This is a very nice looking restaurant. The staff is wonderful. I had incredibly good service and my server was outstanding. The bread and the oil with herbs tasted great. The soup was outstanding. I had a dish that had a chicken breast, Mezzaluna ravioli, and a sirloin steak. The chicken breast was decent the ravioli was fair at best. The sirloin steak was almost inedible. Quite tough. I've been to this place before and had a better experience last time. I was somewhat disappointed with my entree.

This is such a great location. It is located next to a lot of shopping. The staff is super nice. Our waitress Beth, was amazing. She gave me the scoop on what food and drinks are good. I had the Side of Fettuccine add Shrimp(11.09) , the Pomegranate Martini($5 for happy hour), and Scicillian Pear Rita($5 for happy hour). As you can see on the receipt my favorite was the Pomegranate Martini. I will definitely be back!

Dined with our family and we were very pleased. Everyone had a different entree and we tried several wines which were all wonderful. Out of our party of 6, not one single complaint. We love the Beechmont location- this is our new fave of the three Cincinnati/NKY area locations. We highly recommend !

Had a great time while dining with my family. The food was delicious and our waiter MJ made our experience very pleasant. My kids liked him so much that they talked about how cool he was on our way home. Beautiful restaurant and really cool hallways to the pretty restrooms. If you have teenage boys they’ll get a kick out of it. Mine say it reminds them of something from a mafia movie. It is pricy, but nowadays everything is but at least you’ll get what you pay for. Very worth it.

I dined in this evening with my family and it was my father’s birthday, and I have to say, the food, the atmosphere and the overall service and attentiveness to detail and orientation was beyond my expectation. Firstly I want to shout out the hostess I believe her name was River if I remember correctly. She was so very kind and sweet with explaining our wait and made great conversation with myself and my family. The service we had as I had said was phenomenal. Our server Justin was very, very good. He gave us a clear understanding on any and all of our questions regarding the menu and beyond that made our experience warm and comfortable and welcoming. What really drove me to write this review was the Manager Michael, it seemed as though he was facilitating almost everything. I saw him at the host stand helping seat other individuals, I saw him running food, and also speaking to all the customers. He came to our table and asked how everything was and we proceeded to tell him that it was absolutely fantastic. He then of course made my father’s birthday one to remember, crediting us a desert that was absolutely decadent. Whatever he is doing he is doing it right!! He was so very insightful and even my father wouldn’t stop talking about him even after we left!! He and the other staff made our visit immensely special. So for that I say Thank you!!! We will certainly be back soon.

Excellent food & service, convenient and accessable at front of Anderson Town Center Mall My meal featured 3 'main' courses: steak with mushrooms & gravy, chicken with creamy sauce and their Luna pasta with a lovely creamy tomato sauce ..plus house side salad. Fantastic. Steak was a little chewy, but flavor was exceptional as was the chicken. Took home some of each meat course plus bread and house side salad. There was no left over pasta. Hubby enjoyed his pasta and shrimp dish with a side Caesar salad and lovely anchovies. He also enjoyed leftovers the next day.

Jena is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She was able to correct a wrong order before it even got to the table to prevent any issues from happening. I highly recommend asking for Jena if you eat here. They even have amazing food

Food was delicious (Chicken Bryan, fettuccine Alfredo, house salad with creamy parmesan) and never disappoints. Staff was attentive, friendly, helpful, and patient. Only reason we don't visit more often is because Carrabba's no longer offers half size portions. Certain dishes (like the Bryan -- the lemon butter sauce is destroyed when reheated at home) are a waste food and money.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience this evening at the location in Anderson. We had the waiter that works the bar on Mondays, and he made tonight perfect, as well as the back of house staff. My veal was perfectly cooked, my boyfriend never had an empty glass, and he was an amazing conversationalist as well as attentive. Tonight was extremely special as an anniversary, and his eagerness to make this evening perfect was appreciated. Highly recommend going on a Monday!

This was our first visit ever to a Carrabba's and boy was it fantastic. Got the chicken trio and it was simply outstanding. Also had the Sicilian chicken soup and it was excellent. Went early and got the 9 oz wine for the price of a 6 oz. Harleigh was our server and she was terrific. So good that I had the manager Michael Morris come to our table so I could tell him how impressed we were. We are now loyal Carrabbas fans!

The food wasn’t great for the price. The pasta I ordered was dry. The salad was good along with the bread per usual. Service for curbside is always good and all items are always in the bag.

My husband and I went for dinner and we not only had excellent food, but our server, Ashley, was top-notch. Our food was served in a timely manner and delicious! With the prices of food so high in the grocery store, we both were served generous portions at a reasonable price. Great value. We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I had a much-needed night out at Carrabba's, and it could not have been better. The fried zucchini appetizer is a great change of pace, and the pasta dish that we split was huge. Our server Julie B was friendly and accommodating. Just enough chat to make us feel at-home, but not so much that we couldn't focus on enjoying our food. Everything came out hot (except the salad ;) ) and delicious.

I guess they was training a new chef, which was horrible because we went there for my 39th birthday. All the side foods we fantastic! We asked for well done steak. Well it was well done on the outside, but raw in the middle. I was so upset because you can tell this place has so much potential. We just went at the wrong place at the wrong time. I'd love to try it again because everything besides the meat was fabulous!

Excellent! Excellent service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. Ryan W, our waiter, took real good care of us. I had the Johnny Trio, one of the top sirloins I've ever eaten! Thank you again. We'll be back.

We've been coming to this location for the past several years and really miss Damon, he was a server above all servers. That being said tonight's experience was the worst we have had ever there! When we went in and we're seated looking around there were approximately eight tables With patrons. While we waited for our server for about 5 minutes my wife looked when they told Richard who had an apron on at the time, to serve our table and the words out of his mouth were"Really" and not really like I'm really excited it's like really you really want me to do this? It took him almost 10 minutes to get our drinks back to the table which were soft drinks mind you, almost as long to get bread and our salads. 35 minutes into this our entrees were served the only one that was hot, with my daughters spaghetti everything else was either lukewarm or cold. When this was brought to his attention when it came time to pay the bill his response was oh, I'll mention it to them maybe they have something going on? We spent almost 73 bucks before tip for that type of response. He obviously is either not a server or needs much more training. The manager used to be more involved and check on tables Periodically also... Now this could have been a off night for their service based on our years of patronizing this location and I hope that is the case, if not I don't know that we will continue dining here.

From the looks of the place it has very good potential. But as far as the cooks go I had to get my steak cooked twice to get it well done, I'm pretty sure it would have took three times but I was so aggravated after the second time it came back to me with red in it I left. I would really like to try this place and give it a better review maybe they was having a bad day.

I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered veal and it was tough with little flavor. The side noodles were over cooked and the house salad basically iceberg lettuce. I took most of my meal home and gave to my son. We had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer , enjoyed immensely.The service was good and the house wine was a good basic red. Sadly there are other restaurants in this price point that are much better. I will not be back

Service was good. App sampler was great. Highly recommend stuffed mushrooms. Entrees were under whelming for the price. $25 for Veal Marsala and it had no flavor. My cocktail was delicious. Loved the Sangria-rita. It was refreshing and fruity. First and likely last time dining here
