She went searching to find just the right color I was hoping for and took extra gentle care of my broken hand throughout the entire process.

Would only recommend basic mani or pedi nothing involving fashion forward acrylic nails. Tech didn’t listen to any of my comments and complaints. I was vocal about not liking the thickness of my nails, however he reassured me I was not done & it would be filed down/thinned out yet little did I know it was already at the point of no return. He later said that if the nail was thin it’ll break. Way over priced for technicians to not listen or not be up to date with the thin sleek natural nail look. Look how lumpy these are!!! Not to mention it’s for my 23rd birthday this coming Tuesday and they hurt because they’re so heavy.
