I
have
been
going
to
Ambiance
for
years
but,
lately
the
quality
of
service
has
not
been
good.
And,
after
my
experience
today,
I
will
NEVER
go
back.
I
have
acrylics
and
one
nail
broke
in
the
upper
left
corner.
The
last
two
times
I
got
a
fill
in,
instead
of
replacing
the
nail,
they
just
uses
acrylic
to
fill
in
the
corner,
with
no
nail
and
no
tip.
Each
time
they've
done
it,
the
acrylic
breaks
and
then
I'm
back
to
having
a
nail
that's
missing
a
corner.
So,
this
time,
I
asked
the
technician
politely
to
please
just
replace
the
whole
nail.
She
removed
all
of
the
old
acrylic
and
what
was
left
of
the
nail
tip,
then
started
applying
new
acrylic
with
NO
NAIL
TIP.
I
said
"No,
wait....this
one
needs
a
nail
tip
put
on."
She
said
"No.
I
do
acrylic
overlay
for
you
on
your
natural
nails."
I
said
"No...I
didn't
want
an
acrylic
overlay.
I
wanted
that
nail
replaced.
I
want
it
to
match
the
length
and
shape
of
the
rest
of
my
nails."
She
YELLED
at
me
that
I
don't
need
a
tip
--
all
I
needed
was
an
overlay.
I
asked
her
"Will
you
just
put
a
tip
on
that
nail,
please?"
She
yelled
"Someone
else
can
do
it.
I'm
not
doing
it!"
And
got
up
and
STORMED
away!!
I
was
DUMBFOUNDED!
All
of
this
over
me
asking
you
to
put
a
nail
tip
on???
It
wasn’t
like
I
asking
her
to
do
it
for
free
or
something.
I've
gotten
nails
repaired
many
times.
They
usually
charge
like
$10
or
something,
and
they
put
a
whole
new
nail
on.
I
don't
know
what
the
deal
was
with
this
girl,
but
I'm
not
going
to
pay
$60
for
poor
quality
AND
be
yelled
at
and
disrespected.
There
are
nail
places
on
every
corner.
The
only
thing
Ambiance
really
had
over
any
of
the
others
was
the
on-site
bar.
